Very fun game with free custom lives with just an AD and wars life as a queen or king with many traits to choose from to be tall strong and more with different levels like it goes down to weak traits if u want a weak person u could also play as duchies and many different things we highly recommend this for people that like BitLife but want to be a king or queen with more better things to add and things to do since its more focused on medieval.
Love the game and thinks its a great concept with loads of potential. As for criticisms, the top reviews pretty much gave all the feedback we had in mind except we would love an educate all button of sorts to help save time and feel less repetitive when going through long sims.
You all should add gameplay where when your kingdom or dukedom is getting powerful you receive like letters from other vassals and countries to align or while at war they can try to make a deal like gold to stop the war or something of that nature thx.
We literally have 30 plus generations in this game, its amazing, the detail, its very well put together and we have been following the Reddit updates all the way through. We love it. That being said, the worst thing that could have happened, happened. There is now a cap/limit the development of provinces. Spend a few thousand gold to receive 25 gold yearly, once you have so many provinces you have to give them away and make vassals, by then the amount of troops and money you make from that province is now a fraction of what little you were making. Previously we could sink 5 million gold into developing a province and that location would produce 20 thousand per year. Severely disabiling the limiting the ability and freedom of the player to be an actual king/emperor. Now the development of any new provinces is embarrassing compared to the ones Ive built previously, please correct this, we wanted to continue and complete this game, the limitations in developing our territories stunt motivation.
This game not only met our expectations, it leaped far, far beyond them. Everything from the UI to the names is perfect and provides a smooth experience. If we had to give /one/ critique, its that you cant (to our knowledge, at least) play as an ordinary peasant or play anywhere other than areas near the UK. That being said, we play this game for 3+ hours a day every day, so clearly it isnt that much of a problem! The developers also respond to suggestions and fix bugs within a timely manner, something which we appreciate endlessly, and theres basically no ads unless you choose to watch them for rewards.
Its good, but the app keeps crashing.
This game is good but adding to start at age 0 and choosing your path and not only being a king it be so much immersive.
Been experiencing an issue where we cannot edit hair color or other characteristics on custom life. Fun game but could used some more work fixing bugs and adding more features and random events.
Thank you so much for adding the new betrothal update. We like how we now see the exact year that it is. Im having a little difficulty with enabling betrothals, we have to click it very rapidly a few times for it to enable. We really enjoy the alliances as well. We think the next thing you should add is more interactions with family, friends, and other rulers. We think the next kingdom that should be added should be Iberia but cut up into portions of Castile, Aragon, Portugal, and Granada. Also, you should add a thing where French names appear more in France and English sounding names come up more in England, Scottish names in Scotland and Irish names in Ireland. Its not a bash we really enjoy this game. We also would add colonies, and servants at some point like maids, ladies-in-waiting, jesters and more. Also, titles for consorts would be nice and maybe more interactions with prisoners. We also love how you added that family members and other rulers and their relatives will marry and become betrothed by themselves without you having to initiate it. We also would add going on diplomatic missions and crusading. Enjoy it just as much as BitLife at times. Thank you so much for the update and sorry the review is so long.
Amazing work. Love the game. Theres so many options and the layout is really nice. However, there are a few key things we think you could add to really improve upon the U.we. 1. Players should be able to view their own realms total gold income and outcome. As well as for army. 2. An upgrade all for the buildings in provinces, once you get over like 20-30 provinces upgrading and keeping track of them all becomes exhausting. 3. We would love to the ability to rename our provinces, it would make organizing and keeping track of them much easier. Again amazing game that we will continue to play untill we get all the achievements (41/63) but these ideas could really improve upon user experience.
Our first impression were really negative we hated the UI and it felt slow. But NO the game is perfect we loved it we felt like a real king, we felt the stress of running a country. The war in this game is fun and random just like real life. We loved it.
The game is very repetitive but not in like a fun just needing to grind way. It definitely needs improvement but we see a lot of potential in this game and it definitely captivated us.
Ive been playing this game since launch, and its pretty amazing to see how far its come. At first, we wasnt a fan of the new character models after one of the first updates, but they eventually grew on us. Becoming Emperor of Britannia was almost too easy, which left us with years to ponder our next move. When the new map update dropped, we turned our sights toward France ruling Britannia wasnt enough. We fought our way to Paris, wiping out everything in our path, and then fought every remaining enemy at once just for the thrill of it. They never stood a chance. After securing the entire region around France, the rest of the kingdoms soon fell under our rule. We now reside on our throne, Now Empereur des Franais, and Britannia awaiting for our next conquest.

You should be able to marry into the royal family aside from that we love this game.
Great game, would recommend if youre interested in a medieval simulator. Needs a bit more content in interacting with other kingdoms, but otherwise fairly enjoyable. More interactions in general would be good as the game loop can sometimes become repetitive.
Hello, so like our title says the family tree thingy doesnt move very well like it used to do, and we cant move to the left or to the right very well.. It would be nice if you could fix the problem but overall it is a great game.
Our game does not allow us to continue our legacy. Im stuck on this one person because it freezes when we click play as our heir. It doesnt go to the ad, it just freezes. We love the game though. We do wish we could be able to marry our vassel or their children or siblings.
We think their should be no court limitation. People should be able to expand their court as big as they want and a limited court cant help that. Also you should make away were commoners can marry into royal or noble families. That is all.
Theres something wrong with the family tree concept..like our phone lags whenever we try to zoom it out or in.
Loveeee this game but even with the update it keeps crashing please fix this.
The game freezes once you come back to it after the 2 ads. You cant click anything, youre just watching ads for essentially nothing in return. We really thought about spending the 3.99 too, in support of a fun game. But this is outrageous. Im still not opposed to it, but ill probably wait and come back in a few weeks to months to see if its fixed before spending any money on it.
When you surrender in the game your troop numbers dont go up in your next life.
We really love this game we see extreme potential in it, for the coming year we will just say that we do think there should be more in each year like dueling,pets(horses),updated traveling options and more.
Great game when we first played we played for 15 hours straight. Theres a ton of stuff you guys need to add. Sometimes we like give our stuff to our relatives and our family tree is to long to see all ours effectively. So we just want a list of alive relatives too and theyre ranked by relation to us.
You mixed Crusader Kings and Bitlife and we have been searching for something exactly like this for a long time. This game will be huge if you guys keep honing the craft, keep pumping it with updates, and do NOT make the same mistakes that bitlife did (get extremely greedy and lazy). We see so much potential in this game, and Ive not felt so excited about a mobile game ever before.
We are a super big political nerd, we are a huge fan of life simulation games as well, and finding medieval life really merged the two together near perfectly. From the ability to choose family as vassals, to the ability to wage war on other kingdoms, rebelling from your ruler with the help of other counties, and even individual people having personalities and traits. Its got actual depth to it, and it keeps us entertained for hours. If we could suggest anything for this game, it would be better organization, and a bit more to do, or build. Even still, the game is very well rounded, and Im really happy with the game overall, honestly zero complaints. Definitely worth it base game, and even more fun once buying the (fairly cheap) dlcs play this game.
We picked this app up a few days ago and have been glued to our phone. It is a very engaging experience, you get to run your countrys, provinces with detail. It reminds us of bit life and crusader kings 2,3 had a mobile text system. Overall id recommend to at least try this amazing game and experience what it has to offer.
Love the new map update and love that we can play as a vassal please keep updating the game we play this every single day we can also please make it to where like other kingdoms and duchys attacking each other so like its more fun because well we would love to like watch kingdoms and duchies getting bigger also Id like the holy Romen empire and its election system to be added even if it takes a while we believe it would be more worth it anyways good job.

Im so addicted to this game!! We just wish that more countries were unlocked & available to conquer. We hope more are unlocked in the future! It would be awesome to be able to take over Europe and North Africa.

Such a great game when you want to play something Medieval. We love life games and this one takes the cake. We would love if there were more titles to NPCs, like the automatic title of Prince/ss if its the child of a King/Queen etc. Overall, gives the player a very authentic and fun experience!! Love this game and we cant wait to see more updates.
We love this game and the new update is amazing.In both visuals and gameplay but when we play as another nation.we would love seeing the clothing of that nation being different based on specific region your playing as.Such as if you play a English vassal or kingdom the dressing options are based off of old English style which is perfect already in the game in our opinion.we know it sounds really nit-picky but we would love if the same could be done with the Japan vassals and kingdoms.In making their clothing and style being based off of what they use to wear back in that time period.It just feels like the missing piece of the puzzle to us when it comes it visuals.Along with maybe adding trade and being able to marry your children off to other kingdoms for a alliance.And thank you for the already amazing features of the game.

This game is very much like bitlife (which we love) but is boring being that you HAVE to be a medieval person. We wish they had an option that you could choose which generation and time period you could be in. Other than that, it pretty nice.
Hello! We love this game! We have a request, could you possibly try a map or so with the Balkan-Turkish areas? It would be interesting to do the Byzantine Empire or maybe a Scandinavian map.
We think you should make a Vietnam war one or ww2 perhaps maybe civil war one.
Could use more titles such as prince/princess for children or lord/lady.
Add an option to colonize a new place.
This game is awesome, we mean really awesome, but as other reviews have said, some parts get repetitive, we feel like it would be really cool if there was just more stuff to do, more ways to interact with other kingdoms and counties, like marrying off your kid for an alliance with someone, or the ability to challenge a person to a duel for the right of succession or marriage (currently its just random). So far we have really enjoyed this game, it deserves to have more stuff in it.
Love the game and the concept but we were wondering if you guys can please add where you can propose marriage to other people in neighboring realms we.e possible two monarchs marrying.
Ive been playing this game for about 7 months now and absolutely love it! But, we do have a couple of suggestions. It would be awesome if family members could marry whenever they want, with the head of the realms permission, instead of only through arranged marriages. Also, itd be great to allow marriages with people from neighboring realms to form alliances, or let the head of the realm propose marriages to vassals. One more thing – will there ever be a way to get diamonds without spending real money? It would be great if it does.
Please, if youre doing another map extension update at the holy Roman Empire it would be so cool to have a holy Romans on there with France. It would be awesome. Please consider for next update.

This game is the best game in this style. We have ever played. Its our favorite. It does a lot of great things. Better than we have ever seen. But it could be interesting. If when the vessels rebel against the king and declare war. Instead of just breaking away from the main kingdom or empire. After winning a rebellion war. Instead there could be a chance probability, of the king being dethroned or killed by the vessel. With the current heir continuing the legacy instead. And there could also be an assassination attempt mechanic added. With a chance of the king being assassinated or surviving the attempt. When it happens.
10/10 update we love the map expansion and PLEASE keep building onto this game like that very good stuff. Now we can have a audio playing in the background while we play too which was our main complaint anyways.
We have nothing but good things to say about this game. Was everything Ive always dreamed to play and because Im obsessed with the medieval times. This game has us so hooked and cant wait for more to come.
