They just need to add an option to scan a card and then get that card, but other than that really fun game!
Pure beauty just greatest game ever.
This looks really good graphics wise but we still we well give it a 5 star.
Why do we need to put our email to even try to collect new cards.
The game is amazing with new cards and exclusive ones too! But we have a big problem. Probably 1 year after we downloaded this game, It has a black screen and then just kicks us out! Match Attax please solve this problem!
Its too bad this app is so buggy, because its fun when it works. Unfortunately just opening the app on our 14 pro max causes the phone to get extremely hot and it crashes often. Id like to keep playing but at this point Im worried about our phone. Such a shame.
As soon as we try to open the game it instantly crashes.
We deleted the app instantly we couldnt even play a game it glitched us out of the game and we know Im not the only one that this happened to them. Pls fix this and we might get this game again but honestly way to many bugs and more.
We like soccer but this game has lag a lot of lag.
Our son and we both have spent a great deal of time playing this game. We have spent a good deal of money on both our accounts to support the development of the app. We had a magnificent time playing it for a while. In fact, our son was a few matches away from his 10th and final star when the application suddenly stopped working for both of us on both his iPad and our iPhone. As soon as the application loads the main screen, it hits a bug and immediately closes. Weve uninstalled and reinstalled the game after removing any data stored on the devices and in iCloud related to the game multiple times to no avail. Its a shame really. We dont mind spending some money to support the development of an app (Im a developer myself), but when the developers dont care enough to support their loyal users, its really hard to get behind them and tell the world how great a job theyre doing. We’ve been a Topps customer for 30 years – since back when packs of cards had gum in them. Its disappointing. When we reach out to them about an issue – IF they get back to us about it at all, it takes weeks. Once upon a time someone there would have cared. Id be happy to edit our review if they take their own app and paying customers seriously enough to fix the issue in a timely manner. Im certain were not the only ones who cant play anymore due to this bug.
We like it its because you can get soccer cards and we also like soccer cards in real life.
Downloaded game and launched. Stalls on zero percent loaded.
Every time we play the game it makes us register again and again it is so annoying and frustrating because once we do register in it wants us to put a new password and it makes us have to restart everything we already put in again and again we will never work and if you scan a code and you have bad internet or there has been scanned it wont let you scan it again and there is a bug if you have an over powerful team it will say invalid and no mater the over all it wont work.
Fun game when its not glitching.
We cant register an account for our son because Im not receiving the email to confirm. And the guest accounts reset daily. Very frustrating.
Even though we signed in a million times its still not letting us scan any codes!!!
First some of the cards you cant even see during a game and second we dont get the cards in free pack Friday packs but it still is a great game. We think we’ve never played a game as fun. But, their needs to be changes to these types of problems.
Um the game is great but when we go to redeem free pack Friday codes or any codes we open the pack but it doesnt show any cards that we got on screen so it looks like Im just opening empty packs Id like to know if u could do anything about this or if anyone else is having this problem to but otherwise we love the game it was great at first but this problem is making us not enjoy playing as much but thank you and have a great day love the game.
Does not let us scan when we want to it says to login even tho we are already logged in.
We need pack we dont have players.
The game was ok. It didnt have very good training material. You have to figure it out as you go. After the latest update the game wont even load. It has the loading screen with a status bar but the bar never loads above 0%. Doesnt even try to load. We have closed it out completely and even restarted our phone. Nothing works. We tried the help link above, that took us to a web page that no longer exists. Thanks anyway.
Its good but you need to have tournaments all the time.
We cannot figure out how to update this app. It says it needs an update, but in the App Store it just says open not update. And when we open it, it wont let us get past a screen that says we need to update. Im afraid if we delete the app that all the packs we’ve gotten will be lost.
The collecting part is really fun. Gathering cool cards and making a team that fits under the budget is awesome.. And then you get the games. The concept is simple, play a card with a higher attack or defense than the opponent. We were winning our first 5 games, 4-0, and every single one ended in a disconnect from the opponent, or the game freezing when the opponent doesnt play a card by the end of the time limit. The game gets stuck at that point and you cant do anything until you forfeit the game, even though you are winning.
We dont know what to do when it said invalid line up.
Very disappointing. After spending a couple hundred dollars for our sons birthday on in-store packs as well as online packs we still cannot find an actual confirmation on how to play and what the rules are. We’ve been to the website, google searched, and the support link on this apple app page even is broken. Pure garbage.
To many games to where the Opponent doesnt finish the game when you are winning.
Great cards and great game!! Is fun to collect them in real life.
When the game has problems, its almost impossible to share the issue. Currently cant play tournament due to card restriction. We add the correct card and it still wont let us play. No ability to get help to clear the problem. Also when the game glitches and causes issues in tourneys. Otherwise awesome fun game. Make it easier to send issues to help with resolving them.
The game has a bug it keeps kicking us out.
Fun game and easy to catch on to the actual game itself. Making a team under budget is hard and becomes a guessing game till you finally come in at or under budget. Also it logs you out randomly and if you try to have an email sent with your password the app says the server encountered an unexpected error and you cannot log in again. Good game just frustrating issues that get in the way of fun gameplay.
This game is a good game but , the game froze in the middle of the match . That make the game trash and its make us lose the point even though we win .
It always kicks us out when we try to register and its annoying.
Its good game but we would like it if the players could buy more money for making the team and we would like to sell some players for coins.
We paid for some coins and we never received what we had paid for we spent $9 do not purchase anything on this you will not get it.
So its a great game but it resets us and makes us resign in it is obnoxious and annoying please fix this.
We played this game a few seasons ago and it was great. Now though, we played our first game this season and we scored a goal 89 to 75 for us and the game said we lost even though we had a score 14 points higher than our opponent. Please fix this. Thank you.
We used to love playing but what happened is we got kicked out of our account and we forgot password and we had spent at least 200$!!!!!!!! DONT USE MONEY ON THE GAME.
We just bought two packs and tried to upload the codes only to discover the codes are expired. Really stinks that last years cards that are still for sale wont work. Very disappointed.
We decided to try the game again since we have about 40 of the free pack cards laying around. Who would have known that they are still invalid. Plus the gameplay is absolutely terrrible. The cards are good but this game is very bad. The actual in person game is more fun.
