What Makes Meet the Vowels Stand Out
It's Preschool Prep Company's iPhone game: Meet the Vowels! Featuring the vowel characters from the award-winning DVD Meet the Letters, your little one can test their knowledge about the basic vowels by picking them out as they are called!
Three letters appear on screen in either upper or lowercase format. The narrator calls out the name of a vowel, and when your child taps the correct letter it transforms into the character from the award-winning DVD: Meet the Letters. Large letters make it easy for little fingers to tap, and fun celebratory music in each scene encourages them to play over and over again!

Our 2 year old loves this game she knows every vowel now! Just bought the alphabet one can't wait for her to play it.
This app is fun, and does teach our son his vowels, BUT, the reward after guessing the correct vowel is just a letter moving across the screen with confetti in the background. This gets old fast. This app would get 5 stars if it had better graphics like this company's sight words and colors games do. (those two games have the thing that you guess do an actual activity after the correct thing is guessed, which is so much more fun for the child.) but still overall good app, and definitely good for repetition and learning.
The app is cute and our 4 year old likes it but as others stated, it freezes A LOT.
Our son loves the apps but they freeze up all the time!!! Fix it.
Love this app when it works, but it freezes more than it works and we have to delete and load again.
Love the Preschool Prep series and content but this app keeps freezing up.

Preschool prep is great. We need Spanish language option. We need sight words. Thank you.
It says there's supposed to be a narrator calling out the name of the letter you're to choose, however there is none. You have to guess which one they want before it finally says the letter name. Would be a great app if they fix the sound issue.
This app and other Preschool Prep products are great for kids just learning their letters. Our son knows all his letters and the sounds they make and still loves Meet The Letters. We can't wait until the release the rest of the series for iPod.
Our daughter loves this! She is autistic and loves preschool prep products! Looking forward to seeing their other programs come to itunes.

Get this app you won't be sorry.
She squeals with glee when we give her the phone with any of the preschool prep apps on it. Our only complaints are the blank pauses between her getting the item correct and the cheering characters, and the occasional crashes/game freezes. Whenever it crashes (which is most frequent on numbers), she has a concerned look on her face & hands us back our phone. However, we are anxiously awaiting the sight word apps.
This could be much better if it weren't so slow! Our three year old likes it but he gets really bored bc it takes so long for the letter to change and also for the animation to start.
Stupid. Doesn't do enough. Needs a word or something to sowcase the vowels.
