Have had this game since the beginning 11 years ago. Just reopened it expecting it to glitch and no longer work. Wrong. They note theyve updated it to Xcode to work with all future versions of iOS. Why dont more developers do this? And the game itself? Sure the graphics dont match the resolution of our current devices but that doesnt detract from how good and challenging this game remains to this day. Dont think the company makes games any more but Id love someone to build on this classic with modern graphics and even more levels. (Without screwing it up and making it a game that makes you pay, pay, pay.) This was the best 99 we ever spent on an iOS app.
We love this game!! However level 48 is literally impossible!!! We would love to see a video on how to get past that level. There is no way to do it!! Please prove us wrong.
This game is really fun and addicting it was worth the 0.99 cents once you open up the game you can't stop playing it is one of our favorite games.
We love this game and it makes us so sad that the developer is gone.

We used to love Breakout, and this is a great twist on it. It has 50 levels, and took us several days to get through. Even now that we've defeated the final level we're still going to re-play all of them, because they're still difficult and tricky each time. We end up deleting most of the trillion games we try out on our iPad, but this one's a keeper.
We were a little skeptical but as soon we tried we loved it, now we can stop playing we hope they increase the levels, because it seems to be ending soon.
Wasn't so sure about this game and hesitated to download it but we are glad we did. We like old style breakout games and this one will surprise you with its unique twist. We thought it was just ok after the first several levels but after playing through 46 levels out of 50 we have to say that this game is both addicting and frustrating, but frustrating in a good and challenging way. Many levels require patience and dexterity in order to complete them and even with 10 balls sometimes this can be difficult but that's what makes us want to finish a level so badly! Great game and we would highly recommend it.
This is a variation on the standard breakout game, but this version is quite original. There have been many take-offs on the classic, and we enjoy some of them, but this is the first that really strikes us as unique. Some reviewers of past versions have mentioned that there weren't enough levels. On this version, anyway, we see that there are 50 levels. Considering that we noticed a big jump in difficulty starting at level 10, we would think that 50 levels will be adequate for a while. Admittedly, we just started this game, and it's possible that our opinion could change down the line, but at this point, we find it to be a very enjoyable and compelling game. The design, layout, controls, and even the music, are all very well done. If you like brick breaker/break-out/Arkanoid games, give this one a shot.
Yep, it's a "revolutionary" clone of a game from 1992, "Diamonds" for Mac. We're giving it a low score for that dishonesty.
This game Cheats and gets in our nerves if you do the mistake we did and spend $0.99 U will feel the same so find another app that is worth your time.
This is the best game ever. We just can't stop playing. We're obsessed with it.

It's a port of an old Mac game called Diamonds. It was one of our favorite games and these guys did a GREAT job! So much fun. So glad we found it. Thanks guys.

We beat the whole thing in a few days please add more levels.
This is a 50-level Game where you can go through the first 40 levels in a day or two and then the difficulty ratchets up to absurdity for the last few levels. It changes from an interesting puzzler to a twitch game which requires faster hand-eye coordination than we can keep up, so it quickly switches from fun to frustrating, as you keep going through levels where your brain knows what needs to be done, but the fingers can't move that fast, so you just die over and over, dozens of times, which we don't find fun. First part was great for a little while though. Needs many many more human-capable levels, and varying the music would be nice too.
Just bought the full version got to level 10 and it said upgrade for more levels! We want a refund. Get Gemstones! Instead same game but sooo much better.
We love this game.. We mean we are ADDICTED… But not gonna lie we liked it alot better when we got an extra ball every 10,000 points, just saying.
We enjoy getting back to basics. But don't be fooled into thinking this is an easy, simple game. It's just uncomplicated. We wish there were more levels but we won't ding Black Frog for this as they promise and deliver 50 Levels. Definitely worth the $0.99 that it is now. We don't remember how much it was when we bought it. We hadn't played this in about a year and just recently came back to it. Fun all over again.

Ok- we had to go back and update our review…hands down best game on iPhone. The controls are so responsive and every time you think it can't get any harder, it does! We love it…simple idea, yet so challenging and addicting. Perfecto! Grazi for hours of fun!;).
This is hands down the best ever game so far that we have found. If anyone knows of a better one let us know. Starting over again is part of the fun. See if you can beat your record fo each level. Well done developers.
Its a lot of fun… And sooooo many levels!!!!! We;ll be playing this for a long time not like some of the other crappy games that youre done wiith after 20mins.
This one of our favorite games in our iPhone. Whenever we're bored we just go and play this game. U all have to get this it's very addicting and fun. There r not many games like this in the app store at all. Download it or you're missing out.

We LOVE this game. It's just like a game we had on our PC when we were younger called "Diamonds". It just needs a "save game" option because it's hard to play all 50 levels at once.

Unless you like 3D sound affects more than playing a brick game, then this is for you. It's easy to play and not annoying at all. Nice game.
We give this game a thumbs up! It needs to be updated though they need to put more levels that way when you complete all the levels you can keep going. They should also let you listen to music when you are playing. If these things are added we will give this game 5.
It's an amazing game,so many levels &it's only 1$ … But we'll give it 4 stars coz it doesn't have a save option. Somtimes, u don't want 2 keep playing the same levels over&iver again. Please make an update about this issue.
We absolutely LOVE THIS GAME! But for now, we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of a MAJOR ISSUE in that you can not SAVE THE GAME WHERE YOU LEFT OFF!!! This is a MAJOR BUMMER! Please…we're begging you, bring us an UPGRADE with a SAVE FEATURE and you will make a lot of people very HAPPY! We promise you 5 stars when you bring us this upgrade. The game is great but it seriously needs to have some sort of save mode….we would like to be able to come back to the game at a certain point as opposed to leaving it for a while and having to start over :( we won't ever have time in one sitting to finish all levels. Other than that, it's a worth it app.
This game is fun but we hate that we have to start over every time we die. Needs a continue button or at least cheack points every ten levels or so.
Very fun and addicting app. Great sound effects and it's relaxing. Levels get harder and harder which is a challenge and we love challenge. Only thing there should be is a save button because if suddenly we end the game because of something important and we are about to beat our high score it will be a waste. Overall the gave is a really great game.
10,000 points to get a extra ball is to easy 20,000 would have been abetted change.
Very enjoyable game. Two problems. One, whenever an alert or text pops up, you lose sound. Two, you need the option to continue from your highest level instead of starting over from beginning.
Great fun but we only gave it 3 Stars because we cannot SAVE our progress so we have to start from level 1 over and over again. Please put in SAVE mode. It is a good game and challenging, the controls are good but as we mentioned above when you get stuck on one level you don't want to start from square one each time you open the game; gets too frustrating.
This game is insanely fun and addictive but there definetely needs to be a save mode. We lost on level 19 and had to restart the whole game at level 1so we give this game.
