It works very smoothly and is easy to use for the things that we need but it might not be as helpful to others.
We really like the app but Face Scan doesnt work and we were wondering if that was a glitch or if its being updated because we have the latest version of the app.
Its was fine we just wish the face scan worked bruh.
Is face scan not working because its not taking us to the page YouTuber do so plz bring it.
We can't use face scan it's always closed and every time you close the app it logs you out.
Unfortunately the face scan piece hasnt worked since we bought the show 25 for our son on his birthday two months ago. Would be great if this would work.
This is our second year in a row to use this app and every time, its processing data for the first day or two after logging in for RTTS. Im a simple guy willing to allow a face scan (something we dont often do due to facial recognition software) but here we are willing to do it all to fantasize about play in the show but the app wont cooperate.
It might be Im just at taking pictures but dont use the scan.
When Im trying to do a face scan in road to show we go to the mlb the show companion app to do the face scan but the face scan is somehow temporarily closed, like huh. And it is always closed, Developers if your seeing this review please fix this bug.
We don't know if this is supposed to happen, but every time we want to use the app it makes us sign in again which is a pain especially because it says we're signing in on a new device even though we're not and we haven't go to our email.
We downloaded this app to use the face scanner feature though, it doesnt work for us but we have the add-on and our app is up to date. Please devs fix this.
Great app, easily connects to our account, syncs very quickly. Love the app, really useful.
So we have been trying to get our face on the road to the show on 24 and finally they came out with the show 25 so now we can do the face appearance.
This is to any developers and im asking, is the face scan feature temporarily closed? It wont work and has a banner that says closed and we got confused because it should be available. We have the latest version at a current time point, let us know if anything has changed or will change.
Its a good way to access your account, when unable to do so from the console, but cant buy stubs, cant access all infinity teams, and cards dont show up on the app that are on your account and only accessible through the console. Needs work.
We downloaded the software. But we can't log in and we have no idea what's going on. An error occurs when we try to log in. Or there's a problem during the login process. So annoying.
This app works incredibly now. We see a lot of reviews from years ago, but the current version is a must have and really improves the user experience.

One of the best companion apps for video games out there, just gets buggy from time to time, but it gets the job done.
Not much bad stuff to say but we dont like how we have to re-sign in almost every time we open the app.Not really sure why it does that. It doesnt have great access to everything as it is mainly for Diamond Dynasty but pretty good app in general.
App is a bit clunky but we like having the ability to review our DDTs when the interest arises. Would love for the DD programs to be available on the app for review and to build one of our DDTs when away from home.

Previous years the app was great if you played the Diamond Dynasty market. Gone are the days of taking pictures, writing tasks down, and creating spreadsheets to track programs thanks to this years version.
App works good. Wish the PlayStation Trophies could be added to the app to keep track of those also without needing an additional app. Would be nice to have some daily/weekly things that could be done to get stubs or packs in the game from the app.
We love all the features, opening packs is super helpful, but the face scan is always closed and we cant get it.
We like the face scan but it is super slow and laggy.
We like how we can open packs and do everything we need to while not using our Xbox and we dont like how for the past week we cant sign in with our Xbox account.
App allows us to access shop and lineups while away from console no bugs no issues of any kind.

To all those saying worst game ever its not a game lol. Its an optional app for a console game. We think its solid our only issue is signing in every day is pretty annoying.
We cant log in anymore says we need to choose our gamer tag on Xbox or something and it just started happening yesterday idk what happen.
For the new game that just was made it wont let us get in the game.
For some reason, it wont work it says its closed almost all the time its never open face. It never works. We never get to see it. Never get to use it.
Literally downloaded five minutes ago and already annoyed. Looked up two players in the market using search and now every player we try to search it just gives us the same list of players and not the one Im searching.
Wont allow us to update our line up says our wild cards are used but its season 3 & thats not a thing and it has none of our current players n our current line up. Id like to be able to maneuver our team around from phone. Thats the only reason we had the app.
Every time we try making a new player in road to the show we always try doing face scan and it just says unavailable and it doesnt even teach us how to do anything it just says it and its really annoying and you guys should fix your game and fix that problem.
The face scan quite literally does not work and stays loading at 33 percent for us.
We have an account through Xbox and Ive been using the app just fine since the game came out. However, since the update, it logged us out and we cannot log back in. Just keeps popping up with an error occurred while trying to login, sorry there was an issue with the login process. We even went as far as changing our password for our account and offloading/reinstalling/powering down etc.. From what we saw, a lot of people are experiencing the same issue.
We enjoy using MLB24 app on the BACKBONE platform and we would like to share the experience of a reality character while enjoying the experience of the new game.
Ok, we don't know if you guys are the developers or not but, we tried to play against Babe Ruth (on the groundbreakers) and it only showed Hank Aaron and Jackie Robinson. But in the home run derby, we can play against him. If you guys are the developers, please fix this.
App works fine for us, only additional request to make it 5 stars is add a customizer feature. We feel this would make customizing jerseys, stadiums, etc. Much easier and therefore causing more people to actually do it.
We wish that endgame there was an option for the arms to make check swing appeals perfect to see no more of those not swinging by a mile strikes.
We logged in well, our friend did on our phone! He logged in on his account and we dont know how to change accounts.
Need to make a video game for mobile.
We can no longer adjust lineups via the app. This has never been an issue up until the change to season 2. It would be really nice to be able to adjust our lineups when Im away from our console so we can jump right back into the game instead of spending time moving things around.
Whatever update that was just completed, now we cant access any collection. Just getting the spinning wheel of death for every collection.
Cant use face scan for some reason.
We only wanted to do this for the face scan and we tried for a long time and it kept asking us dumb questions and having us do things over and over again! This was not a good purchase even though its free. DO NOT BUY this app for one simple reason its a waste of time and you will regret it.
We dont Have a PlayStation or Xbox so if you made a mobile version it would be easier.
SDS is so concerned about their bottom line they took the time to re code the app to make flipping harder. Meanwhile game is almost an identical product from 23. Maybe take the time to improve your product to earn money vs trying to extract unearned money from consumers via predatory micro-transactions Review update : jumped to conclusions. Developer reached out via Reddit for feedback. They heard communities concerns and advised stated issue was indeed an oversight and app functioning how it always has in the past. Upped rating to 5 stars for developer taking the time to seek out feedback and implement asked fixes where able.
