We’ll be in the middle of a game and it freezes. It takes the helpers we used plus counts it as a lost life. This is happening more and more. We really enjoy playing this but it’s getting monotonous the way the game freezes. Please fix.

We really enjoy playing this but it’s getting monotonous the way the game freezes. Please fix. We’re on level 990 and it’s a 20:58 time. We get to 19 minutes and the game stops and goes back to the main screen. We don’t want to delete it but if we can’t advance there’s no point.
The game is really fun at first but once you get to a certain level, it is impossible to clear your board in the alloted time. So, you have to either spend money to advance, or you just play the same level repeatedly and lose and the game then is no longer fun ; it’s a chore. Developers, stop being greedy. You’re already making good money with the MASSIVE amount of ads.
Just got this game and so far we’re enjoying it. We do enjoy playing this game. We don’t enjoy the constant ads. Seems every few seconds another ad. Just no.
Poorly designed. It causes anxiety when there are so many objects that they constantly fall into the slot on their own. None of the extras have ever loaded. The videos for coins, extra spins, that type stuff has never loaded. The items fall into the match spot making it difficult to match when there are a lot of items. Not a good app.
This was better for relaxation purposes.
We really love playing this game. Its very addictive. But the ads drive us nuts and frustrate us so badly we just quit in the middle of a game. We just cant play it anymore. We would gladly pay to have this game ad free. We dont pay any attention (Zero!) to the ads anyway. Besides that Id never dream of installing anything we found by one of those HATED ads even Id you paid us. So how creating an ad free version and make some $$$$.
Just got this game and so far we’re enjoying it.
Was going to update our old review which lamented our issues with the insanely long ads. We mean, we’ve been around the game block and we had NEVER seen anything like it, just ads that went on FOREVER. They have ad blocks you can buy but they are pretty pricey so we only play or collect bonuses during team tournaments as you need to do your part. The rest of the week we were out. Anyway, this weeks tourney started Friday and we instantly noticed something had changed. The first ad was only 10 seconds long! Holy Batman! Literally hadnt seen an ad that short since our first week of play and it didnt stop there. All weekend the longest ads we had were 30 seconds. And when they were over THEY WERE OVER. No X out just to have the same ad play again, it was fabulous and much appreciated. Hopefully this is a thing, as of now we are in love again. Thank you.
We love is game but when we dont hit yes on the star multiplayer it shows an ad anyway. We are not saying that we are frustrated, but we wish you didnt do that with it. Also, every time we pause the game it shows an ad, and sometimes it continues the time and says that the time is up and when we hit give up it shows a follow up ad. Now that we are frustrated of. Also we think that the Pro badges cost is too high, we mean, no ads for the star multiplayer is like 30$ and the tag, that should cost nothing but like, 5$. One more, and this is just a question, why do we have to spend 10 coins on the past day of the daily challenge? If you could fix/do/answer these than thats a 5 star.
Fun little time killer and helps us keep our brain healthy. On the down side we can lose a portion of a day playing this too.
We like this game quite a bit. The graphics and animation are too notch and highly satisfying and the responsiveness is fantastic. However, most levels have time limits that are ridiculous and it loses all entertainment value. Please provide a more zen-like option. Maybe beat your own time where you can race the clock to improve your time based on different numbers of items or a game type where more items randomly get dropped in so the goal is to remove items faster than they get dropped in. We wont watch extra ads for boosters that are required to win games but we would pay or watch ads for these options. If boosters are required to win (especially if you have to select your booster BEFORE even seeing the type of level it is) is no longer a game of skill.
This game is so addicting and mesmerizing it has absolute strangers on airplanes leaning over and offering us help to beat the timer. What other review do you need for this game.
Yes, this game is designed to get you to pay for extra time, extra ads, extra everything. They have now even put in ads as matching pieces. Enough! It is frustrating that there isnt an option, especially for those of us with some disabilities, to just play for fun without a time limit. We like the game and play daily. We just play until time runs out and hope that someday we will solve this without time running out. We refuse to ever pay, just to play a game. We’ve advanced to the point that there are way too many objects to EVER complete within time limits. Today, January 2, Im out!!
Every single time the Lego game ad pops up, it freezes the game. Needs to be fixed or removed entirely because that ad is bad.
App keeps crashing. When it crashes you lose life and lose all your UFOs and have to start all over. Check your logs around May 24, 12 am PT. So frustrating. And the ads are so out of control. After ever game. Anytime when you want to look at your score home page. Anytime you want to collect your points.
We have played this game for a while and enjoy the challenge. We do not play often anymore because there are too many ads and several ads play one right after the other. We have to stop the game and leave because the ads keep playing.
The game itself is fun and entertaining however there is non existent customer service. We are having an issue with the game for the past month and customer service only gives us generic copy and paste answers and no real trouble shooting. Basically we purchased the add removal for 5.99$ and it reset our game and we are not able to sign in to the game on our iPad. Our iPhone is too small to play the game on and we are unable to sign out or into the game on the iPhone and unable to sign in on the iPad. They keep copy and paste their generic answer to sync it as if that was not the first think we have thought off. Each time we get the run around with them telling us to to the same trouble shooting over an over telling us that they dont read previous messages or dont care enough besides pressing the sent button with generic answers. We asked to be connected to supervisior. If they dont fix our issues Im gonna reinstall the game which is a shame since we have spent money on it regularly. But its ok there are many other games to choose from and we dont need this headache with unresponsive customer service.
Like other games, the first levels are easy. Win coins, spin for free power ups. Thenthere is no way past a level with two minutes to clear a full board even using the coins and power ups acquired along the way. Coins are not easy to earn unless in small quantities so you have to save up. Yet, the level cannot be beaten without spending cash. Yeah, developers have to make money but the real cash spent vs. The benefit received in the game is not commensurate. There is not an option to pay monthly for VIP status so more levels can be achieved. If we wanted to lose a lot of money every month we would join a war game so experienced players could defeat us and take all our weapons. Utter disappointment.
This would be fun if there werent so many ads. So tired of ads to download more games. Going to delete.
The game has lags . Shuts off for no reason. It steals your turn and rewards forcing you to pay them . Fix the bugs!!!

You know, for almost 3 months we have been trying to get LION STUDIO to fix a glitch where the game completely shuts off/down in the middle of a game. Every time this happens, we loose everything: UFOs, points, life, and efforts toward their special games (Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, etc.) we have contacted support a number of times and nothing but generic responses, to steps we have initiated a thousand times, like reinstalling, uninstalling, reboot, shut down this and that. LION STUDIO, WHAT IS THIS ISSUE IN HELPING ME OUT? Im sure Im not the only one experiencing middle of game shut downs!
The game is fun but we ended up deleting it because there are just way too many adds to enjoy the game.
A more apt name for it would be 3-D Malfunction. Simply put, an endless charade of ads, ads, and even more ads. Most of which get stuck and cause you to have to restart the game and lose all your points for the round, which you just spent 10. Minutes playing. Buffering issues get worse and worse, and are never fixed. Messages to customer support are never returned. Passing along this warning to others before we delete it myself.
We paid for no ads, got out of the game and completely restarted it. We still have ads. Ads in between games! Ads to get bonuses! Ads for extra free time! This is ridiculous! How do we get our money back????

We love this game, but the support team is horrible and deserves 0 stars!!! Negative zero stars for that matter. Im waiting and waiting for a response from support and nothing happens. We lost our game after being instructed by vessel to delete our app in order to get our pro badge back. It didnt work, we lost everything and no one is responding to help us get this fixed. We have been playing for years, and this is they way we get treated!
Bought some options and after a day and not using them they disappeared. Reached out to customer service twice and they never responded. Money spent is gone. Dont buy anything extra unless you plan on using it immediately.
The game is rated 12+ but it has ads for very violent games AND ads with overtly sexual content! If it werent for that it would be a good game.
We love this game the only thing that we would change is if there was an endless version without a timer.

We love that you have to really focus on where the matching pieces are plus you can move them around as needed.

For a game that is supposed to ease ones anxiety this one sure does know how to get our blood pressure up. Overall we like the game the graphics are nice, however the eye breaks in breaks in between the level are throwing us off our game. Its bad enough we have to watch ads to get only 60 seconds to keep going but its another thing when we get sidetracked by all the ads In between the level telling us to give our eyes a break. PUH-LEEZE give ME a break.

The ads start off slow but by level 10 there are so many ads that it is unplayable. Its too bad. We would have played this game every day with reasonable number of ads. There is a sweet spot on the amount of ads you run in regards to revenue. You are not hitting it. DELETES GAME.

We have played this game for a year and we loved our year of this game and with the teams we still have our questions on that what do we need the teams for? Why 50/50? So when we first played this game we saw we can join teams so we passed level 5 and we tried to join the team but it didnt let us join because there were already 50 people so what Im saying is that you should try this game Thank you and goodbye.
This game was great in the beginning. But now it is bombarding us with so many Ads that it took us over an hour to collect our daily points. Who has time for this nonsense! We would stay away from this game.
