Lousy app. Half the time most games wont load and the other half they buffer during a spin. They are quick to let you deposit money but good luck trying to get it back. They will take it from any bank but have a very limited number of banks they will electronically transfer winnings to. Requesting a check takes forever. After requesting a check we got an email like four days later saying it had been approved and would be 7-10 BUSINESS days to receive it. That is ridiculous.

Since we have downloaded this app, it has not launched successfully once.
We deposited money into our account and it wont let us play saying server failed to connect. Our wifi and internet is perfect and so is our phone signal.
Im in CT at Mohegan sun, it allows us to deposit money then says location denied and cant play.
Trash. Location Restricted in the actual casino. Put some cash on the account for our pregnant wife to enjoy from the comfort of her own room and it wouldnt let her play. Contacted Fanduel customer service and they claimed certain tribal entities do not allow play on their grounds.

They are being very manipulative not only do you have to spin the credits and turn them into winnings theyve turned your real money into monopoly money, which does not allow you to pull it out without spinning it all through in contradiction of their stated promo rules. What consumer in the world is going to say sure here take $1000 of our money and just give us back 150 and yeah, we will jump through all kinds of hoops to turn that 150 into real money. Who in the world would sacrifice $1000 to maybe get 150 IF you can turn those credits into winning. The deposit promo either needs to remove the current stated rules and update them to must gamble , 1000 and stop acting like its deposit bonuses or honor their own printed rules. Their customer service has really sowed seeds of distrust to the point Im not even comfortable with leaving money in the account overnight. And we realized that means Im no longer having fun if we have to withdraw it every night and then re-deposit every day.
