Just the winter pavilion? Really? Disappointed. And now no response. Or update. Really thinking about deleting the game.
Why arent there any more seasonal updates? Have you stopped supporting this app?
We love this game but right now our screen keeps getting stuck on the florist event. We’ve tried shutting the game and reloading but it gets to the screen telling us to look at the goals and then it gets stuck. Update we’ve never gotten past this issue and just restarted our game. Now our issue is the new classroom scene. It says it requires textbooks to play but when you play another location it gives you school uniforms for the classroom.
Used to really love playing. We could play for long periods of time a day. Now we play for 5-10 minutes. Its taking us longer to write this review. They made so many changes recently which are horrible. Cost to much to explore rooms energy does not replenish quick at all. They want you to spend real money which is ridiculous for us on a budget folks. We had to change devices twice and we lost all our friends over 1000. Now we dont receive gifts back nor do we get items we need when we request them. Im not sure who is running this game. But really? Its just NOT FUN anymore Such a BORING GAME, nothing fun about it! .
We like this game but it takes too long to get energy and Im not about to spend our own money on this game. Too bad, we love the art and animation but its too frustrating to wait for energy. We can play one time then no more energy then we have to wait all over again. Not so fun.
No point in playing anymore, as the developers have completely abandoned this game. The last two seasonal events wont allow earning required items to play. As someone else here pointed out, the month-long classroom event required uniforms (stacks of shirts), but only useless books could be collected. Now during the cemetery event no exploration of locations will yield the needed torches to play, even with amulets. No point in playing if youre locked out of seasonal events!
Hello,Developers Your app isnt allowing us to access it. So please fix the bugs that are in your app game. Because it isnt working properly. There isnt anyway. That it is possible to play this hidden object game.
Not sure when or how but this game has tanked so much. We lost an account, purchases not going through and sooooo many glitches with events within the game its ridiculous. Tried reaching out to support but got nowhere its sad really. We used to like this game.
It is the day before Valentines Day and looks like no event for it. We read sometime ago players were being pushed towards playing on Facebook. Many dont use nor trust Facebook. We are one. If there is nothing for Valentines Day we will Off Load this App and eventually Delete it by Summer. Apple was supposed to remove Apps that didnt do updates. We know it has been over 9 months for this one. The developers either need to update or put on their website no more updates for this game. In fact a few weeks ago we were on their website hoping to find something about this game. This game wasnt even listed. Apple make these Developers keep up to date or kick them off the Apple Store.
We have loved this game for years and remember why we stopped playing it now just downloaded it again and it is constantly crashing.
This is by far our favorite game on the iPad. The details and artwork are amazing. Yes, it can be a bit frustrating to go through and play if you dont put real world money into it – but its not impossible. Every once in a while they throughout missions and extras that help speed things up. And we really like the addition of a 30 minute energy freeze when you open up for the first time in a day. More if youve been gone longer. We are majorly impressed with their customer service. If you contact support through the app for any issues, they have a bot that tries first, but if that doesnt work we can request talking to a real person and they usually respond within a few hours. We are very impressed. They are always updating and changing things, which makes this interesting. Love this game.
We have been having an issue with diamonds disappearing. For instance, we had 18 recently and without use it suddenly displayed 9 when we reopened a game.
We used to spend a lot of time playing this and havent played for a while because we didnt like the changes that occurred. Today we played and our prior feelings were just reinforced as a result we will most likely delete it.
Customer service reps are AWFUL and useless 99% of the time. The newest update (June 2021) is horrendous!! We’ve spent tons of real money only for this new update to change everything so we lost hundreds of dollars worth of stuff yet they gave ZERO compensation (after fully admitting it was their fault). Game itself is awesome but the company gets a legit F!!
Harder and harder. Now we are not be the smartest but we know when Im being scammed. This game is not honest and its getting worse. Now they show puzzles that you could not possibly see because it totally hidden. The thing is they know it and it gets worse the more money you put in the easier it is.
We guess we can no longer play. The game wont open. Disappointing.
This used to be our favorite game. We used to play hours at a time and didnt mind spending some money here and there. Now we play out the 30-minute energy freezer they started giving during the pandemic and leave. The recent changes have killed the game. They cluttered the interface needlessly; they reduced the effectiveness of the bomb hints by 20%; they increased the resources required to enter a space; they quit giving intermediate prizes in the competitions; they havent fixed the video function in months; they started using the Mirror world modes in the non- Mirror world; they reduced the rewards for successfully finding all objects in a space. Their customer support is worthless. They are interested in monetizing the game, and thats all theyre interested in. We understand the need for profit in a business, but theyve become money hungry to the exclusion of every other aspect of good business.
Game Insight support is a joke. You go through the motions and everything you earn vanishes. Buggiest game we have ever tried to play.
We’ve been playing for over a year and really enjoy it but the last change on the matching puzzles makes no sense. We enjoy playing the matching puzzles in the different locations but now theyre all the same in every location, doesnt make sense. Until you go back to your original matching puzzles with a different one in each location we wont be playing them.
Cant open the game since the last update.
Just updated today now it wont load.
They posted updates to fix bugs and defects, however now it will not open. It is just locked and will do NOTHING. We’ve asked for help countless times to NO reply.
Installed the update yesterday and now we cant get game to load. Reset iPad and still wont open.
Game gets stuck on the loading screen after opening the app and wont go any further. This started after the recent update. When the app actually functions, the game is fun.
We used to love this game but recently it takes so long to replenish energy it takes almost 24 hours. Havent even been able to open it since the last update 3 days ago. We contacted support and got the canned response but nothing else. If we ever get it to open up again we will use what we have invested and probably delete it.
Was having problems and support said they will fix. Now we cant even load our game. Good job fixing issues. Please dont say contact support because we cant actually get into our game to contact support. We would like the hundreds of dollars we’ve spent in this game over time if it wont load anymore. You give a gift of free 1hr energy and a chest and its in the form of a pop up. If you do not touch that pop up immediately its gone and you dont receive anything. This has happened to us a couple of times and is unfair. Just plain wrong!!
A formerly great game that has now become nothing but a money grabber to get anything finished. Technical support is a total joke as we’ve been reporting the same problem weekly for almost a year now and all we get is a run-around with no resolution. After 5+ years its time to quit.
We recently started the game and its taking us to mirror world to look around. Cheshire pops up and says to leave, when we click take reward another window pops up saying congratulations you found a wand! And is prompting us to buy something. Except we cant click okay or the X button to close the window. We are stuck on that screen. Closing the game and restarting does the same thing.
We have had several tech issues with playing this game. In the past the issues were resolved in a timely fashion. The last issue we were told (several hours later) to download the latest version from the app. That didnt work and tried contacting them several more times about this issue. It went ignored.
This game only gives you 3 minutes to complete but it only allows 1-2 minutes . Please remove 3 minute limit it never use to be there. You cant,move up or really play the game.
It’s a fun game, but it is difficult to find all items a person needs. Not happy with new update lost all progress and diamonds! Would like a new update. Was on level 50 and also lost our diamonds that we purchased. Fix it now. Not sure if the update was given but the game keeps crashing and won’t let us play.
The latest upgrade is greatly flawed. Often unable to open a location to search, unable to banish, sometimes the inventory wont open and other issues. We enjoy the game and play a lot.
We’ve been playing this game for a while & have had 2 incidents of them taking our payment & not giving us what we paid for in the game. Both instances, the game crashed on us & shut down AFTER we bought our items. The first time it happened, they gave us our items after a long going back & forth with them & we had to submit screenshots of our receipt from Apple. The 2nd incident, few days ago, we tried to buy items on 5 different occasions, & each time we purchased an item, the game crashed & shut down on us & never gave us the items we purchased. We submitted our receipt from Apple to them & still waiting for our items which we probably wont get back. & another thing, the game lets you get coins but rarely ever has any useful items you can buy with them. Rather, they force you to buy crystals if you want to get anywhere in the game.
This latest update is the worst. Youve made the game look like its for children.
What happened to the game??? Since the update on Carriage, the game becomes stuck and will not allow play. This is very frustrating and we really enjoyed the game before this snafu!!! Thanks.
Hi! We played this game for 5 months. We really liked the way it was until the game changed. We didnt like the new stuff thats why we delete the app. Also, there are days that no matter how long you play, the game doesnt give you what you are looking for. Jugu por 5 meses, pero cambiaron algunas cosas que ms us gustaba del juego. Por esta razn lo elimin. Hay das en los que por ms que juegues y uses amuletos, hay objetos que no se pueden encontrar.
We’ve been playing this game for years & invested more money than we should. It used to be our favorite game, but Im considering deleting it. What is the purpose of Mirror a World? Even though its pretty boring due to the limited number of games available, we managed to get to level 14. But for what benefit?? Apparently none. No new games. No nothing! We would advise new players not to waste time on this game.
We dont know how, but you have actually made the game worse with the update. Just horrible.
This game is no longer fun. Its very difficult to advance to next level without purchasing coins or diamonds. The items are difficult to locate because they have been made miniature or to blend in (invisible)with the scenery making it hard to locate. Also its heavy with ads.
Do not like the new updates . You made objects very hard to find. You changed the way the objects look, from the way they use to look. We have played this game for years. You cancelled our accounts, so we have to keep starting over, no wonder you have a lot of bad reviews, we dont pay to play games, because of this reason . You also sent a message from the developer, which we did not receive.

We are and been playing this game for a long time and in a decent level right now. From some reviews that we agree with, we see this game is going for money only!!! Some places require a lot of energy that can take everything we accumulate in 24 hours! We have an old version iPad, when we asked the support system if we can witch devices whats the proper procedure? He said you are going to loose all of your friends!!!!!! Really? Why? We have over that a 1000 friend!! And like a previous comment here someone said he cant get gifts or request items anymore! Why? Our old device is preventing us from playing certain rooms and we cant get a lot of prizes too. Some bosses we need to defeat right? And you are thankfully giving us 500 points if we watch a video but every time we hit the button to watch the video we either get a frozen screen or crash the game immediately!!!!!!! Why? And we know now no matter how many times we complain, all we get is contact the support center, in which they wont do anything but ask you to change devices or buy something. Look, this game made for us to have fun and get out of our busy busy lives not to stress us, by doing this you are losing people gradually and one day you gonna end up losing the app! Consider what we said please!!!
This has been our favorite game for over a year & still going. However, the new update has slowed the games overall performance & has made it glitchy. Please fix this!!
We use to love this game but now you have to spend tons of money to play it. We’ve lost our progress three times and we used to be able to add more than 100 friends, now with all of these changes we are not so encourage to spend time on it as we used to do not to mention that to acquire weapons its almost possible now.
We have collected over 200 weapons which CANNOT be used for any available trade in the city. Then, when we do finally get one we need for a certain trade, that trade opportunity disappears. We have been playing every day and am extremely frustrated by the inequality of trade items/weapons earned to opportunities to use them. We will be deleting this TOTALLY NOT REWARDING GAME but wanted to post this review first, to warns others not to wast their time. Items earned are not a reward for successful play if they just collect in inventory and cannot be used. Plus, the amount of energy required to search a place, when compared to the useless items and the excessive time (or $$) needed to restore energy is just nothing but another layer of frustration. Games are supposed to be fun. This is not fun.
We were hesitant to install this game because of the reviews but we absolutely love it. We guess some people just want stuff to complain about. Way to go for creating this game.
