We love this game and the graphics are great but we were wondering if you were going to create another matchmaking game with Love islanders of season 3 and 4 because that would be awesome.
Bring more stories to the game.
We enjoy playing Matchmaker and find it fun with the storyline and dialogue. We also like that instead of having to pay 1000 diamonds to pick the choice we want, we can just play the puzzles to get stars and pick that choice. But the puzzles also seem to be the problem for us. In the beginning, the puzzles were fun to play, but now its just very annoying and frustrating. The puzzles can be too hard at times and we could spend days trying to complete the puzzle instead of playing the actual game. And when Im finally able to play the actual game and pick choices, we get another puzzle in less than 5 minutes. It takes the fun out of the game and makes us not enjoy it very much. A suggestion could be giving us the option to play the puzzle instead of having us play it and being stuck on it for days. Say we want to pick a choice while in the middle of dialogue, but the choice costs diamonds and we dont have enough. We could choose to play the puzzle to win stars and be able to pick the choice we want. Besides this, we enjoy the game and hope more stories get added to it.
It would be great if you guys added a pay for ad free like all those other games do. Im spending all this money on diamonds and tickets for a good game play and yet we still have to deal with ads.
We like it but we dont like how you cant use stars that you didnt use on the pervious screen say for instance we have three stars and we only use one star they take it and make you play more games even tho you only use on star on one scene.
Game is fun but you have to complete too many puzzles before you can actually see the story.
We have enjoyed playing this game except for the strong profanity. This does not enhance this game! We were playing the game & enjoying it until the scenes with the GD curse word. You do not have to have profanity to make the game better! This is a great game without it. If you keep using this profanity, we will have to delete this app. And we have spent a good bit of time & money on this game & will not hesitate to remove this game. We are a Christian & do not condone this type of language. Please take this into consideration. Thank you.
Every time we get on the game it just shows the loading screen the whole entire time. Theres no way its our phone, because it never loads with any other app. The game overall is very fun to play, though. We just wish we were still able to play it.
You cant use multiple accessories at once and that annoys us.
We mean, we want to couple with Miles but we got one star in the puzzle so we just get to pick randomly and its Jasper? We think a function which can replay the puzzle game once more if you havent got the score you wanted is needed. Hope you get to change it.
Butttttt, some of the levels are difficult to beat unless you have power ups. Downside of the power up is how much it cost with the diamonds you dont get enough for both power ups or your clothes/accessories.
The fact that theres over 10 puzzles per episode is just excessive not to mention how difficult they are without putting money into buying diamonds to buy power ups or extra lives. 1000 diamonds for 5 lives or 5 extra moves is ridiculous especially since getting diamonds takes forever, like why make everything 1000+ diamonds including outfits and accessories. Whole game just smells like a cash grab for easy money by scamming people. Not to mention how the puzzles seem rigged why are you only giving 20 moves to unlock multiple bags, flowers, buckets and get rid of all of the paint? Definitely need to rethink the puzzle aspect if you want people to actually enjoy it.
So this is really a pay to win type of game. After a certain point, you HAVE to purchase the boosters in order to barely pass levels or even get 3 stars. What you score on your level determines the speaking options for you character. If you get a 1 star on the level, you get a 1 star option when speaking to other Islanders. This obviously gives you a negative effect and decreases your relationships unless OF COURSE; you used your purchased diamonds to unlock the better choice & every choice costs 500 diamonds or more.
The game and story is great but you have to play a long game for about 20 seconds of dialogue.
We give this app 2 stars because its fairly challenging, however the storyline is unfair. You have to play difficult mini games. If you want more than 20 diamonds you have to pay money and every item costs 1,000 diamonds. We have been playing the game for almost a year now trying to beat the mini games without paying. We finally finished the game and it was so not worth it. Its fun to just play but a game should not take a year to finish we played every day. After every one line in the book which is only like 5-10 words said there comes a mini game, they need to upgrade.
Why do most the options cost diamonds now if we wanted to play episode we wouldve downloaded it instead of this In the regular Love Island game the diamond options in this game are free.. The animated sprites are honestly sorta great, the puzzles are sort of fun but theyre SO painfully difficult and everythin is so expensive goddamn did gem inflation hit Love Island.
Was fun at first, but during the puzzles things it kept going the opposite way we were swiping. We thought the first couple times was just us but it kept doing it over and over and over. Piss us off, horrible. Wouldnt recommend.
Having to do a puzzle every few lines? Nah.
The way this game is EXACTLY the game Love Island same characters, same Villa, only difference is you play puzzles for stars. Its a rip off.
Good game, good plot, but we literally struggle passing puzzles past 20. Smh and we can only pass most puzzles by using those stupid boosters.

Theres too much puzzles after every bit of dialogue and its annoying. The real story gets swallowed by the amount of puzzles. Also why is everything $1000 gems? Thats too much! If those things are fixed the game would be better.
Not only did they do a complete 180 with this game where they turn their dating show story game into a match 3 candy crush clone, but its not even a good one! Every line of dialogue you have to do a match puzzle. Every single line. Except for a few. And you have to three star it or you have to choose the trash option in the conversation. And you literally still have to use gems to choose the important options! Like??? The literal only reason they made this atrocity is to frustrate enough people into spending money. Fine. We get wanting to make money. Im okay with buying gems and tickets sometimes. But you could spend hundreds of dollars and still not progress the story in this game!! And the levels just get harder and harder. The only reason they have a decent amount of good reviews is because they botted them. Most of them are fake. The story might even be good, but you wont get even halfway through without spending literal months on end playing the horrible, repetitive and unrewarding matching game! For like ten seconds of actual content. Then its another more difficult puzzle for ya! Why not just let us pay for it? Introduce a skip game or remove the horrible puzzles for Fs sake. We cant believe they made this and left it up. The worst thing they have made by far. Oh and in case you are still considering playing, just know that the entire game as in storywise, is basically the length of one day in the other apps. Thats how much content you are actually getting. And you will suffer for it let us tell you.
We’ve played (and liked) all of the Love Island games and have never left a review, but had to after being so incredibly disappointed by this game. It’s clear that most of the effort went into the graphics, which are nice, and the matching game, which is way too challenging for most people. The plot lines themselves are so messy and incomplete. We’ve played through Season 1 twice, once with Levi and once with Talia, but when we tried to couple up with a different person (Reese) on the third try (despite having all 3-star scenes and having good chats with him), the game automatically chose Levi at the next recoupling. We were so frustrated that we quit the season and restarted Season 2 to see if we could get different endings (won with Bobby and Henrik before). Even after having all 3-star scenes and good chats with Elijah in Casa Amor, his name didn’t show up as an option when considering a new partner for the recoupling (even though our character told him beforehand that she would choose him). And even when you DO get the partners you want, the writing is sloppy and the interactions are pretty much copy and pasted for each partner, rather than giving them unique scenes. Combined with how much time and energy you need to play the game, it’s not worth it. Don’t waste your time (and especially money).
These puzzles are ridiculously hard to complete without power ups. And power ups are hard to come by. 1000 diamonds for five extra moves???? Rubbish.
We’ve tried to give this app a chance for a long time but its just sooo frustrating so dang boring, you cant even chose the ones you want unless you want the boring ones it can take you days to get through a puzzle just to read a shallow 30 second scene.
You only get 2 seconds of dialogue per mini game. Its not worth the time and effort you put in.
We have played Love Island numerous times, especially season one. If we didnt know the characters we think it could be frustrating playing a match game for only a few lines of dialogue. Our advise is play the original Love Island game first.

We’ve been enjoying this game until the latest update. They came will not load at all. It just stays stuck on the loading screen. If it doesnt get fixed then we will delete the game.
We really enjoy the whole premise of the game with the puzzles and the story line, but we havent been able to get into the game in a week. Im not sure if there is some kind of glitch at play or something, but its really souring our mood towards the app itself. It really needs to be fixed.
We love this game but we absolutely hate when Im playing a puzzle and we lose, and the option for 5 more plays for 1,000 coins pops up immediately. Theres been multiple times when Im in a flow of playing the puzzle and we accidentally hit that option and now all the coins we’ve been saying up for a dress/clothes is gone because it pops up right away. At least update the game so when we hit that button we have to push ok first or the game double checks thats what we really want to do because its so frustrating when we’ve been saving for so long and lose all our hard work. A lot of times we dont even complete the level because we knew we wouldnt be able to win but we waste our 1,000 coins. Or smallest change to how much we have to pay for the coins, like 500 for 5 plays is much more reasonable. Anyways we love the storyline and the puzzles are our absolute favorite of any game we’ve ever played. Please update though, we would really appreciate it.
We love fuse box and have been playing Love island since the start. We love the new dialogues and updates graphics! The games arent bad but literally we only get a few sentences and then have to play a game? Im on game 40!!! And barely through the never have we ever game. We cant keep playing these matching games for a romance story that we know is a about 30-100 episodes long on the regular app if it was possible maybe make the games only every few pieces of dialogue instead every single choice.
Our number one issue is for over 5 hours now we havent been able to get the game to load. We’ve restarted the game and phone with no fix. Secondary is that the puzzles just occur too frequently and disrupt the dialogue a little too much. We dont mind the puzzles as a way to move to story forward in contrast to Choices, but some are just really difficult and take too many attempts without using power ups.
Low rating because you can’t make two exact same games and call them two different things.
And kind of boring, we would rather play the other app.

Love the potential this game could have . But the mini game interrupts and gets very irritating . We deleted after like 10 mins . If it ever gets changed Ill definitely re download .
The amount of times we have accidentally spent a thousand diamonds for just 5 moves bc it automatically pops up when Im at the end of the game is ridiculous. We stopped playing because of it, it seems like you are scamming on purpose andIve played many similar games that dont have this issue like Homescapes. Do better.
This is our first ever review on anything from the App Store, and we’ve had an iPhone for over a decade now. We’ve played Love Island since the first season came out, and we’ve replayed it a few times. We love the new dialogue and updated graphics in this version of the game, however we absolutely detest the puzzles you have to play after six lines of dialogue. We would love to play the game with the graphics and new dialogue, but these puzzles have irritated us to the point that we’ve deleted the game all together. Its just not worth it. If they ever update the game and remove those puzzles, Ill come back to it.
This game is so touchy. It sometimes swipes your move the wrong direction and messes you up. We were just barely tapped the screen and it decides to spend all our diamonds on a retry on a level. And those diamonds and not easy to come by! We were also no were close to being able to beat the level so there went 1000 diamonds we could of used elsewhere.
Contrary to popular belief match three games do have a certain skill to them. You need to be mindful of your amount of moves, all the markers on the board, the requirements to clear the board, and the ability to calculate each of your moves. This one however, skill makes no difference. You can do all of the above and still get no where near clearing the requirements within your allowed moves. No, we dont expect to be a pro at every board but when we’ve spent well over 10 lives trying to clear one board it becomes no longer worth our time. We know what you want us to do, we know you want us to spend 1,000 diamonds for five more moves. You want us to do this in the hopes that we get stuck again and buying diamonds with our money so we can continue. This app was never designed to be an enjoyable game for us, it was designed to trick us into giving them our money. Its a cash grab, a free-mium game. You want a match 3 interactive story app, we suggest you look elsewhere cause this isnt it. But hey! Good news Fusebox, you can still salvage it. Heres a few things that can help you: – Reevaluate the boards, just cause a computer can beat it doesnt mean a human can. Id also invest in someone who knows how to build match three games because with how bad this is we dont think youve got that person on your team. – If youre gonna let us earn stars then let us replay a board to try and get a better score for more stars. – Again with those stupid stars, if we get three stars and we pick the two star option we dont want our star to go away. We earned that and we should be able to keep it and use it the next time we need an extra star. Dont force us to pick the highest option because we got that star. We want to feel in control of our virtual self when our real self has almost none. Im not saying we want to hoard stars, they can have an expiration time, Im saying we dont feel we should lose something we earned just so you can try and get a little money out of us. In fact, makes us wanna support you less across all your games, not just this one. We honestly expected better from Fusebox, we’ve enjoyed many of their other games but this is in no way enjoyable. Ill still with other devs that know how to make a proper match three game in the meantime.
Ummm we do not like the fact that you have to play a game every time you meat a sexy hot guy.
We absolutely love this game. Honestly we prefer to solve a free puzzle thatll determine our choices rewards as opposed to BUYING diamonds or gems!!! But some of these puzzles are HARD!!! Sometimes it takes us DAYS doing the same puzzle when Im so eager to see what happens next. Sometimes even with the power-ups the puzzles are still hard. We dont mind a challenging puzzle, but if Im taking DAYS and 5 lives every time they refill and we still cant get it, then its too hard we love the watch an ad for power ups and lives, but we think the puzzles could be a little more doable not nearly impossible. Sometimes it makes us stay off the game for weeks because we get so fed up. If the puzzles werent impossible sometimes, then we would say this is THE perfect puzzle / choices game combination. When it is enjoyable to relax and solve a puzzle while doing a story, its our favorite game ever!
The Gem buying options are too expensive.
We would give it a 5/5 star but its js the puzzles. We were excited to download this game because how your other ones turned out but this js ended up being annoying. Take the puzzles out us Ill gladly change it to a 5-star.
The matchmaking puzzles are too hard, and they pop up too often. Instead of having the puzzles pop up between each scene, they should pop up between each chapter or act. Its annoying how it pops up between each scene of every episode.
We dont mind the puzzles but they need to be spread out more its like every other minute theres a new one.
