We like the seek and find games. It has been had to fine a good one that is not so child like. We have only tried two. We did not pay for the hole thing, we have to be ready wanting a game to pay for it on here. We still might get one to see if its as good as the beginning. If it is we would say its five stars.
The game was very slow. The background was very dark and hard to see anything. You had to click on things multiple times before they would move. We would not waste your money on this game.
We’ve paid 6.99 for this game to constantly glitch. We have to shut it down and restart it. Now Im at a point where we’ve opened a chest and its wants us to get something out of it, but theres nothing there. We’ve clicked on everything!! We’ve closed and reopened the game several times. We cannot proceed any further either. At this point, just giving our money back would be the best thing to do.
Very disappointed. Several of the puzzles do not function correctly am deleting .
This is our second time playing this game in particular (Definitely one of our favorites). Now, we dont remember having this problem the first time around, although we could be wrong. When we get to the Kitchen scene at the end of Chapter 2, Im unable to get the pair of rusty scissors out of the wooden chest in the dusty room filled with spider webs. Im not too sure what to do, because its the only objective left for us in the scene, so we cant move forward. It doesnt look as though anyone else has had this problem so we thought it could just be our I-pad acting out, but we re-booted the game, and even went as far as to delete and re-download the app to no avail. Im still stuck in the same spot again. Any tips to help us out so that we can move forward and continue with the game? Thank you for your time. We hope to hear from you soon.
Ended up going back and finishing game and was quite entertaining. Collectibles,morphing, and lots of hogs. Absolutely no technical issues for us. Enjoy.
No bugs or glitches for us on our iPad Pro & the storyline & voice overs were pretty decent as well as a good variety of HOPs & mini games. There were 3 extra objects to search for throughout the game, which has become a must for us… Collectible figurines, lots of morphing objects & puzzle pieces. The main game & bonus chapter were both nice & long! Really great game overall!!!
We had no problems with this game. Not one glitch. The artwork was absolutely beautiful! We loved to sit and just admire it. New series and Im a fan of the Baskerville stories so we thoroughly enjoyed it. Tons to do. Not boring at all as some said. Our only issue is there are just to many ho scenes and puzzles and not enough adventure anymore. We just finished playing some of your much older games and they were definitely better with more to do besides a ho scene every 10 moves. Idk, maybe most players like that. We prefer more adventure and finding things along the way. We hope folks give this game a chance as its worth your time and money! Thanks Elephant!
The story didnt feel cohesive, the first and second half felt like 2 different plots. And Sherlock game is shorter than Shrine (which we very much enjoyed… But, wished it was longer). Im super excited for the upcoming Grim Tales!
The pix presented on this page for the game arent even from the game. The game itself is buggy. The winch disappeared before we could pull the grate out ( we put the crank where it used to be and it magically showed up again). After the fight, when we tapped right away we got a sound effect from the fight and the game locked up, we didnt pick up the bag before breaking the car window and it ( the bag ) disappeared ( it returned when we opened the door). And near the end of the bonus game, the voices we had turned off nevertheless came on, and we were subjected to two really awful bits of emoting. It has some virtues, but the devs really dont seem to care much about its quality, so why should we buy their games, ever? Ugh!
Although its nice to see a new series, this first game was somewhat dull. The storyline was trite and unoriginal: evildoer kidnaps a child to gain eternal health/youth/life. None of the HO scenes was innovative, and most of the puzzles/games were of the boring rotational genre. Give us mazes and labyrinths and painting and elixirs and codes; mix it up a bit! The basic gameplay was entertaining, as Elephant provides a plethora of tasks at each location. The graphics were faded and lacked visual acuity. We did not find the game glitchy or buggy; it ran fine but we didnt like the inventory bar because we kept accidentally closing it. After playing series such as Detectives United, Paranormal Files and Grim Tales, this game just didnt stimulate us. In addition, it was extremely short. Elephant, for the $7 price tag, your games need to be over a gig in size! The players are getting tired of extremely brief gameplay for this price and eventually they wont buy them, not when Domini is giving us blockbuster games that are well over a gig in size for the same price, and a discount with the subscription model. Our rating will stand at 3 stars for average! For those who dont know, Domini updated their game and is getting good reviews, so you can now play. Happy gaming!
