It’s rated 12+ and currently has 59+ ratings on the App Store.

What Makes Maim Street Stand Out

Prepare for the Dark Souls of crossing guard simulators.

You are a crossing guard helping people cross the street! But there are too many cars. Like, WAY too many. Can’t save’m all!

Welcome to the world of John Stopman, the busiest civil servant in town. Save as many people as you can, but you might have to shrug off a few fatalities. Maim Street is a frantic game where you learn that you can’t be everything for everyone.

Unlock the powerful bazooka to fight back against the cars, and earn prizes to customize your game! Rescue pedestrians to learn secrets about the town while always keeping an eye out for powerups like the mighty Air Strike or the alarming Alien Abduction.

Plenty of games reward perfection, this one rewards adequacy. Enjoy!

FEATURES
• Original soundtrack to groove to while you blow up ambulances.
• Over 40 game upgrades, such as confetti explosions and the alluring lumberjack costume.
• A character named “Chester Buttmeat”
• Brutal sound effects that will make your mother cringe.
• In-game powerups ranging from planting bombs to summoning demons.
• Dozens of cats.
• Over 50 unique pedestrians with their own stories, yet they all seem to explode the same.

Community Insight:

Really fun game. Highly recommended! Make sure to try out the bazooka :).

Easy to play. Addictive and challenging.

The descriptions of the citizens are the best part, lol.

Breakfast doesn't taste the same. Saving peds doesn't feel the same. We've spent our long days trying to save these people from themselves, but for what? 5 Stars.

Almost collected all the statue parts. Favorite is more cats. Add more cats then there are cats now.

Very intuitive, easy to get into and tons of fun! Lots of good humor (love the different civilians). Way better than the Kardashian app.

The game is so much fun and the design is just awesome. It's a game that doesn't take itself too seriously and the gamer benefits from this. Play this now.

Simple, yet addicting! Very fun.

We never thought we would enjoy a game where people get run over so often. We highly recommend.

We won't play another level. We won't play another level. We WON'T PLAY ANOTHER LEVEL!!! Gotta play another level!! Yeah.

We've always wanted to be a crossing guard and just every now and then let someone get hit by a car. This game lets us do just that even when we're at our real job helping school kids cross the street or something.

What a great game to play during our commute to and from work! Although we've learned we're not so great at saving the citizens.

Love the design. Tons of fun. And the bazooka rocks.

Ever since we the game play it us scared but it cool but we have the same job.

This game is funny, challenging and loads of fun. Lots of thought went into its design and concept.

Most fun we've ever had helping people cross the street. Love this game.

Omg!! This game is so amazing, we've always wanted to be a zebra crossing expert.

A game we'd be proud to let our fictional children play.

This game is a perfect allegory for life. You win some, you lose most, and you gotta blow up problems with a bazooka or other power-ups and at the end of the day, you need to remind yourself that you did a great job, even if you didnt. Great way to kick-start your day on the way to work or school.

We are the first review!! This game is so action packed and fun that it makes you just want to play all day and all the time. We definitely recommend this to everyone who likes a fun game to play on there phone or IPad when bored. Have a fun and enjoy! :).

One of the best games we've played.

We really like this game it pretty good seriously recommend.

This game is awesome for our daily commute! Very easy to play and highly addictive. Though we must save these citizens to continue the game, we must say it is also immensely satisfying to see them get run over.

Finally beat it, just reached max rank 20 "King of Cross". Ever since we got this game we have not been able to see the people saved; please fix.

Well made, fun, engaging game. Easy to play, but always challenges you to achieve mastery. Also has a great sense of humor, we can't help but laugh while playing.

This is a #1 Good Game. Highly recommend to those who enjoy games that are both #1 and good.

This game has a great balance of skill and timing. Very addicting.

Literally can't save them all… But we don't mind the crunch of a pedestrian every once in a while! Some of the artwork is hilarious too.

We're not really an iphone gamer but this game is refreshingly simple (you're a heroic crossing guard — brilliant, hilarious premise) and you're just trying to save townspeople. Cars are zipping down the road and with as much reckless abandon as the clueless townspeople crossing the road. The task to save them is frantic and the inevitable gore is campy to comic effect but it doesn't get old! We just figured out all the pedestrians have funny bios and you can unlock costumes and "tools" a la bazookas etc to aid your crosswalk crusader. It's a well-designed game with a lot of clever features and jokes left to discover.

This game is really fun and well made. It's a little bloody, so probably not for very young kids.

Mix frogger with Your Favorite Endless Runner and add a substantial dose of humor. Great stuff, addicting, and the "bios" of the people you save are hysterical.

A lot of fun!!! Love playing this we think we're addicted.

There was this one episode of A Pup Named Scooby Doo that we always loved, that we're pretty sure was exactly like this game. Except this game is playable on our phone, has fun music, and generally makes us smile when people get obliterated. So thanks team who made this game. And thanks Hannah Barbera for making a more approachable kids mystery show.

Seriously that guy looks just like us. Plus we're this stressed out in life too.

We're not a huge fan of phone games but this is the best we've seen in a long time. It's easy and it's fun, and we love that you win stuff as you progress. The blood and violence is a genius addition…we just can't stop playing.

Lots of creativity and variety. Hilarious writing.

Maim Street has been incredible since its first beta. Developers definitely care about player experience with their product. Awesome.

This game is wonderfully addictive and fun.

This is the weirdest game we've played in a while. Pretty fun once you get over the fact that people are dying left and right. That's just life though we guess.

This is like that old morality puzzle about the lever and the runaway train, except really really fun.

Fav phone game in a while. Hilariously violent and insane, super fun to play.

It's really fun to blow up cars with a bazooka. Oh yeah, it's also fun to do that in the game too.
