Whenever we try and start a mission the game goes to the load screen then immediately crashes. Unplayable at the moment.
We compleated the mission that says flawless extraction. One problem. It says we didn't complete it and it's at 99%. It's an unwinnable medal.
It has great gameplay mechanics, as well as some high levels of difficulty later on. All in all it is a great game.
We love this game but the biggest issue is that is really hard to select weapons while in battle or in general. We're using iPhone 6s we don't know if it's just on this iPhone or on all iPhones.
Please optimize the game to work with the iPhone X. The screen is tiny and often times it goes black.
We know company's never read these and generally don't care what the customer says but we believe that you guys can devote your attention to something…can you remove the ability to see what weapons are protecting a region when deploying weapons, thanks! Great game with little to know pay neccesary to have a good time defending your base. Unique indeed.
One of the best defence strategy games we have ever seen and played and will always be happy to see new updates. Also we have seen two bugs regarding the newest update…… 1. Enemy's do not spawn on the map and sometimes you sit there with no enemy to fight at the end of a mission we don't exactly know if its a bug or when 2 units spawn and get stuck on each other before entering the map but we will you guys to decide. 2. During some missions you can't equip add-ons for your base. Idk it appears the new update made it more challenging and made your weapons to make it more balanced on higher levels but no big deal.
The newest update gives us two new weapon systems (disguised as "improvements in the patch notes"). Radiant laser system- stronger than Prism with lower arc of fire but calls down ion cannon rounds. Torrent railgun- Four Flashes in one. These two guns systems are at the bottom of the tech tree, so new players may need to grind it out a bit to get their hands on them. Along with these two amazing guns comes a change to the Premium system. Instead of the previous four options, there is only one 30 service star payment for 3 days. One of the old 'subscriptions' options was 40 stars for 7 days, with slightly better boosts, so this is a downgrade. IMO, the Premium is not worth it at all, even before this update. Service stars are best spent on re-rolls for discounts from daily challenges and fast unlocks on the Research tech trees. There are new bugs in the game. We are unable to equip add-ons for any type for missions as the add-on selection does not appear when selecting your base or weapons. This isn't game-breaking, but we can no longer be lazy with Autofire on our laser systems. Another problem is when we would pause the game and then lock our phone for a bit, before returning to the game. When we finish the mission and a video is queued to play after, it would splice the screen and we would only see 1/4 of it. It would always require us to restart the game. This game is great and we would recommend to any fans of the tower defense genre. One suggestion we have is an option to remove mandatory ads entirely. We will pay for such an option.
We absolutely love this game, we have since we got it a 3 years ago, but recently there have been a few glitches as to the responsiveness of the guns themselves, and the fact that we are unable to utilize add-ons on any of our missions.
This was once our favorite iPad game, but the new update is a freemium nightmare, especially the Mercenary levels. The game will bait you in with manageable levels, then overload the map with enemies in the final levels that will cost you $10-$15 in base repairs each time. Sorry, guys. You jumped the shark.
This is a great game in itself. The fact that different strategies are required to win each battle is phenomenal, and with the addition of different battle types, weapons, and ammunition, the game really gives you something to "command". Also, you're able to get a lot of free stars just by voluntarily viewing the ads.

We loved the game at the beginning but the main issue we're having is annoying Ad pop ups after a mission. Please fix this other then that pretty good game so far.

Modern Command is a colorful, fun tower defense game marred by a hostile and bullying forced ad system. We would pay good money to get rid of them if there were an option to. This is a terrible way to treat would-be customers. Play it as far as your patience for forced ad allows and send the publisher a few bucks for the stars that are the in-game currency. You're going to have to if you want to go very far.
When we put a weapon in the protection for tier one and then take it out, it says it's still in there, making it impossible to get it out. PLEASE FIX.
$2 will buy you 55,000 in game currency. That's half or just under half a decent turret. That's utterly ridiculous and that's just one small example it gets worse from there. Cons -Time based supply, because apparently a good way to make people wanna play your game is limit how often/long they play it and make you pay for 3 more minutes of play or wait a few hours. -income is so low after you hit tier 2 missions it's ridiculous and boring. -game crashes in menu operations clicking around -premium accounts are a good example of greed by developers. Terrible system we should have a permanent premium account for a fair price not 30 days max at any time. -want to change out weapons? Pay PRIMUM currency to change simple weapons OUT. Pros -fun and balanced turrets, aside from cost.
Why do you need stars to send weapons away for maintenance.
The game shut down itself when we fight the boss at tier 6 stage. We play this game on iphone 4. Please fix this.
Look elsewhere. Once upon a time the game was fun, not any more. Apple should ban games like these as they are totally unsavory.
We understand the need to make revenue, but c'mon, this is ridiculous. Constant video ads you are forced to watch with no ability to pay to skip them. Geez.
It was fun at the very beginning but now at tier 2, you might as well forget it. It's a slow stand still, high priced "real money" equipment and ads popping up constantly. So if you wanna enjoy this game, just play the first level and quit because after that it's ridiculous.

Any game that has IAPs should have iCloud saving, no exceptions. This wasn't always the case, but that was because iCloud saving wasn't always there. Now it is. If you are sufficiently advanced to force stupid, inane, badly focused ads on your patrons, you are sufficiently advanced to also give them iCloud saves. It should be required by the App Store by now, especially for games that are being backed by gaming giants like EA's Chillingo.
First off, it's ridiculous that it makes you watch advertisements every few missions Second, PLEASE add iCloud game saving. We have twice progressed through most of the game and then had to delete it or get a new device and POOF…all that progress is gone. We're not starting over again until we know our time won't be waisted again.
We use to like this game but reached tier 6 boss and every time we destroy center turret game crashes. Thought we would try after waiting about 2 years if not playing still same results. Even with a fresh install. Don't waste your time on this game unless they actually plan in fixing it.
Yes people we can understand that losing all of you're turrets, Credits, Service Stars and possibly story progression is going to agitate you but the game has no default ICloud save. Give Chillingo a few months to put it into the game, also for those who are locked out of the game it could be either you violated the terms or that this game has not been fully optimized for IOS 9. On IPad 1 it runs fairly okay though for other devices we can't make no guarantees if it'll work.
We recently got a new ipad, after our last one broke from bad screen damage. To our dismay, when we got on the new ipad and downloaded this game, we were unable to restore all the stuff we had done to our save on the old ipad, on this game. We had unlocked everything, and was still going through the missions, so its really sad that we cannot keep playing from where we left off.
New updates, but same problems. Last level (Death Factory – India) crashes. No matter what cool features you add, if you can't finish the game it's all rather pointless. Gotta fix it to stay relevant. Otherwise it is a fun game. We would just like to see the ending after the last level.
Hope we can get a refund. Since the update it won't even open for us. What a joke. Great QC and testing.

We love the game. Unlocked everything and was working to get to rank 100 before we finished the story mode. This last update (nov 2015) has locked us out of the game. A 5 star game is down to a 1 star. Please fix.
We used to love this game. Now we lost all progress and the game crashes every time we try to open it.

So much fun but the last update makes the game crash. We deleted and downloaded it again. It erased our whole game.

All around great game with different modes to choose rather from train platform or selecting your weapons for attacks. Only complaint we have is when we start the game, it doesn't remember our settings and the music plays. Wakes the wife when we forget. Need that updated but awesome game.

That pretty much sums it up, truly the best game, and it's free, and they don't make you purchase items to b able to win battles. It's a tower defense game but taken to a whole new level, you control the weapons!!! Only thing it needs is more levels now that we've beaten the game, and new weapons, PLEASE update with new levels. We've beaten the game but we still keep replaying old missions and the hardcore levels, we can't put it down, awesome game guys thank you sooo much for countless hours of fun.
It's a perfect mobile game for us. We have completed all the researches….we have almost all the weapons….we have 172 stars remaining & 4 million dollars….we have spent 600 stars yet and millions of dollars buying weapons…..Missiles are not as much destructive as it supposed to be although we have bought the latest and the most expensive add-ons for them….Please fix…we give 4 stars.
The game is very fun but the avenger looks like something that doesn't need to be mentioned.
Modern Command is one of our favorite games and we think that there should be an update where there is player vs player. Also more weapons need to be added.
It ok, fun, and a good "time waster" imo.
Honestly, we have been playing this game for months and we are a lever 58. We have almost all of the weapons unlocked and most of the missions complete. As to the guy who recently said this game was meant to rip peoples wallets open and that it was made to make players fail without buying currency, you are just too impatient. We have not spent a dime and we have come far.
The daily quest won't keep track of progress through multiple days like we finished one for the past two days but it is still giving the tier 1 reward on completion.
