Lots of different games rolled up into one. Love the option to play less or more depending upon our schedule vs a timer in the games.
Noticing less rewards on mini-games. Monthly castle build finish didnt give usual rewards. Cutting rewards is a good cost saver, but when we notice.. Not so good for our opinion of game. And we have over 5 million in gold, 50k plus in blue stones, so its not about needing them. It is the principle. Dont even play the ad extras on bingo or match puzzles anymore. Not worth it. Extra moves will give you an ad credit but not enough of anything for us to win any bonuses. Dont bother with a response. You know we are right.
We really love this game, for the most part. The sound effects of smashing crates, etc., are very satisfying, and the fact that there are no time limits on levels is great. Im fine with watching adds to give us additional moves. We wish there were more strongholds to build, but thats fine, too. What we have an issue with is the frequency with which the game freezesusually when you click to watch an ad to double rewards or to add moves for Bingo. Those will sometimes reset if you just leave the game for a few hours. Twice now, though, we’ve had issues that wont reset. The first time (I was around level 320), one of our castles needed repairs, but the selection to make the repairs wasnt available. We deleted the game then reloaded it, which unfortunately meant we had to start from the beginning. Now Im on level 387. The first room worked as expected. In the second room, however, the room itself appears, but none of the helms, bottles, etc., appear. The message that there are no more possible moves shows up, makes the sounds as if pieces are being reshuffled, but its still an empty room, with repeated messages that there are no more possible moves. We dont want to delete this game and start over again, because we enjoy it so much. Please, please fix this! Without all the glitches, we would have given this game a 5-star rating for sure.

We love this game but there are way to many ads. Im having a problem with our game, we need to repair one of our castles but when we press the castle to repair it the money or move box does not come up. We received a notice that we will get less moves if we dont repair the castle soon. Hope you can help. Dont get discouraged people it really is a great game..
One of the castles will not let us repair one part of the castle. All others are fine. We’re on level 600. So it’s down to red flag…. Don’t know when it goes all the way down and it’s not repaired if the game will stop running…. This is the third time we’ve restarted this game because of glitxhes.. Can you help? We really like this game and have been playing it for several years and really don’t want to start all over again.

We had downloaded this game before and deleted it. We now remember why we deleted it. Youll clear all the gold on the maps but the level wont clear and since there are no listed goals and no tutorial we have NO idea what to do to clear the level. Update:found what we needed but there is a glitch in the repair of one of the castles and no way to ask for support.
We really enjoy playing the game. Easy to play, easy to advance. Building and maintaining the castles is fun. However, trying to get help from support is impossible. We have a castle that needs upgrading, but there is a link missing to upgrade, so its in the danger zone. We cant find a link anywhere to report the issue. Help please!
Mini games stopped . Not able to play. When castles are rebuilt, no more castles to rebuild except monthly castle. Game not fun now.
We have a castle that needs maintenance but there is no option to upgrade. Other than that, we really enjoy the game.
We’ve been playing for months, and really enjoying the game. Suddenly it has frozen, and the only thing that works is the slot machine, and only if we quit and restart game. Im on level 389, so we really dont want to try deleting it and losing our progress. No way to contact support as link on this page is no good.
We started loving the game, but, we now feel drawn to it, but hate it at the same time. It started with adds only if we wanted to double winnings or get special items. We would pay to stop the adds, and you can, but only buying an expensive bonus pack. We finally did that, and completed all levels, now waiting for new one starting in November.
No way to contact support from game. Will delete and fins another. There should be a way when your game locks you can connect to support for help.
We are really engaged and love this game. The Ads are killing it for us. The ADS are degrading to women and inappropriate (personally). We just want to pay an amount and remove the ADS.

Relaxing game. Needs no heavy thinking. We have built all the castles and seldom play the game because we can earn about 17,000 points playing the 3 sudoku games everyday and can build the monthly buildings the day they become available.
We like this game but not all the constant ads, one of which freezes up a lot (Shein online). Also the game itself often shuts down right in the middle of a level. We’ve uninstalled other games for similar problems. Im getting close to doing the same with this one.
We are really enjoying playing this game. Hadnt played this kind of game before, and am pleasantly surprised. One thing we really appreciate is the ability to set your own pace, no clocks counting down the minutes and seconds, which always tends to make us tense up and goof up. One small thing needs to be fixed though; a couple of the ads (and we watch many ads) which are not game ads, but other types, like pages from a website, give you no way to get back to the game! You are forced to quit the game and hope your progress is saved. Arggghh! Please fix, and this old girl would be very happy! We’ve come back to say that Im still enjoying this game very much, and play it quite a bit. But today, there are all kinds of problems with the ads cropping up. We click to watch an ad, and get a blank screen, nothing happening. We close it down, and lose the bump up in gold. This is happening over and over. We dont mind the ads, but we do mind losing gold or other items. And the problem with the ads we mentioned in the first paragraph still is a problem. Please folks, fix this!
Im on level 179 we think and the game is stuck. Wont go anywhere. We’ve tried for a whole day. Please do something. HELP. This is our favorite game.

*****Updated 7/6/22 The same glitch on level 604. Cogs freeze & the skip option does not work, not even spending gems to skip! Please fix!! We havent been able to progress :( Still loving the game! We’ve been playing this game & love it.. Until level 499. The side game with the cogs keeps freezing up and wont complete either by playing it or trying to skip it. And once you go into that area it wont let you close it out. We’ve restarted the level several times after having to shut down our iPad just to be able to get out of the game. Nothing is working. Im upset because we just treated myself to purchase a bundle pack of gems, gold & now the game doesnt work. Please fix this glitch! Thanks.
On level 68, the first time we played it, we cleared what we could of the first board, and unlocked the second, but while it took us to the space where the second board should have been, there was no board. Thats also when we discovered theres no option to restart the level or exit the level. So we quit the game, and came back to it after a while. It seemed weird to us that it didnt reset the first board, but it showed the second board unlocked. But while this time the board actually showed up, there were no tiles on the board, and it kept saying there were no moves and tried to reshuffle the board, but of course since there were no tiles, it kept showing the same view. Other than this its been a pretty fun game, except that while we tried to play it on multiple devices, it doesnt update to the most recent version across devices. We found the workaround for the level 68 issue reading through the developer response to another report of a similar issue, so we were able to finally get past it, but we do encounter other small glitches- like the bingo game will sometimes fast forward when youre trying to click on a bingo number, and even though the number was displayed it wouldnt let us click it. Love the different kinds of games within the game, but the sudoku could definitely be improved upon – at least highlighting all the same digits when you tap on one (tap a 1 and all used 1s highlight, etc.). Now running into glitch on the Bingo game where it asks if you want to watch an ad for 5 more numbers, you press yes and it closes, no ad, no bingo numbers no button to finish. You try to close the window, and it gives you an option to continue, only to finish the board.
For weeks the bingo games have not worked correctly. Now on the August castle completed 5 levels and only one is credited. Not the first time we’ve had to complain. We like the game but the number of times it crashes and now losing completed games is just too much to continue.
Love the game but lately the game keeps freezing and we cant advance to the next level. It keeps restarting where we left off. Stuck at level 230. Lets us keeping playing the same frame over & over. Cant finish level.
We had forgotten why we liked this game so much. Its because we just get to play; not watch 10 million ads nor be tricked by something free just to find out the developers really want our money, Thank you PlayAcademy!
Dont mind the game, keeps one thinking. Do Not like the advertisement of the nude females popping up. If a kid was doing this game then this advertisement comes up. Please take this off. Thank you Mrs. Morsbach.
This is one one the best match 3 games out there. It is fun and entertaining without being stressful. You dont have to spend o lot of money to have the helps you need to get through the levels. The side games you have to earn money and gems is also fun, we like them almost as much as the match 3 pluzzles. The only thing we ask is that you create a new game or more levels. We are all through and we are so addicted to this game that we keep playing even though we have no more castles to build. Some pop up every month or so but with them being so far apart we have so much money built up that we have the castle built in minutes so it is no challenge.. So we would love it if you had a new game out there.
Great game but it wont progress on level 37. All tiles have been cleared on all boards but it will not allow us to finish the level.
We love the game but it has to many ads. You should give more playtime and less ads.
We love this game!!! Im on level 426, have spent actual money to be able to keep playing and Im now frozen on level 426 and there is no way to unfreeze. We’ve turned off the game, restarted our iPad, played mini games and tried going back in. To no avail!!! Please tell us how to unfreeze this game without losing all our coins, gems, bombs, etc. We would love to give this game 5 stars, but we cant find anywhere to email the company, no support address, nothing. Please help!!!
A lot more fun since we started over and read all the directions. Just hopeful that it wont freeze up when we get in the 650s again.
Just found this game a few days ago seeking for another good match 3 game but this one by far is fantastic we love the variety and sense of exploring as we match and gather resources and items great unique take on a match 3 genre cant wait to see more match 3 games like this . Love it.
Its a good game but could use some changes. Way too many ads and one as soon as you open the game. Its ridiculous. The character conversations between games are far too long, pointless and a completely unnecessary waste of time. The puzzles are juvenile and no challenge at all. The board background grids and pieces are too overdone. Too much going on. The board is too small and busy. Larger board would be better. It needs more variety in the levels. Seems like the same thing over and over again. Losing interest quickly.
We love the fact that there is different boards, puzzles, etc. That makes the game more fun! Yes there are ads but one has to understand thats how it is supported by the owner. We love the graphics, and the characters, in a country we have ancestry history.
We love this gamewhen its not frozen. The levels are challenging and gathering the gold to build up the castles is the goal. However, about every third game, it will freeze up and we have to shut our phone down and reboot it to make the game work again. Though frustrating, we keep rebooting because we really like the game.
We really like this game. Unlike most, you dont have to wait for things to stop falling, giving you the ability to move tiles mid drop. Our issue is with being kicked off continuously at level 72 and have not seen any kind of update that may fix the problem. Other than that, we like the varied game types that the game has. We dont want to reinstall and lose progress. We hope there is a solution.
We really like this game, but when it sends us to a room we have to do a mini game for it freezes. We have to go out reboot and go back in. Then we can get in the room. But we dont get to play the mini game.
Entraining game, until we reached level 19, started seeing offensive ads for games 18+, deleted game.
We like this game, but the ads for adult slot games put us off it. You know say your game is appropriate for ages 4+, right? Delete.
But after becoming addicted to this we had too. We love this game. It is different than a lot of match 3. We will say we are stuck and am getting frustrated because we’ve cleared a room of a gold tiles but cannot for the life of us figure out what Im missing to clear the board. Yes we have had to spend money to advance through the levels and thats fine with us. We realize the developers make games that cost them money to make money. As long as we have a good experience then we are happy. Wish there was a hint to help out in our situation though because if we can go no further we will not be happy since we are using all our gems to try and finish this level.
This could be a fun game but youll spend most of your time watching the same, lengthy boring commercials over and over ad infinitum. Often, when the multiple ads finally play through you go back to the game and it crashes forcing you to watch the lengthy, multiple ads again and again and again. If you have patience and a lot of time you may enjoy this challenging game. Just dont expect to move through the levels swiftly because youll definitely spend the bulk of you time wondering how long the ads can possibly last. The answer is, a long, long time.
We like the game, but it keeps shutting down and starting over. We played level 87 several times before finally getting through it. Please fix this issue and Ill change our rating.
The EverMerge ad keeps repeating when trying to double up at the end of a level.
We really love this game and dont even mind the ads because we can choose to watch for extra items or skip. The problem is that the game crashes often making us start a level over that we had already completed or nearly completed. Often it crashes when we explode a bomb or whatever, sometimes for no reason. We are running an older iPad air with 12.5 ios. Thanks for any help you can offer. Update: At first it seemed to be more stable and we were able to get through another level. But we have finished level 38 several times only to have it close and we have to start over again. We hope this can be fixed because we really love this game! Update. We just noticed there is a new update so we will let you know if it is better. OK, we just exploded three amphoras in room we entered using the mirror after doing the puzzle finding differences. Level 38, and the game closed. 12/27/21 This problem is ongoing. It got bad around level 32-33 and has continued. Do you think it is because our ipad is too old? It is updated to 12.5 and that is the highest version our ipad air2 can go?
Game dissolved at this level and one prior level. Also ads loop twice sometimes.
We all agree there are too many ads and no reasonable way to remove them – but $14.99?! Thats just a big you from the developers right there. This isnt Zelda for petes sake The other thing missing is the ability to remove hints from the board. Dont insult your users by assuming they cant navigate the boards on their own. After the 1st or 2nd level give users the option to remove them! Basic option in settings – why is this missing? Other than those two issues, the game is a good play. Mini games are a nice addition to add variety. If you can tolerate ads between gameplay and can forgive the developers for insulting your intelligence despite choosing to play their mindless match 3 game, then this is one of the better ones. Response to Developers Response: our issue was with the shimmering hints given in each level on each board, not with the tutorial.
Fun game, like the different puzzles, and bingo, the slot machine etc. Only problem is it doesnt take long ( 8 days) to finish all the castles, now there is nothing to do for 20 days till new castle becomes available. Surely in that time frame they can develop more then one castle???
Love this game. Its really fun to play and just the right amount of challenging. Its also quite beautiful to look at and there are fun characters who make funny jokes in it that made us laugh at loud. However, the game never let us get past level 54. We’ve played the level 3 times and the app just keeps shutting down and making us start over on the same level. If it wasnt for that, it would be a perfect game.
