We have been playing various versions of this game for about six years. Over time, they have tried various gimmicks and tricks to change the game without much improvement. However they have finally come up with a game that no longer mires you in mindless swapping of tiles waiting for something to happen. The game is simpler now but moves more quickly and to those folks who complain about waiting for bombs, you obviously havent played earlier versions . There are a variety of ways to make things happen once you become skilled with it. To the developers, you have finally come up with a version that is challenging yet can be a lot of fun once you understand how it works!!

We don’t know where to go to tell u a "bug" is on your app to where it makes the game go to the App Store while playing it. Since we couldn’t go to app support to report it we thought we do it on here. Thanks for updating your app cause it plays a lot better. More like it did when we first downloaded it to put on our phone! Actually we like this newer version then when we first got it! We love the power ups & visual effects!

Sound effects when breaking bricks too weak which is a no-nothing-win; key falling off grid not necessary and too tiny at all he end; ending too long plus objects and animation is tiny, much preferred old ending version. In fact, much preferred old version – can we have that back as a choice?
Games are okay to pass time. Rarely a challenge. All levels are the same basic setup. We preferred the old version.
We’ve had this game for forever., like, years. Its basic but fun, a very basic match 3 game. A little draggy sometimes, but still, our go to short time waster. Then came the update. It looks so much better, it’s super quick now, with just enough tweaking without ruining the integrity of the game. Thank you for this.
This was our favorite game to play and while away the time until the last upgrade arrived. Now the dynamics, appearance and overall appeal have changed for the worse. Ill have to look for another diversion, we guess.

We really enjoy this game! We’ve played it for decades! But . Why are the drum sounds on when we have turned all sounds to their lowest settings? This limits the places and times and the other options where we can play this game, like while talking on our phone. While the person one our calls cannot hear the banging, it is distracting. Nor can we enjoy a show or movie while playing. Please fix!
This was a great mindless game, but something happened and now its impossible to mute the music. Now when you turn it on you get blasted with a loud laser noise and then loud drumming plays. Theres no way to turn it off. If you raise the music volume, then different music plays. How do we turn off the drums?
We really enjoy this game but at the end of each level we get an add and have to find the x or close button to continue the game. We dont see any thing that tells us how to end all the adds so may have to delete this game and find one with an option to play without adds. We really hate adds.

Edit: After this recent update, we can barely get the tiles to respond. We use this game multiple times daily. Now it isnt working without a lot of deliberate effort trying to move the jewels. Since the recent update, Im having a hard time enjoying this game. The simple and no-frill nature is why we chose it and play it over every other match-3 game. Im thinking about deleting it now, we’ve been playing it for years. Can we go back to the old version, please?
Last update resulted in the inability to completely mute game sounds. The constant monotonous droning sound makes it impossible to enjoy playing without setting device sound control to mute a function that belongs in game not by device.
Great for passing time! Dont have to wait for lives, kill anything but time & it always keeps our game where we left off.

If you want to alleviate stress, this is a perfect game! Nothing to buy, and very few adds. Im in a very high category level because we try to play every so often to Keep myself sharp. Love the bombs that give you extra points. Fun!
We’ve been playing this for over 10 years and its our favorite. We try others from time to time but get tired of them. We always come back to Ultimate Jewel.
Love the puzzle, cant stand some of the ridiculous ads. No option to purchase an add free version for which we dinged it two stars for that. If they develop an ad free version Ill change this to a 5 star.
Since this last update of 8/21/22 the game no longer opens. We try to open it & the Balloon Island p screen appears, but it kicks out a second or two later & won’t open the game for play. We tried removing it & reloading several times & it still won’t work. Had enjoyed this game until now. They need to fix the update.
This game is addicting and we have to play this game everyday as its challenging plus it relaxes us! A must try.
What am we collecting keys for? Doesn’t seem to be a set number of moves… You just keep going until the key appears. We just started this game and we have 27 stars. What do the stars and keys get us? What’s the point?
Has anyone else noticed how quick the game closes out your floors? Its like once you hit 10-12k, the game starts speeding up to help you finish. You also use to get 1-3k points when game finished. Now your lucky you get 200. Might delete and find new one. Or am we just imagining this?

We loved the old s as did prefer the version. This version is not appealing. They shouldve let people choose whether they wanted the new or older version. We dont like to play this anymore. Its the best out of all the jewel games but now this new version is no fun… The bombs are even different.

We really liked this game before the updates. It was a game that made you think and strategize. Noe there are too many bells and whistles. Is there any way we can remove the updates?
We have played this game for years and we loved it. Why didnt you make a new game instead updating the old one. Its no fun to play the new one . You dont get as many points and it hard to follow your moves. Please undo the new update so we can enjoy playing again.
Its challenging and the graphics are superb.
Apparently this is a new improved version. We like the old version MUCH better. Before you could tell by looking at the background how many times you need to hit a spot to eliminate it but now its impossible to know, and even difficult to see, which spots should be hit and how many times to do it. The graphics are way overdone. Can we have the old version back?
This update we dont like it has ruined our favorite game.
Since the update we’ve been stuck on one level because there is no possible way to do it.
Hours of fun and no pressure as in most games of levels going too steep.
