A Glimpse into Mission Chief – 911 Emergency
Experience the excitement of an emergency call dispatcher at your finger tips! Create your own dispatch center and choose where in the world your fire and police stations are placed, using real life maps. You want to recreate the emergency system of your city? Or would you prefer to build a huge fire station right on top of the Madison Square Garden? The choice is yours!
First you start with a fire station and a Type 1 or Type 2 engine. Afterwards you can expand your emergency system any way you want. Add more specialist vehicles like HazMat, Heavy Rescue vehicles, MCV (Mobile Command Vehicle), or build up your police force with SWAT and K9 units – or both and cover all emergency calls!
The game allows for vast customization, so all stations and vehicles can be named. And as some specialized vehicles need trained personnel, you can set up training courses and assign specialists to specific vehicles. Advanced players can use helicopters (HEMS) to get to the most urgent emergencies quickly!
If you enjoy teamwork then help friends by joining or creating an alliance. You can share jobs to help each other out as well as allow friends to take patients to your hospital or prison. The more units you have will boost your call amount too, increasing the challenges you face. Remember, some calls will require different types of units to be sent so ensure your fleet is up-to-date!
This game was developed by a real firefighter. So it was always important to have realistic emergency missions with realistic demands for vehicles – from small missions like a burning car to big ones like a bridge collapse – all on real life maps!

Its a good game but sometimes its a little confusing but other than that its a really good game.
Love this game! We were a 911 operator and this is. Close second to the real thing!

Now we have nothing against this game but still if the devs are listening please save data better because we had an account and it was deleted for no reason and no we did not delete it myself so we were like okay and restarted but a few months later it was deleted again and we restarted again and then about 10 minutes ago our account was deleted again so we are now writing this review and am about to delete this game because we refuse to restart a 3rd time. But now into the good stuff, this game has great controls, realistic gameplay, super in-depth gameplay, and a very active, and all around amazing dev team. In closing we love this game but they really really need to save data better we just wish we could recover our account.
It is a really good game we just wish it was more realistic and the stations and units where already in place we just bought them. There is a excessive amount of resources being used on called that in real life would only take 1 unit and some calls that would take a lot more units (in which we have) that arent being called out. The placing of the units and stations is cool but for someone that wants more realistic gameplay it kinda takes a lot of time to search up all the locations and units in each department.
As a professional fireman this is a really fun and well made game! Just needs some tweaking on the call names. For example, the electrical cupboard fire should simply be electrical fire. Nobody uses the term electrical cupboard. Also the chlorine exposure call shouldnt use the nuclear trefoil symbol. The skull and crossbones would be more accurate. Also, please make the police units blue instead of green :) Overall, love the game!!!
Hey, we redownloaded because it looks like updates have been done. However, we cant restart our game from scratch. Is there a way to reset the game?
Ever since a game update this past weekend (over 72 hours) ever time we open the game its a blank white screen where the game play is. Closing the App, doing a full relaunch, even restarting the iPad has no affect. Unable to play the game which is a shame as we’ve been an avid player for several years.
The app now says Leitstellenspiel instead of mission chief and when we goto open it it just shows a blank screen? We’ve played this before but not sure what is going on so Im just going too delete the app. Seems a little sus too have that changed all of a sudden when it clearly shows our language of choice that we picked is English.. Good game besides that.
Pick any city you want to start with and you can do more cities.
Its a pretty fun strategic game. We like how you can place your stations where ever you want, we’ve got t ours in the town we live in. We could play this all day, it makes us feel like a real dispatcher.
We love the game and being part of a Fire crew.

We liked the game but it was to stressful so we deleted but we re downloaded it and tried to move our Dispatch station and all our other stations and it didn’t show the map so we couldn’t really do anything. It was good while we were able to play so we’re rating 4 stars.
Okay, well, we have a ton of issues, first most alliances are corrupt and cant do anything about that, second the devs are German and dont know much about the U.S ways and there is a board to discuss, make suggestions and what not, thats corrupt as they dont even know half what they talk about even though they claim they do, then they claim we dont when yet our suggestions are logical and maybe make some since. We got to say we will continue to play the game but the devs and people who advice them with maybe the exception of our alliance educator do not know anything about gaming and making it run smoothly while making it fun, realistic, somewhat challenging but easy, and playable. The devs almost need to stop updating, stop taking suggestions from people except our alliance educator and us or maybe should consult us and the alliance educator. Not to mention they really dont care all that much about the players there are bots and we have been miss treated by people yet no one cares. Honestly give us overall admin status so we cant get banned from the forms and game alliances, give us power so we can see the corruption, give us power to remove people we feel necessary give us a badge or something by our user name we can consult people and make the game how it should be and through one line of communication between us and the devs directly between email then theres known certainly everything will get done sometime and not a 100 people making suggestions, we can even prioritize what should be done of course not doing any of the programming end. Maybe the devs should also make custom skin packs for vehicles and custom skin packs for the different station types tough if they cant thats fine.
Extremely Interactive just wish payouts were higher and more frequent in order to be able to expand freely and keep us hooked. Thanks.
Played it for a bit and one day account was gone after closing the app on our phone. Went to get back on it and our account was randomly gone. Completely ridiculous wouldnt waste the time with the game.
We gave it 4 stars only couple things minor to most but to us, its something bothers us. Its really fun to play dispatcher however we cant enable and keep enabled dark theme we have to be premium. We dont think that should be something that is premium maybe it should be its own, one time purchase thing with coins or money. We also think at least have a one time purchase option of the premium account of large amount of coins where its more likely to be paid with coins bought, or money straight out right, and again, with a one time purchase option? But may just be us.

This game is so fun it is probably the best emergency service dispatch game we have ever played!!
First off we love love this game it is very very realistic and awesome we have been involved in emergency services in one way or another since 1997 and can say first hand this game is a must play for those with a background like ours or someone just interested in our lifestyle and careers. It is very very easy to progress without spending money to buy coins etc but yet you can buy them if you choose to. Plus bonus very very very few ads we would like it if you incorporate more city services like towing etc but we are sure that will come in time. We have sent 3 people to this game and they are all hooked like us haha.

Its a fun time waster. Just started playing this game yesterday. The game has a lot of good qualities and is fun to play but its a slow progression at first and slow to make money at first as most of these types of games are in the beginning but other than its great.
Us and our brother have been playing this game for months its shame not very many people know about it its very underrated it takes awhile to save up credits but other then that its a great game.
Amazing how you can have calls on real streets in your city, also your own cities stations and units, so amazing 5 star for sure.
Really, we keep most games on our phone for maybe 1 to 3 days sometimes a week, this game has been on our phone for 3+ months. So it could be so much better, we still love it being able to communicate with other members of the community, along with being able to just play a game without the stress of your account being deleted or something for an activity.
This game is good but it would be better if the game could detect roads so units could actually drive on them instead of going through trees.
Its a great game, we joined in October of 2021, and have loved playing it. It would be nice if the layout/format for finding items would be better especially on mobile; it would be nice if there was more options for expanding hospitals (like trauma center vs non trauma center, and its levels), new missions, and some other little things. Overall still an awesome game.
The only god thing about this game is it uses your devices maps. We found several glitches on roads etc. The units dont move smoothly and got stuck. This game wants you to spend money on it and there is ZERO sound, which makes it particularly boring. We followed the units to calls all on roads which we have run 911 calls on for the last 25 years and this game does need some work.
Idk how to do anything and it’s really irritating.

Been playing this for a while now and absolutely love it! One suggestion we have is to possibly in the future add station move ups. Example, many fire departments in real life do station move ups. How it would work: Say an engine is assigned to a call for an amount of time, that area where the station is will lack a response time for calls in the area that the station serves. So in game we would have the option to send any apparatus of our choice to that station to cover the apparatus that is at a call. Then when the engine is down with its call, the game would release the apparatus that was covering the station and return it back to that apparatuss station. To keep people from having 10 units moved up to one station, there would be a limit. The limit would be how ever many units that station can hold. For example, if that station only has the number 2 level, and only one apparatus is at a call of the 2 apparatus that is at that station, then only one apparatus would be allowed to cover that station. Same thing with over level stations. Lets say 2/4 of the units at a certain station is there at the station, then two other units can be moved up to cover that station until its 4/4.
So Im a fire fighter in California and we get dispatched to wildfires, could you possibly bring a whole wildfire system in?

Had a good time playing it until it signed us out by itself and it wont let us to to a log in page it just keeps making a new account when we open it up.
We think every update makes this app worse. When we first got the app and started playing it worked fine no issues! No trying to play is nearly impossible with all the issues. Such a shame a good game did a complete 180.
We absolutely love this game, you can progress at your own pace and the alliance feature is extremely helpful. One suggestion though, add a Traffic Unit for the Fire Stations and for Fire Academy add Fire Police Training as a requirement for the Traffic Unit.
Im in an alliance with us and our home town first responders and we love it. Its so much fun and we would love to see some cool updates where maybe we could have our own private server on our account and use mods even.
The game is fantastic. It is so realistic. It was a little confusing at first but you figure it out quick.
We found this game while looking up fire fighting games, and it looked interesting. We didnt see many downloads, so we kind of questioned it at first. We played it, and saw that it was well made. Then we found out it had a web browser, and over 1.1 million downloads on the google playstore. The game is easy to play, but there are some confusing areas that definitely need time to explore and learn.
This game is really great and it shows what struggles some departments have with maintaining a fire department or a county it also shows how much can happen in a few minutes great game love it.
We enjoy playing this game very much. We have been playing for about a year or two now and we still find it enjoyable to play. Everything is very good and barely any bugs. We think that it would be very good if you added a donation system where you can donate credits to other players if they need help. To ensure they arent dependent on that player, you can also add a reasonable daily limit. We think this would be an amazing idea. Id love to hear your feedback about it. Other than that, great game!
