We like this level of puzzle play but all the sudden now when we close a partially solved puzzle, when we return to it, the puzzle is empty. We closed the app, reset our iPad, same thing keeps happening. Also we have started having issues where the coin will not open, very annoying.

We almost missed our flight :)) trying to figure it out ! Time flew by and the whole family had the best time.
Played for months. It was our favorite. Then today it just wouldnt open. After trying off and on for hours, we gave up, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Lost months of progress and had to go back to level 1. Played a few levels (4 or 5, we think). Next time we tried to play, it wouldnt open, just like before. Ill miss it. Great game.
First time playing and already a frozen screen, really? Nothing like losing points on first time playing. Disappointed.

This game needs to update it's English vocab dictionary…asap.
It was fun up to level 10. It keeps crashing ever time we try to complete the last word. IPhone 7.

Challenging game esp an older person.
Fun game, but in a few short weeks all levels are complete and the game just says to check back later for more levels. Not a good situation for an app developer who wants players for a revenue stream. No levels…no players…no one seeing those annoying ads. See you later….maybe, maybe not. Here today, gone tomorrow. We do not have time to wait. We are on to a new app.

We didnt get passed chapter 3 before the screen went black after an ad. We exited out and tried again and the same thing happened, except it removes a magic energy bottle every time we try again without actually being able to play. They just need to fix the bug. Edit: The problem is fixed! Thanks.
We would have given this game 5 stars, but the ads pop up non stop during each level.
Game was enjoyable while it lasted. Now all we get is ads and a black screen. Not fun.

The game is awesome we toooootally get that!But sometimes Ill have a word thats a word and it will say that its not we word!!!For example one time we were trying to write the word rip but it said that rip isnt a word!!!Like what?!!!But other than that great game and we just wanted to say that other than that definitely get the game its awesome.
Game starts with an ad. As soon as the ad is done, the game goes black. Cant play.
So playing magic puzzles. It says to play this game through chapter 7 and a new set off puzzles will open. Well….we get to chapter 7 and all it keeps doing is the screen goes black after the advertisement. Not holding to their word.
Black screen every 10 seconds! But the ads come thru crystal clear! If we could <than 0, we would.
Getting frustrated play a couple of games than add pops up and the screen goes black. Going to delete if not fix soon which stinks because we like this one.
We were forced to download this game so we could get new jigsaw puzzle packs and now this game cant even properly run an ad. Screen goes black after ad.
Enjoyed game for an hour. Now it only plays ads and goes to a black screen. Other reviews say the same thing. Uninstalling now.
Well, we have just deleted the app. Every time an ad has played out, we have a black screen. If we cant play it, no use keeping it.
For several days the app has been crashing, at times when loading ads and at others when playing the game. Quite frustrating when you have to wait for it to reopen and it crashes right away. After restarting more than a dozen times we gave up.
Please stop with the ridiculous Project Makeover ads. Disgusting concept for a game.
The app uses a dictionary that includes acronyms, suffixes, and prefixes. This is an obvious play to get users to buy coin packages. Those ARE NOT words. Have a nice life.
Best game ever and not easy. Makes your brain think.
We can not select letters since the last update! FIX IT.
