We loved this game – challenging enough to keep us coming back. But recently it has become impossible to win without spending money. We have been playing the same level now for about a week – enough! That is absurd! We will wait a week and see if there is any change or help. If not, we will sadly delete.

Being back the penguins – the new version is not the same, it's hard to differ the colors and it's not as fun. Please, please return the game to what it was – it used to be fun.
Ive loved this game and have played it regularly for over a year – then this last week it totally changed! Im so disappointed! We want our penguins back. The new version is not nearly as complex and the penguins are so big. We feel like Ive been thrown back into a baby game. Please give us our old penguins back.
It was fun and relaxing, since the update, we dont like the graphics. This was our go to, Ill have to find another one.

We are not happy with the new update. We loved it the way it was.
This game was great up until we opened it up again yesterday. The new update have bigger graphics that get in the way of gameplay, plus theyve made the boards exponentially harder just to get money, we believe. We were still paying money before But with this last update, we may delete the app altogether. Even regular boards are difficult to pass now, and the new graphics definitely dont help it. Youve made a fun game bad.
We play it a lot and am over level 10000! BUT.. You will NEVER win the iceberg quest.. Unless you pay$. Never won once.
When we started playing this game it was awesome! There were no ads absolutely none then all of a sudden there was an ad after every game! Its really a great game but the ads make it horrible.

Its challenging which we love and addictive, but your prizes are too skimpy, too hard to achieve, you charge too much for more moves, and only make a measly 10 coins per win. Do better plz.
This is our favorite game! We got some infinite life runs back. We found our treasure chest full of goodies and ended up with 2 days of infinite lives which is perfect timing while we're under the weather. This is our go to game when we're winding down or listening to an audiobook. We're on level 2420 as of this review.

Like the one game for each level so much better. The three challenges for each level was very frustrating, especially since you had to repeat all three every time even if the first two challenges were successful. We would often not want to play since advancing was too slow. This is much more fun and way less frustrating.
Love, love this game. Im losing a lot of sleep playing it. There is one major drawback. TOO MANY ADS! If we didnt love this game so much, we would delete it.
The game is fun, passes the time, but it drains your battery fast and glitches a lot. There was just an update yesterday and now we cant even get back in it! We dont want to delete it yet because Ive made it all the way to around to level 1700+ so Im hoping they have enough complaints about it not opening to fix it again.
This game is good but we miss doing the levels that have 3 areas. Not just 1 area. It makes it super slow to get pickaxes for the digging.
The little car icons remind us a bit like minions. The game would be good for children. Otherwise, its just too easy.

When they say there are no advertisements, they mean it. And we appreciate that so much.
We enjoy playing this game. It does not take a lot of concentration. But what we hate is that stupid penguin sitting there with tears streaming out of his face because we refuse to buy something. We do NOT buy extra lives, coins, etc on this game or any other game. And that stupid crying penguin, when we have run out of spaces, is just beyond annoying.
The game is great, and we don't mind spending money on something we enjoy. However, what we don't enjoy is getting ripped off. We spent $6.99 for 5,000 coins and received 3,000. When we searched for a customer support link, all we found when selecting "support," was a review feature." we searched the privacy notice and found a company name and e-mailed them, and no response. We won't continue playing and purchasing until we get our 2,ooo coins which we purchased. This is unacceptable.
We loved this game until the ads became over a minute long. We know ads are needed but please keep them to under 30 seconds.
We played over 50 levels, and never got to a level that looked at all like their advertisements. Totally deceptive! The ad looks like a game we would enjoy, the reality is NOT.
Because of playing this game we are not upset with our grandkids for not coming straight home with our breakfast.

It is super Duper Duper trooper fun but you shouldnt have to use all your coins to do everything. What other people that have a lot of coins get to do everything but people with a little bit of coin cant do it and it makes them sad so can we please just just make a little bit of changes please sincerelyteagan.
We love Match Jam 3D. But HOW DO we USE the3+ token to open spaces.
We really do like this game however, when entering challenge's and have to beat a certain number of levels, one level includes 3 games. Therefore, for example, to win a challenge that says be the first to win 3 levels, means you have to actually win 9 boards of game play, consisting of 3 boards per level. So if you fail 1 out of the 3 boards per 1 level and dont have enough coins or power ups to carry you through to continue, you fail and have to start over. Feels kind of excessive to have a chance to move forward.
The game isnt bad this Support is the worst every time you text him about Support or a question they never answer you. We paid 699 to get rid of all the ads and now the game doesnt have after perks at the end of the game that he used to. We emailed them three times they never answer. And if you click on Support and use that email address, its a nonworking email.
We cant get ads to play. Oops short video is not ready we have WiFi on, but has done this every time (?10 times).
This game is addicting, challenging, engaging and at timesentertaining when you are allowed to progress to another level. Mostly, its a guess work on your part. You get 5 hearts to begin playing. To replenish these hearts, it takes 30 min each. The frustrating part are the the abundance of repetitive ads and the passing hard and super hard levels. You need to watch an ad at the end of each level, the beginning of each level and to get a free heart. These ads are randomly 5 second to 90 second, the latter from back to back ads. So, if you enjoy watching copious amount of ads, this is the game for you. Sure, you can spend real money to buy hearts or stop ads that only temporarily stop the ads. We know the developers needs ads and for players to spend money for support. Mewhile we enjoy playing, we dont watched these ads and we dont spend money on this type of game that doesnt relaxes us. So, our rating for this game is a 3.
Game was fantastic until they updated. Now there are forced ads that you can pay to get rid of. What a shame you decided to go this route and ruin a terrific game all for $$$.

This game is cute and can be fun, but there are a couple issues. First, Ive played over 900 levels, and havent spent any money, so it is possible to win frequently without paying to do so. However, the way some levels are dealt they are impossible to win. You just have to play them over and over until you happen to get a winnable deal. This eats up lives and shortens the amount of time you can play. Also, the randomness of hard and super hard levels is frustrating. We shouldnt have to play three hard levels in a row. Make them more predictable, like on the 5s and 10s. (Ex. Level 905 can be hard, 910 super hard, 915 hard, 920 super hard, etc. With all the ones in between being normal.) Lastly, and MOST annoyingly, Ive switched to playing this game with our WiFi turned off and the games cellular access disabled, because of the constant ads between each level. For a great game Ill watch one every 10 levels or so, but definitely not every level and definitely not for a game thats just okay.
Previously played, but had uninstalled this game. With the latest update, it is so much better. No longer do you have to pay to get help. Now you can watch an ad and almost every time move ahead. We hate watching ads, but this game is worth it. Also, only 1 board per level makes it easier to win. We now play daily.
Its so silly and fast moving if you keep your eyes. Just when you thought you had it itll fool you. Have fun, the farther you go the easier it gets to laugh at yourself for playing.
We lobe the game itself but now it is very glitchy. Every time we end a game the app shuts down. Frustrating.
We love this game but it has its cliches .. When we buy extra bundles and we use one to switch the penquins around it stays the same they try to make you use it up so you can buy more and its expensive , also Ive bought the gold pass and it doesnt continue you if you want to pass the levels you have to keep on buying , Ive tried to send them an email but no one responds.. We wouldnt mind buying tokens once in awhile but its getting ridiculous.
Great game but not dependable. Shuts down before the end, at the beginning too. Play it with patience.
This was our favorite game until you added the timed levels and some are impossible to beat. We wish youd change it back to levels that arent timed.
We didnt mind paying to use the game as long as it is at least possible to win. But with the new timer you have to go so fast it is no longer enjoyable. And even then you lose most of time time unless you pay to get past it. Im deleting the game, regretfully, since it is no longer a fun mental exercise. Too stressful.
