We love this game but it wont load now. It loads to 50% and gets stuck. We’ve deleted it and reinstalled it but that didnt work. Please help.
Its challenging and fun to play against others when its working properly. We’ve had to delete the game twice when we try to open it. It loads to 50% then stops and wont load all the way to 100%. Very frustrating.

This game is so fun, but it is very expensive. We can only play maybe 2 rounds before having to buy the blocks to play again. In this day and time it is just too much .. Does anyone know what the gold blocks are for? We were going to try to trade some for the playing blocks but u cannot. Also when you win a set you have to pay to get the Prise which is as much or a lot less than u win.. Make the game cheaper and give something or ppl will stop playing.
The new update is a massive change. Its very glitchy. The countdown timer is messed up, it only counts odd numbers. The solo game was a fun new update but now we cant progress because its stuck on opening a prize that we’ve already opened. We dont have a lot of faith in them fixing the glitches anytime soon because it took over a year for them to launch the solo game that they had been teasing that entire time. The game itself is fun to play against others. But its often too reliant on boosters to win and the cost of gold in the game is a bit high. So playing can be expensive.
We have played this game for several years… Now they have really messed it up with minuscule tiles and HUGE symbols…. Am VERY DISAPPOINTED….. May just delete it…..

Hello! What’s the problem with the app? Last two days there’s a problem loading the game and once it is loaded it suddenly "shuts down" just the dark screen or it happens during the game. Any solution? We removed the app and installed it again but it didnt help anyway. Thx.
We are a bit addicted to this game. We’ve tried many others and keep coming back to this one. We prefer the graphics, the sound, and the music above all the others. We like the competition and though it could be very expensive, we manage to keep the spending to a minimum. We feel some spending is an even trade off to being bombarded with adds!! We still enjoy playing even when we dont win! That said – Just a couple things….. 1) we were drawn to the graphics and preferred our previous version with the old tiles… Any chance youll bring that back? 2) our app keeps dying on us! We cant play on a blank screen! Help with that would be great!

The points system is hard to figure out. You cant use your points to get anything, and it seems like it doesnt accumulate your points anyway. You think youre getting somewhere, but when you try to use any of the boosters, the damned store pops up, and you cant do anything unless you feed money into the damned thing. Also, its frustrating as heck to be PUT at the level the game wants you, when dueling. We prefer to choose the level we want, and get all the stars of one level before we go to the next level. Apparently this is not an option in dueling. We prefer to work on getting all the stars on say, level 4, but it plops us into a duel on level 7 or something. Dueling should count just as a tournament does, in regards to points. You should be able to finish the level you choose, with EITHER dueling with one person OR a tournament with 4 people. Theres no choice for how you prefer to finish a level, and thats very frustrating. This game charges money for things that come standard with most other versions of Majhong. You have to pay to shuffle, pay to shadow the tiles, pay for EVERYTHING, because you cant get anything with your points. Again, not that it accumulates points anyway… We are dumping this one.
Really liked the game but after a month our screen now goes black instead of loading the game. Uncertain what the glitch is.
We love the competition angle on this app. Its nice that you can earn boosts and things by winning the rounds. However… We are deleting the app. What would make us stay? Several thing 1. Auto countdown clocks on the treasure chests. We thought we clicked on before going to bed last night to start the 4 hour wait time. When we opened the app this morning, we had to start it over. 2. The ability to swap treasure chests in your queue. We got a better chest winning a round but our queue was full. We had to delete the better chest instead of one already there. 3. Solo mode. If these 3 tings were different we would probably keep playing. But now, we only play one or two rounds a day in order to not miss out on better prizes.
We’ll be the first to admit we get addicted to puzzle games easily. This kind is one of our favorites. We often find myself going back into our Facebook profile deleting the random advertisements that this game offers in exchange for free points. The few stars are in exchange for the shame we personally feel as a game addict, as well as for the weird game Dynamics that make it difficult to be social. We find that this particular game is very easy to become anti social with. We would not say this is the intent of the game designer, but probably something that is incidental.
Your reviews are not about same game because mahjong is free! LLC And Im in USA and never owned anything in another country, nor anything in our name so why would we have a app that would not be placed in a makers of USA? LLC? Sincerely Confused!!

We loved this game and then today a software change was made and the tiles are separated. Please fix this and go back to the way it was.
Its a great and addictive game. They charge for everything and to get ahead, you need to spend a lot. Theres often a delay in using a booster and you can lose a lot by getting charged double when you hit it again after you think it didnt take. We also wonder about the rating system and if its designed to have you spend more to try to stay in the top. Our BF downloaded the game after we sent him an invitation from the game and we have never been in the same list or been able to find each other in the ranking. Feels a bit scammy. We would get a subscription or play more if it wasnt so costly though. Ill be deleting this game.

We have been playing this game for a month now until we did purchase $1.99 from the store, a 150 gold tiles from Piggy bank this morning! The first attempt didnt go through so we thought we were not charged so we tried it again. To make sure that we were not charge twice we checked our bank statement but to our surprise, we were charged $1.99 twice. Glad we checked it! So, we hope Ill get refunded and get our $1.99 back.
It looks good and thats all good about itbad things: – you win prizes but you cant get them, you have to wait 4 hrs to open one chest, and you can open chests one by one only. – you collect gold, but you cant break it, you can but you have to pay 2 usd – you win first two rounds as the first player, but in the third round you get out of the options, you need to pay to go further , if you dont pay, you lose, no matter you were the best play in the first 2 rounds conclusion: if you pay you win no matter if you are a good player or not Moneyeathers.
It seems we made a mistake at one time by purchasing coins at one time because now there is no wins for us unless we do. We could collect bombs and rockets 10 of each and until we buy there is no winning so Im deleting this game. By.
We paid $19.99 for 750 credits / tokens and never received anything. We have repeatedly sent messages to their support to ask why,, they tell us nothing except send us photos of our purchase, we did they acted like they never got it. Then they want us to send a fresh photo shot. We have sent them at least fifty messages or more asking them to refund our money. They have done nothing but give us the run around. They have told us it wasnt there game, which it is , then they say Im sending it to the wrong address? If it was the wrong email address when we respond to their email. This goes on and on for over two weeks. They have not been professional about this at all. We still havent received our money back nor did we ever receive anything for our money. Im so upset that every day they ask us to send them something else, then they act like they didnt get it. We want our money back. We have all the emails that were sent between both of us. We can send them to you so you can see they are playing games with our money. The game started out great but now you cant win anything because they move the tiles where you cant match them up, or they speed up the end and cut the game off. We would really appreciate it if this matter is taken care of by you because they wont refund our money.

Our game still shows a Christmas scene. Dont see any updates available. Otherwise its a fun game except for the bots.
Loved it at first but now whether playing tournaments or duel, we cant get anywhere. Inevitably after a couple minutes, with tons of tiles left there are no more matches and we are not going to spend cash to buy shuffles. Shuffles should be available to a certain degree.
We have really enjoyed playing this game and highly recommend it for you to try l thoroughly enjoyed this game you have to think outside the box not like you play the other solitaire games give it a try and see if you want to play we think you will. Sincerely Monte Swanson.
