We love this game but a guide would be helpful.
Tengo meses jugando y el avance es demasiado lento. Te hacen pedidos que ni siquiera saber cmo ubicarlos, porque an no se han abierto esos niveles.
Please let us delete or sell the upgrade items. We have them just sitting around and taking up space and we cant even get anything from them. The chests to level them up are to far and few between. We dont need them taking up space in our backpack which also takes up a space on our board. We have 2 flowers we dont need and we’ve had the same shopping cart piece for months.
We loved the game. However, Since the last update, our game keeps crashing, very sporadically & randomly & it never did B4! & we’ve spend money on gems, like several times & now when Im in middle of playing, some times it saves where we were, & sometimes all our stuff we made or paired is gone, but we still have the same amount of energy B4 it crashed. Please fix soon!!!!
How am we supposed to play this at work.
We really enjoy this game. We are not gonna lie and say we havent spent any money to be able to play extended times. But now Im just stuck. We have no new tasks just the same ones on repeat. We have nothing left to do but the same 4 people same 4 quests. And they arent low level quests they are all rare items. It was fun when we could actually play but now not so much.
We really do like this game. Graphics are good,easy to understand and obtain goals. Our problem is that we are on level 43 and we have only 1 new order. The other 5 orders just repeat themselves over and over. Most have 2 different orders for each person that never ever change what the order is for. Would love to actually have some type of variety and challenge with the orders. It is the same with daily bonuses and train orders. Just the same things over and over. There are creators we have never really used because nothing new is ever needed. Its so repetitive that we have all the daily bonus memorized day by day and can get orders ready the day before. The game shows there are lots of plots available and we have about 80000 coins so we would love to be able to open these plots for at least a little variety. Please work on making it more interesting by changing the orders after each fulfillment with no repeat. As an additional request, please work on sale packs. The only one available is 99 dollars and we wont ever spend that at one time. Bring back the smaller value packs and would make more money, at least from us. Same flash sale 24 hours a day for $99 is egregious amount.
This was our favorite game, and just recently it reset ALL our data on it. Our level was in the 30s and had been working on a certain project for over a week. Is there anything we can do to get back?????
You get into this game and fill your boards up completely. You go to update your 6 optional things. You dont have room for everything but you need most of them so you buy one item at a time. You go back to get more and they revert back to what you had before!! . Then you fill a requirement but because its on two different boards, sometimes it wont recognize it and you have to move everything to one board. . Good lord can you make the game playable please!!
We absolutely love this game but lately we’ve been having this bug where we cant play the game at all its all glitchy and it shows us none of our merges. We’ve even tried to report it but had no response so Im writing a review about it, and hoping it gets resolved!
Love the game, expect we cant open the delivery tab, we’ve deleted the game and started over thinking it was just a glitch but its happening again.. Please fix this.

Says you will get rewards for completing tasks yet no rewards are on the board?
The game is fun at first, but later on you get stuck with loop/infinite missions that are always the same. That also goes for the rewards. The daily challenges are always the same, rewards are always the same, a lot of the things you can create end up becoming useless because you only really need to create them once then only the same other items will be asked for. It makes it seem like we have nothing to work towards anymore.
Quick & to the point: average game session after level 10 lasts 2-5 minutes unless you spend real money on gems. To the devs: sell more ads so that players can earn energy. Otherwise your game is pointless and nearly unplayable.
This game is very fun. We play all the time, but what happened to the $9.99 & $15.99 value packs? Now theyre all $20 and upNOT COOL!
We can’t enter the game after update 3 days ago. When we open the game, only show the new loading picture and then no response.
We play this game everyday to pass the time and it’s quite fun but it gets frustrating when bubbles pop up more often than it should when we we’re trying to merge items to make more room. We think tge bubbles should be limited to at least two and the rest just drop the items we need to merge because we always end up having to wait until it pops to merge the coins and make room for items and it’s quite aggravating since it’s been doing it too frequently.
It is a fun game, at first. Renovating the store is fun, but when youre done with that, you just turn into an endless delivery service. The mayor constantly begs for money and you dont get anything in return. And theres an older female character that has absolutely nothing nice to say. The trains that bring boosters are a nice idea, but by the time you fill the trains, you have no energy left to fill orders from the townspeople. So again, whats the point? The other merge games we’ve played have a purpose, like building castles or unlocking land. Even Merge Mansion, which has its own set of problems, lets you renovate the grounds so you feel like youre making progress. Im going to delete this app. Its a waste of our time.
Starts off well. An abandoned building that actually changes as you progress. Then it just becomes a town that doesnt change unless a random building pops up. You just send things to the other buildings in the area. Lacks creativity and storyline.
Its ridiculous when a game barely ever gives you energy and then wastes 25% of your energy by giving bubble items that half the time (or more than half) make you pay gems for. And then the few times it does let you watch a video for a bubble item it doesnt always give you the item. We want our 30 seconds back. We hope this last update fixed the issue with videos. Fix these things and Ill up our rating.
We’ve been trying to get help for more than two weeks with constant crashes that cost us level up rewards and they can’t be bothered to even acknowledge us.
This was a great game until the mayor started saying toxic things. There was another character saying emotionally abusive things as well. If it wasnt written as if we were the person receiving the abuse it would be annoying but okay. But since it addresses the player directly we dont intend to take abuse from the games we play. We’ve had enough toxicity in our life, and considering the times we live in we feel it is socially irresponsible to create games that subconsciously train people to accept that abuse. Will be deleting. Too bad.
We like to spend money on mobile games ever now and again. We have emailed them weeks ago to try and resolve the issue, with no response. We paid for a promotion. Including 200 gems. How many do we have now? 24. How many have we spent? 10. Obviously the math does not add up. DONT WASTE THE DOWNLOAD ON THIS APP.
Mergedom is so much better. This game wants too much too soon without enough space. The delivery system is cumbersome at best. Waste of time. Deleting.
The game is fun but SUPER buggy! Rewards show free but not clickable. The story line is blah and doesnt really interest us. There are also A LOT of orders for a lot of money earned and hardly any reward (they label it taxes for 5 experience points). The trains keep coming in with the exact same orders every time. Theyll even start as one order and then switch back to the same repeated orders. Some items are very difficult to get and take several days to merge. After a while it just gets too repetitive and not that exciting. You also run out of space VERY quickly. You level up quickly and then stagnate for a long time. The game has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work to be anything substantial and something people would want to spend money on.
Please REFRESH the shipments tasks! We are only able to complete one type of tasks, even after refreshing and after completions, no changes and STILL THAT TASK! NO MORE SAME TASKS for WEEKS!
Everything costs too much, there isnt enough space on the board, and its hard to progress when the NPCs keep asking for money. A very obvious money grab from the developers.

We dont know whats going on with the update? We press update and then it says open so we click on that and goes right back to needing an update. Not sure why!

The app says we need to update, but when we go to the AppStore page, it says there hasnt been an update in like two weeks. We are level 44 or 45 and we just want to play our game. Help!!!
This game needs more energy. No energy..
We use a vpn on our phone and in general while online and with one of the recent updates the game will not finish loading and does not register that there’s an internet connection. The only way to make it stop doing this is to turn off our vpn, which is an unnecessary and tedious process just to play an idle game.
Fun game! The merge type games are our favorite! One thing we dont like like is that all players become infinity and your creating the same things over and over again. That gets boring; mix it up.
Every time we try to play the game now, we cant even get past it loading to 61%
Dont buy this game they rip you off we bought something and they never gave it too us it happened twice the first time they reached out and fixed it but the next no response we sent so many msgs and no one responded too us like we didnt matter well we used to spend a lot of money on this game but will never spend another penny just dont get ripped off like us also the videos glitch and they mess u out of the free stuff like in game cash and then it just disappears there is so many glitches in this game very bad game beware!!
We have played this before and deleted. We just cant get past the mayor asking for so much money. And the tasks are so repetitive. Ugh. Yuck we hate this game!!
We previously wrote a review rating it 2 stars only because after the update before last, we were completely unable to open the game and almost lost all our progress! We asked the developers in our review to create a new update that would somehow fix the issue so we could keep playing, & the developers responded (a few days, to a week-ish later) and requested that we email thier support team (which we haven’t done yet). However, after being notified of their message on our last review, we saw that a new update WAS INDEED AVAILABLE! AAAAND it DID IN FACT Fix the issue we were having !! YAY!!! We appreciate the help. So now we can keep playing without any interruptions, or loss of progress ! Thanks Team ! So now we’re Re-Rating this game at 4 stars. Just because of the bugginess. Otherwise, we would probably rate it at 4.5 or 5 stars instead.
We love this game and had no problems playing until the latest update and now Im stuck on the loading page at different percentages and then just closes out! Please fix this as this is one of our fav merge games ever!!! Ty.
So our aquarium disappeared. No idea how; we tested with other generators and its not possible to accidentally sell them. We thought we could just do without it but of course its one of the endlessly repeating requests so we just deleted the whole thing, thinking Id start from scratch – the game was a lot more interesting in the beginning, anyway before everybody just kept requesting the same thing over and over, right? Annoying but whatever. We CANT EVEN START OVER. We re-downloaded the game and it put us exactly where we were because cookies or something. No magical aquarium re-appearance. Well, it was getting tedious anyway. But we cant help being kind of upset – level 52 is nothing to sneeze at. If the devs are going to respond again dont bother – we couldnt see the last response last time we got a notification; they just tell you you got a response and thats it. It clearly wasnt to say we fixed it anyway. Ugh.
We love this game dont get us wrong but this new update has caused the game to get stuck on the loading page at 15% loaded. We dont know what to do bc we dont want to lose any of our progress. Help.
Ugh we have been playing this game for awhile and for the past few weeks the game wont load it goes to 15 percent and stops.
Was one of our favorite merge games but now the orders are the same three over and over and over. Switch up the combos! Plus there are items that we will never get cuz we never have enough energy to create them. Six clicks and then Im out of energy for several hoursreally?
We love this game but it crashes constantly and doesnt always save our progress. We made sure our iPad is up to date and also made sure the app is. We hope you can fix this soon, its annoying having to start over at a previous level because it didnt save before it crashed. Thanks!
