Thank you devs for this app, there are always new functionalities that make it essential for the game, and Face Scan is really cool although we look ugly, but thats also true IRL.
When we try face scan the app opens a window asking if we would like to download face feature its 156mb . We cant get past that window and we have plenty of memory room ?
In general we like the app, but when we look to do face scan it says it is closed. The issue has been happening around a month now. We dont know if it is related with us playing on Xbox or something similar to that. We would rate the app better if face scan worked for us because we really want to use the feature. Every other feature is almost perfected. PSN, please fix this.
We dont like this game because we cant play on our iPad.

Hello! We love the idea of the app. We like how we can open our packs on the app instead of getting on to our device and open it on the game. Its just the face scan. We want to use it but it says its closed. If it has an age restriction, then we would like to know the required age. Thank you!
It keeps saying couldnt log in there was an error and we keep trying it it doesnt Work.
It dose not let us sign in to our account on Nintendo switch.
Worked for a couple weeks then last Friday whenever we go to long in it says an error has occurred. (Play station) we have the newest version of the app and also have tried it on wifi and also not on wifi and doesnt seem to work. But when it does work for us its a great app.
It wont let us log in it only shows the home page we have the newest version of the app and it still dont work Im logging our account out and deleting the app.
The only reason we got this app was for face scan and it doesnt even work.
It keeps telling us to log into our Microsoft account and we do it says it send us an email but we didnt get it so yeah TRASH we bet the show let a 6 year old make the app.
It doesn’t work for face scan and keeps telling us to connect to console. There are no instructions on how to do this and when we finally figured it out on our own it still doesnt work. Terrible app we dont know how it was made so poorly.

We cant open packs for some reason. It also makes us login like every day which is pretty annoying. Awesome app when it works tho.
Doesn’t work, cant log into our Microsoft account to use it with our xbox.. Error code each time. So it effectively does not work (iphone pro max 13) Update – 4-11-23, its now functioning for us and working.
This app is very handy, when it works. Lot of the time you spend watching the death wheel spin. Sometimes it recovers and sometimes it requires negative reviews. Obviously its not working at this time.
We logged in to the wrong Account and cant log out.
When we logged in we it sent us to an account that we didnt play the game on and we dont have a way to switch the account.
For us, the face scans says Sorry, you are not able to use face scan technology at this time we just want to use face scan.
We try to log in for our Nintendo switch account but it says it is having problems and that we need to link our show account to our Nintendo account. Then have a link there for easier access. Im so confused on what to do in the app.
Every other aspect besides the face scan is amazing. While loading the face scan, it gets stuck at 33% EVERY SINGLE TIME and NEVER loads nor works. PLEASE FIX, thank you.
It keeps saying error when we try to sign in.
We got the app a few weeks ago loved it but ever since a little over a week it makes us log in but when we put our pass word and user in it makes us do 2 step verification but it never sends us the code so we can not log in to the app.
O loved the app but it have sing in issues with Nintendo switch.
We downloaded the app and when we tried to sign in on switch it said we needed to link our MLB the show account before our Nintendo account.
Tried everything. After linking it to Nintendo acct we get a error connecting to servers notice for days now.
This app was very useful for us last year when it came to flipping cards on the market, however it is difficult for the newest version of the game because notifications arent coming through and many others are having the same issue. If you are able to figure out why this is, it would be a tremendous help.

The app was working fine for us until today when it wont let us login. After putting in our information, we get an error occurred message every time. Im able to login on theshow. Com so our account isnt the issue. We’ve gotten no response from anyone regarding this issue. The app is great when it actually works.

FaceScan does not work, stays on 33%.
You can even sign into the right account it auto loads a Microsoft account we no longer use and you cant sign out or sign into a different one. Hope your lead developer gets hit by a bus!!!
Error when logging in cant even get past the sign in screen . Terrible app.
It wont send us notifications we turned it on in game and in settings and still wont work.
Since day 3 of the all our notifications have not worked. Is anyone else having this problem. We know us and one of our friends have the same issue. Can someone fix it?
We were told by our friend that used iPhone face scan is available but when we checked it was closed we proceeded to restart the app but then it was still closed we checked for updates none so we think maybe that may need some fixes.
Used the wrong email and now it is stuck, force logging us into an email with non-existent Xbox association. Terribly awful no good very bad joke of a companion app. Our companion is now a shell account and the app is worthless. The app literally sends an email saying they do not have the support to even delete the account. Never buying another of your games.
Last year this app worked great. So far this year we have been unable to log in due to a server issue we’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing seems to work.
Doesnt work for us and we tried everything possible but our friend downloaded the app and his face scan worked first try.

When we clicked 23 and Xbox then clicked sign in it said error occurred like fix it plz.

It signed us out and when we try to sign into PlayStation it says an error has occurred.
Notifications havent worked since the day this app dropped. They know about it but wont fix it.
