Are used to love this game and then we accidentally deleted it and we finally found it again there is a glitch. It says it when he gets to 13%. It says that the Internet is disconnected. Our Internet is not disconnected and it continuously says that so you cant end up playing the game, so whoever created this game needs to fix the glitch.
This game is harder than we thought it would be, and we tried to Contact you at Magic Match, to no Avail. One of our Boosters has never worked.

Fun game with great graphics and sound. The puzzles are challenging but not impossible.
The play is fair not too easy not to hard Not a money grabber.

We just rated this game a 5 star because we really enjoy playing it but for the last couple months it has been freezing up. If Im lucky we might get a couple games played. If this keeps up we just wont play it anymore not only is it freezing up but you guys have changed it to where it really isnt as fun to play. We have always rated this game a 5 star when at times we really should of rated a 3 or 4. We cant even get on because it will freeze at 10% when we first start up the game so there are days we cant even play it. Im hoping by writing a review that you can fix the problem. Its ok, played this before back then it seemed to be more fun. Its not bad though.
Just started playing this game. Very enjoyable and no problems so far. Very vivid colors and nice settings.
We have been playing this game for a long time and have not had any issues, until yesterday. We have had similar issues in other games but not this one, until yesterday. The game loads initially. After you start it there is another load. That one sticks at eight percent. It does not go anywhere. If we close the app, nothing, it is still stuck. If we wait and restart the game, it gets to the same spot and nothing, it still sticks at the same point. We did a special reboot thing a friend suggested. Then we tried the game again. It went through so we thought, ok just a glitch. A bit later we logged in again and it was fine. We loaded it up to play again today and it locked back up again at the same spot. We do not want to have to reboot our phone just to load up one game. Please fix this.
Must keep reloading to play next level because each level never downloads unless the player does.
We would have given it 5 stars but it keeps offering us a great discount on coins, when we click to purchase it says maximum amount limit reached. So youre offering us 15,000 coins for $.99 but we can never actually purchase it, pretty annoying in our opinion. Dont offer coins if theres a limited supply.
We would give this game another star if not for the difficulty. We just started a few weeks ago and you have to play the same level way too many times to get past it. They dont give you much for your efforts either. The graphics and characters are cute but its kind of a waste of time when you get NOWHERE for weeks and then not enough moves to pass ANY level without spending a ton of money. Im done. Go back to the table on this one creators.
After it loads once then goes to open and we hit that one it wont never open all the way. We have to close it and reopen. Same thing over and over. We go to the iPhone app in the App Store and a few times it opens. We have the last East update 3.8 we believe. We just got this iPhone 8 and we have not figured out how to uninstall it and reload it yet? Im a senior so any help would be appreciated thankyou.

It threw us out of a game and counted it as a loss when we got an incoming call.
The game cheats, you can drop fruit and have 5 in a row and it doesnt give you the star. Most recent update wont go further than 44% and claims we have no internet connection – which we do! The forced getting 3 stars or having to replay the same round over and over until we do, now that Ive beaten all the other rounds, is a bunch of garbage. What a total waste of time! Games are supposed to be fun not get stuck replaying the same round Ive beaten over and over because we didnt get 3 full stars … Crappy move. We have over 200 gems but cant go any further without those dumb leaves … You ruined the game.
The story line is very interesting, and the designs are beautiful. Great game to get you out of that boredom state we all get in sometimes. Definitely suggesting it to all of our friends.

We would give this game 5 stars hands down but since the developers cant seem to keep up with new levels or new stories it gets only 2. We play other games that keep ahead of its players but not this one. They make everyone wait.
We really wanted to like this game, but we just couldnt get into it. The graphics or OK. The scoring system to get three stars on most levels is impossible. Its a cute game, just not for us.
We are enjoy playing this game. Our four-year-old granddaughter loves to help us. Its a nice moment to share with her. But secretly we enjoy playing it on our own as well.

As soon as we gave you 5 stars, we went back to play and had two cupcakes in a column, so we cleared the path underneath them and only one went completely out and the other one was just stuck under the line of the playing field. We could do other moves, but it wouldnt clear that last cupcake out. Then it froze up on us. So we are letting you know and we are going to go back in the game and see if we can get it to work again, because we really love this game. It is so cute. We would have given this 5 stars, but sometimes it freezes and wont let you complete a task and we have to shut it down and re-open it when it does this and its quite annoying. Please fix this ASAP! Other than that love the game.
This game is pretty fun, but an option to turn off dialogue altogether would make it even better. Nobody wants to hit the skip button all the way through. And if we want to read a story, we can pick up a good book.

You get to a certain point and you cant win.
Im really enjoying this game and this is just a minor annoyance, but the screen wont rotate on the 6th gen iPads. If you are using a book cover style case its an awkward position at times.
After the update we cant play. After we complete the level it just stays on that same screen. We cant move on to the next level. Please fix this.

This game is too cute! Ive only been playing it for a few days off & on but we love it so far. Its been a fun change from the games Ive played lately…the fact that you can go back & redo a level if your not happy with the progress is the best thing since pb&j! Im lovin it.

Would be better if we could actually move the game around and interact. Make it more than a match 3 game which everyone has. The match 3 is way to short. One minute and done? No thanks uninstalling. We expected something different. Yes, graphics are good but it wont keep us here.
Seems like a good game so far, but is the internet required to be able to play? Cause it's loading very slow. We played a few levels then exited out. Now when we pull it up, it doesn't even get past the loading screen. Just sits there trying to load unless if we close out of it. Probably going to delete it, but if this is fixable and it gets fixed we'll keep the game and give it a 5 star rating. Thanks.

Started playing this game and was enjoying it without all the frustration of other games. Games are supposed to be fun! This one has become so increasingly hard its ridiculous. So disappointed.
