My goal in designing a new kind of Solitaire was to create something that feels fresh and exciting for fans of classic Solitaire while staying true to the spirit of the game beloved by so many.
Match Solitaire is my attempt to achieve that goal, and I hope you’ll be as delighted to play it as I am to share it with you.

This developer is criminally underrated. These games are not only fun to play, snappy, and satisfying, but also absolutely beautiful to look at. The art style is cohesive and simple which compliments the gameplay really well. The difficulty settings allow a lot of replay-ability and we really appreciate the legibility of the cards. Their other game, drop solitaire we think, is also incredible! Seriously cannot wait for this dev to release more works like this, truly unique. Our one and only note is pleaseee make more!!
Why do we randomly fall back many levels without explanation? We’ll be on level 137 or somewhere random and the next thing we know we’re back on level 100! Why? Is that a penalty of some kind or just a bug?
Love to relax in the evening and play a few games. A favorite go to!! We like it where at times its challenging,then easy . Thank you for a great game.

Very fun game, we were immediately an addict. Challenging deals (playing on medium) and some hands seem impossible to solve but eventually it works out. The daily challenges can be killers, too, it took us days to get past one. The graphics and little animals are cute. Its easy to figure out the game play but tough to develop a strategy. Somehow, we set a world record on one level but either we missed it or the game didnt tell us that seems like it should have been a more prominent event. We only noticed it later in our stats. The most prominent thing in the game, unfortunately, are the ads. In addition to the ads in between every level, there are banner ads. Some ads are 30 seconds long. Its a lot, even for a free game.
Solitaire is our favorite game to play. We love Solitaire games that have a unique spin. This one is great and we love the graphics!
… Choose Match Solitaire. Challenging enough to be fun without being frustrating. Sharp, clean graphics, quirky characters that aren’t annoying, and pleasant music. Easily our favorite product in the Hot Chai lineup thus far.
Final update: okay, Im convinced. The dev listened. The game is fun. Coins are fair, power ups are fair. It isnt super easy but the pacing is fantastic. Changed to five stars. Once we save up Im getting no-ads to support the dev. This game is very clever and elegant, the visuals are lovely and the sound effects are charming. Its overall a very polished game. However, there are difficulty spikes in the game. They make you want to use power-ups. Though you can purchase powerups with coins, you dont earn nearly enough per game. Theres a video ad between each game not every five, or every three, but every one. The sound from the ads play even if the phone is on silent. Getting the no ads IAP (though we do appreciate it being there!) probably doesnt make the coin earning any faster. It wont feel like a premium game. If the currency was more generous or the powerups costed less, purchasing no-ads would feel like getting the premium version. As it stands, we reached level 50 and still didnt have enough coins for anything. We believe the cheapest powerup is 200 coins. Its understandable that powerups shouldnt be given generously because each game can be won without, and its to encourage thinking instead of cheating, but by level 50 (50!) we expect to at least be able to afford a powerup. Updated with more: -there should be a dedicated tutorial slideshow with all of the tips on it (in case you come back later when youve forgotten) -one of the tips says you can flip the deck? But we’ve never been able to do it. Its the last tip we think -theres no iCloud save! -if you use a power up and then undo it, it does not give you back that power up. But there is no redo option (move forward one step). So that power up is gone. What if someone used it on accident? Give us a redo option. -daily challenge only gives one kind of power up. You have to watch an ad for the actual multiplier in coins. Do you have to do that in the premium version too? (If so, please remove it.) -Im convinced level 50 is impossible without power ups Its really clever though. Not perfect, but beautiful and clever.
But we just experienced game lagging. Im guessing ad on top might be contributing to hurting performance. We get that dev needs to be supported but ads are stacking up quite quickly.
The adds banners are way to large. Every time we hit the back option we hit the banner. This started with the last update. Very frustrating.
During hidden deal levels, you are able to tap the hidden cards to find out what card it is because matching cards will be highlighted. Not sure If this is intentional, just thought Id let yall know!

Other developers need to take notice: this game only uses 5 second ads, sometimes they they dont even have a countdown and you can exit them immediately.
Got stuck on level 50 cant help but think we missed something in the tutorial but we cant go back to look at them. Other than that game is super fun!
Fun, relaxing, cute, easy to catch on, challenging.
As you progress this game slowly becomes more challenging, and at just the right pace. We get it now, the trick is to find the right balance between stacking and matching. Bonus: the design and style of the game is charming and simple, in a very good way. We love how you can choose to play games in levels of slowly increasing challenge, OR , you can jump directly to a group of puzzles set at a specific challenge level. Sometimes we feel like a super challenge, and other times we just want to spin off a few easy puzzles to kill some time. Just brilliant!
Project Makeover ads are offensive. They body shame girls.

Great game when youre looking to waste some time or youre just bored. 5 second ad after each round isnt bad at all. Im usto annoying thirty second ads so these are cake. Our only issue rn is that Im stuck on level 50. We’ve tried and tried and tried and tried but we cant get it. Can we get a hint devs?? Thanks!
Really good game! The ads arent obtrusive and gameplay is fresh and challenging. Quickly become a huge fan of this game! One tip, there should be a tutorial option that can teach you all the possible moves. We think we missed a tip during the play through and now Im confused about the game. As far as we can tell, theres no way to learn it again.
Title says it all. 4 dollars to turn off ads or you get an ad after every level. Extra star taken off because music plays even when phone is on silent and you have to turn all the sound off in game.
Its a fun and cute game. We were enjoying it until we were forced to see adds. We dont deal with that so Ill be uninstalling.

We have played so many other solitaire games, and ended up quitting them for one reason or another (too easy, bored, too hard, stuck, etc.). We still have a couple we like and have kept, but this one has already become our favorite, and it is now our go-to game. Its endlessly replayable. If we had to pick only one game to keep on our phone, it would be this one. Thats how good it is. There are tons of options and skill levels, so theres something here for everyone. The art design is cool, and the app works smooth as butter, and hardly uses any battery. You can make IAPs, but you dont have to. But we happily paid to remove ads to support this developer. This is how apps should be made and monetized. Thank you for such an awesome game! We like good match games and solitaire games, and this is by far the best of both. Well done!
This is a very clever twist on solitaire. The levels progress in difficulty, but you can always play easier levels just to relax. There are surpassing boosters that keep things interesting, and the graphics are adorable without being twee.
Been playing this game almost non-stop for days. Our only issue is you cannot see how many coins you have while playing the rounds so you know how much to spend.
We’ve been playing different kinds of solitaire forever and enjoy the process of putting the cards in order (if we can). Match solitaire is a unique spin on the game with attractive graphics. Well done, David!

We found this app listed on one of the main pages in app store games, which is well a deserved marketing of the game. Match has stunning and calming visuals, but also has animations that do not cause motion sickness while playing in the car, the plane, or from playing for hours on end. It’s a quite addicting game as it is awarding to progress in this mildly challenging game. Keeps ur mind active!
Amazing game perfect for our phone we barely have any games on it but this is the best solitaire game there is.

Im 1300 levels in but we just noticed that the cards and coins may have new animation (spinning, etc). Idk if its new or Im just noticing, but it takes a lot away from the relaxing effect we play the game for. Please add a setting option to turn off these animations. Ty!
A strategic and fun game. Every deal is different and solvable. We love playing the daily challenges and there are always new updates coming. We love chatting with the developer (David) on discord and seeing how active he is. He takes many suggestions and it’s rare that you as a gamer can see your ideas become a reality. 6 stars of we could.
Fun game, different from regular solitaire and a bit of a challenge. However, we wish there were a way to turn off the vibrating card animation as youre tapping pairs, it could cause a seizure. We want to play but cant risk it.
It looks like a card game, but is actually a puzzle game in disguise. Easy to learn, but tough to master! Different levels (even of the same type) require different strategies, so its never boring, and with the newest features you can basically pick your difficulty (use hints or power ups on hard levels, challenge yourself to beat the world record on easier ones). Plus, the design is beautiful, the developer is amazingly helpful and welcoming to suggestions, and theres a community of players on the discord to share tips and challenge each other. A must-play for lovers of puzzle games.
Lovely game that helps pass time. Love that the game is free with several different difficulties. Best part is that you really dont get stuck and have to eventually pay for the level. We see some people getting upset about ads, but this beautiful game took a million hours to make, so watching a 2sec ad shows appreciation and support to the maker.
Solitaire becomes mindless because its mostly the luck of the draw. Not so with this game, which combines the idea behind solitaire to make a challenging fun game. You start off thinking its easy and simple only to reach levels where strategy counts for the win. Hot Chai does it again. Great game!
This game is a perfect mix of relaxing and mentally stimulating: it’s very forgiving by allowing you unlimited undos, but still requires you to plan out your moves. The colors, sounds, and unique performer animal mascots are all soothing and complementary. There are a surprising number of rules and challenges that pop up as you progress, giving the game just the perfect amount of difficulty curve. We usually open it up expecting to play a couple of hands and find myself still playing after a dozen+. Magnifiqu!
This is a well made and fun card match game. Just started playing and nice graphics. Landscape mode for the iPad Pro and big cards. THANKS to the developer for making a great card game.
