We didnt expect anything out of this but the concepts of crowd reading, beatmatching, networking, etc. Were expressed through this game in clever ways. Our only criticism is that its hard to read the dialogue sometimes with the notch but this in no way disrupts the game and Ill take it compared to all the amazing things that we love about this. If youre a dj in real life, youll actually really enjoy this. The music feels edm but not in a soul-less way. Its a good balance of mainstream but not sellout sounding. It appeals to critics AND casual fans which isnt easy to do by any means. We didnt expect this to be so great. 5,000 stars brother!
Havent seen effort and thought out into a mobile game like this in a minute well done super fun.

We truly enjoy this game. Reminds us of guitar hero. Just need to be optimized for iPhone 11. Some things get cut off the screen.

This is our new favorite mobile game. We’ve had it for less than 30 minutes and we cant put it down. As a current DJ, we really respect the amount of detail and hard work they put in this game. Huge props to the developers.

This app excels in everything you would expect it too. First off, the ads are never up in front of your face, and you can easily play the game without watching any of them. This game also has a great campaign as well as multiplayer mode with challenges every day and week where you can earn rewards. It is fun and interesting to play, and makes you want to keep playing because of the different records to collect. This game can be both easy and hard, with very fair and unique gameplay. We honestly cannot wait to see how far this game can go.
Genuinely a fun game. A lot of Guitar Hero comparisons, but better. Reading the crowd is a big part of pleasing an event and we love how easily its represented in each party. The ability to calibrate audio is a nice touch to compensate for the delay if youre rocking Bluetooth. Even the ads, as much as we hate ads, are rewarding in a very high degree in this game. Theres so much more to go and we hope that the next update certainly includes more newer tracks (I dont understand why more artists are not jumping on this opportunity). We think the timer should be changed to match the set length accordingly. Sometimes you only play half of your set collection, other times you play each record at least twice. Also, we know its a lot along the lines of Guitar Hero, but a special should be accumulated through consistent note playing that can allow the player to trigger smoke/lasers/projectors/fire?, to hype the crowd when possible. Keep it up Youth Control! Cant wait to see whats next!
Game is really really reaalllyy good, but the timer on each level should a little longer since you will have a moment you have the wait for one part of the song to finish in order to start ur next CD and it takes a lot of time and ruins your progress on the level. We cant wait for the update to change your character.
Sometimes after ad there is no game sound. So we have to close and open the game. Pls fix the issue. Thx for the lovely game.
Im to the end of the second club, and its impossible to get even 4 stars on the level. We’ve beaten almost everything else and still cant unlock the next level despite playing near perfect sets repeatedly. Please fix.
Cool game and awesome idea but Im getting no audio on iPhone 8 and the leaderboard loading screen stuck after the first tutorial play.
Wow stumbled across this game threw a ad and happy we downloaded it. Altho its a short game hope an update makes more levels, a lot of promise of a great game with great unheard of artist. Def one of our top games. Guitar hero game play as a dj game. Also the reward system by watching ads is awesome.
The name really says it all. We loved Guitar Hero, and we like how they used the same mechanics for it in the game. Its fun, the music is great, not too many ads (but MANY ads for LOTS of free cash in game). We think the game will really shine if the developers expand on it more, theyve got a really good thing going here! Our one critique would be to modify the responsiveness of tapping the beats when mixing, adding some more content, especially customizing your DJ.
This is a really fun game with a lot of potential. Music is cool and its a great way for artist to promote their work. That being said there are somethings that take away from the game. First is transition time, we feel like Im spending all our time waiting for load screens, leaderboards, or updates on something. Next is that there is no noticeable overlap in the taste of the people you play for. Youd think playing cyan music would also vibe with blue music (they even have similar flow in the game) yet when you throw on a blue track, anyone in cyans score diminishes, and honestly we’ve never been to a club in our life where people up and left because they didnt like one song, just doesnt happen. The gameplay feels very 2-D, and honestly we lost interest after finishing the first club. You need to re work the GUI for the most recent iPhones as you cant see your score mid set. Really good idea and game, just needs a little more thought and depth to it before it becomes great. Also someone definitely found a way to crack into your code and max out their scores for leaderboards.
Unfortunately played only 1 day. After, the game stopped loading. The circle just keep on circulating forever, game never loads. Please fix.
This game definitely deserves its five-stars. Not long ago we were thinking about the concept for a game very similar to MIXMSTR and we hoped that in the future we would have it – a game in which you can experience what would be like to be a DJ. We never expected the HOW it would be a game to be a DJ doing World Tour; gotta applaud the developers for such a great game with flavours of DJ Hero. Much nostalgia, and very satisfactory. We will definitely recommend this and support the team.
Theres so much potential in this game. As a former dj myself this was a nice flashback from breaking records and reading a crowd. The gameplay is so intuitive that you can do a lot. In the next update can we get a better sizing for iPhone 11 and multiplayer?
