One of our favorite childhood games, no issues.
When the other player drops youre waiting 40+ secs to find out. The You Lost message could get made smaller. We know we lost, so lets move on. Otherwise, good game.
It was great before the update. Now it keeps kicking us out in the middle of a match. Hoping it will get a fix.
We play mancala on another app that doesnt offer online play so we found this one. We really like being able to play with another person without having to wait our turn for sometimes hours or days. What we dont like is how glitchy the app is for us. We just downloaded it so there are no updates. Every few minutes we have to close the app out and reopen it because the random play wont load or the entire app will freeze and wont load up completely. And sometimes when we do get it to load it reloads the last game a we finished and freezes.
Wont let you replay the same player without starting a new room. Very slow, gets hung up. Must close app and restart several times.
We tried to create a room and join a room created by a friend but kept saying game doesnt exist. Never was able to get the game started. Deleting this app.
Its completely computers the suppose other actual players. Every each game the other player takes first move (fine) but it always takes the same moves. Its just really weird. Youll have to play for yourself to find out.
We wrote a review now we somehow have 10 wins and we just one a round we played with a new name person like huh this weird.
In mandala if you clear your side you get the credit for the other players stones still in play, but in this game they go into the opponents store when you clear your side. So if you play correctly you can never win.
We tried playing with a friend and we invited them several times and they only got our invite in their game screen on like the 10th time trying to re invite us everytime. Same with their side. Playing random people is no issue, but playing with your friends you know and inviting them to a game can be very frustrating.
Playing bots most of the time. Very little variety in the way the computer begins each game. Boring. Im uninstalling it.
This isnt how you play real mancala. And btw you shouldnt have to pay to play.
Really frustrating to think youre playing a game against other players only to realize they dont act at all like real players. We get it, you dont have enough volume, so just ask the user if they want to play against the computer. Dont pretend the computer is a real user. The reason we think this is happening is that the AI never has even a momentary delay, and all of the usernames are super basic like Kiera96, which is not how people choose user names. None of them ever interact with the messaging either.
Kept putting a random person in our room even though we had a specific code that we could give friends.

When someone clears their side of the board they are supposed to get all of the stones on the opponents side, and they are placed in their cala. This game is giving them all to the opponent. Wrong!
We will be curious to know how many folks made it to the next level! You are not always playing a real person, So get ready to lose.
Update your game we can never play constantly.

The part that we dont like that you have to play with the same person every time the other person wins all the time is not fair for the people who dont know how to play.

This game is so bad!!!!!!!!!!! Our friend (who has an android) wanted to download this game because we wanted him to play with us When he was gonna download the game, it turns out he couldnt!!!!!!!!!! His AppStore told him to try again!!!!!!! We couldnt believe that!! That is beyond worse!!!!!! After noticing that he cant download the game, he started crying and having a tantrum! This is all your fault! (Oh yeah also, we laughed and made fun of him because he was crying!! It was hilarious! We also did the L dance at him!!! ) P.S. Rip jason bozo.
Won’t let us connect with a friend! When given a room code the other person gets a message saying that room doesn’t exists.
We’ve caught this app cheating several times and miscounting marbles and spaces to win.
Pretty good but theres no avalanche mode which is sad.
We would LOVE it if the game added a cool sound of the stones dropping into the cups. We would also love to be able to set the speed of the CPU, it moves so fast after our turn, its hard to tell what lives it made sometimes. Also pretty sure it cheats. There have been too many times we should have collected their stones, but it didnt give them to us, or took our stones when it shouldnt have.
Is there any sound to this game? Please add sound of the stones moving around the board when people take their turns!

What a joke how does the computer go first every game on hard ? Thats boring and so lame. Zero stars if we could.
Tried for 15 minutes to get this to work so we could play friends and family. Incredibly inconvenient to setup, not user friendly, and in the end we never got it to work and didnt get to play. Frustrating.
This is really fun and we love the online matches. Unfortunately there are just so many ads. We want to be able to play more than two games before being kicked into an ad. Its a little much.
We have played this game many times in our life but never on mobile. This is not how we remember playing. We call hacks. This game is rigged with ways that make you loose against your opponent.
This game should be great!! But too bad there arent enough real people with the game downloaded so instead of playing with real people, 90% of the time its bots with generic names who play the same way every time. Im trying to play with real people but the game developers have put bots in to play when no real people are available to play. Another issue, when youre on a winning streak, the game will inhibit you from winning more than 5 games in a row by not giving you the first move, and using higher skill bots just so you dont win too much. Why is there no ranking system? At least for the 4 REAL people who actually play the game. Dont even try to tell us that its not bots, only 1000~ people have this game downloaded and youre trying to tell us that Melinda and Wanda are on this game 24/7????? Ok hun. The ads are out of control too. Like we know you need the ad revenue to pay for your bots Jessica and Christina to keep operating but good god the ads are constant.
Other Mancala games have simple AIs to beat. This one is a challenge!
We love this app. But how do we play with friends. We did the thing through Facebook but friends dont come up and it doesnt work when we invite them.
After you start playing for a while you will notice that some RANDOM players are just computers. We can tell the difference. A normal player wouldnt be able to make such insanely quick WINNING decisions. Its just a computer making sure it takes your coins.
The players never play. When they do, they hoard all the beads and when theyre losing they exit the game. Is there another online Mancala game besides this one? This one is no bueno!
No matter what move you make no matter how you play you either draw or lose by an exponential amount. Not knows every move before you even take it. We play the same named people every single time. We go once and it feels as though go 10 times before we even get another chance. No move works. When you sit there and count and think, they just find another move to beat you. No way Im playing a person who makes zero mistakes everytime we play them. Cant be real people Luke786 cheater. Jon Snow cheater. All those other BOTS are created so you can buy coins to keep playing. NO WAY IM PLAYING THE SAME FIVE PEOPLE EVERYTIME. This game is toxic we highly recommend against it.
For a while now, its clear that sometimes players are seeing that its the other players turn, not being able to love, etc., and the other player is seeing the same thing. Not the end of the world… Until you added custom messages. So now youve given players a chance to verbally abuse each other with no report or blocking mechanism. This is a bad idea. You should remove the custom messaging. The lack of verbal abuse was one of the things that made this game more relaxing.
This game can be 1000x better if they just add more messages that you can send to your opponent in game. Even better would be adding a type box so you can write anything you want. You guys need to hire us honestly.

We never write reviews but we figured we might as well since we love this playing this game in general. This app is WACK. Something is not right. Unfortunately, this is actually the only online mancala game available. You ply with the same named players all the time! Its not random. Its like the same computer or something each time. Also, when you start a game, you have t even moved yet and your already missing seeds in your pockets and it always gives the other player an advantage somehow. They will always have 6 or more in their far end last three pockets. This game would be so fun if you could actually play online with random players rather the same 5 people which are probably the creators or some really bored people, which are cheaters. And youd till get you coins taken away…. Hilarious.
CPU play is dang near impossible to beat. Good design and color scheme.
The game is completely in tune to our mancala needs. It has a perfect layout of gameplay. Challenging and fun matches make for an amazing experience.
We honestly just wish online was online. Its just AI right now. Maybe because no one plays it anymore? Idk. Good game all around though.
You can only get so far until you have to pay to unlock the next table level. Other than that, we love the game.
