This a great game, we just wish that we pick when we could use the rewards instead of them being only instant for that level.
We really do have a good time playing this game but when you have to wait a week or two to be able to play more levels to build your stuff , you end up forgetting about the game…we still play it but wish they had more levels available for those who have gotten through the game quickly.
Like the game, but tends to crash in the middle of a round especially if you are about to win the round.
We think this game is totally awesome and our favorite level is when we attack the ice dragon and we love that we get to decorate the room with our own style this game is the best game ever but can you make level 89 easier nobody can collect 42 stars so can you change that please.
Since update we have a major problem…playing along and then game will freeze then go so very slow then locks up….have to leave game ,then come back in…. So we keep losing lives then. This is the most fun game we have played and so disappointed to have this issue.
For some reason and although we are always on the internet, it tells us Im not connected. Wheres the menu button and where can we report a problem.
Once you reach certain levels, the requirements are so high the game becomes unplayable. Its a cute game, but we are not going to keep playing the same level 20 or 30 times to get one star.
Cant connect to server. Click on support to report a bug and the forum says anything more than a four word description is long, then wont let us upload a photo, then wont let us submit the forum without a photo. This a garage.
Fairly challenging but we cant progress any further with the decorations and rooms- tells us design paper in drawing, coming soon. For two weeks now at least. Please update.
The game is nice, they vary the levels so you dont get bored. We just beat 850 when will there be more!? The characters really come to life though we look forward to interacting with more than just the red one(the section where you understand the orange one was very cute) its easy to earn stars and gold, while not crazy abundant to just warn is earn able but if you buy it we feel you get a decent amount for your money.
Has become impossible. Totally unable to pass any level past 761, or any of the side games. Cancel us.
Our son played this game on our iPad and loved it, but got his own tablet for Christmas. Id like to play but we want to start at the beginning. Ive tried to contact support to see if theres any way to do that but havent heard back. Does anyone know how to fix this? We hope we can give it a try! Then our response from the editor was just a copy of what we wrote. That didnt help at all. Im probably giving up on this one.
We are trying to figure out just what Im doing to end up with the stupid dragon freezing so many of our squares at seemingly random times. What causes him to freeze things and how can we keep it to a minimum? This is sooooo frustrating that we are thinking of deleting the app. It would be nice if there were some kind of explanation or instructions on things that are thrown in.
We tend to play a game to a point. At that point we are either eternally stuck with no freaking idea HOW to achieve the level or come to the realization it is no longer fun and is actually causing us so much stress we are physically getting ill. This game, we are on level 387 and still having fun. We love the opportunities to get free power ups by watching the videos (actually downloaded a few) and the fact with a bit of strategy and a bit of luck you can advance. We dont seem to tire trying to figure out this game. We also am enjoying the story, however, some things are trying on our patience and at 57 years old your patience are wearing out. It is kind of like oh lets eat a bag of candy. Great…get three stars to eat on piece. Next piece three stars…. Other than that, really fun game.
We are not embarrassed to admit this is one of our favorite games.
We used to love this game. Now not so much. Our coins keep disappearing even though we have not spent them. We keep sending messages to support but they are not helpful at all. Its getting really frustrating. Also, passing levels has gotten has gotten near to impossible. Ill go in streaks- we can pass level after level for a day then spend several days not able to complete. This is a very addicting game and it has been fun. Save your time playing this and find a better game.
A few weeks ago our ads stopped appearing in the game. Watch an ad, earn a reward? Help power up the harder levels by watching an ad? They havent appeared ANYWHERE! Not in the task list or earn a life? Anyway you get the picture. So we contacted Microfun to try to resolve the issue. They did email us back but still no resolution. We kinda need the ads still! Thanks! (Level 504).
We love this game but we lost our progress and cant get it to update. We also cant connect our account through FB with any of our other devices. This we used to be able to do. We tried the uninstall/reinstall method but all that did was make us start the game over on our device. Im suppose to be on level 137.
We have completed 650 levels, but still have some rooms to renovate. When will you have more levels available, we are building up red and orange stars.
Im playing this game only because theres a promo on another game and we had to reach level 200. Well Im giving up on level 85.
Tried 3 days in a row. 15 hearts total. This level is un-winnable, thus no moving forward with out spending cash for power ups. Very sad. Im uninstalling.
We play a lot of puzzle games but love this one because of the various games within it. The colors are fun and the sounds comical, in a good way! There is a spelling error if anyone from the company would care to contact us. Or you could possibly find it on your own in the Cookie Fish Tournament.
We have only been playing this game for a couple days but im already addicted. Only thing is that sometimes we may complete a level and all of the sudden the games freezes and nothing works except restarting the game. Once we do that and open the app again, it pops up a message saying we intentionally left the game and makes us redo the level we just completed as if we never even did it.
Really enjoying this game, though some levels are absolutely impossible to pass. Eventually if you play the level long enough, it feels like the game feels sorry for you, and gives you enough power ups to make it through. Anyway…game is super cute. We have yet to earn more than a few blue and green stars. Our big question is, when the heck is the main munchkin guy saying? Sweet corium? Cant figure it out, and honestly, its annoying because hes constantly saying it or yawning. Aside from those couple of irritations, the game is cute and a good way to pass time. Luckily no ads, no problems with game not saving data, etc.
We really like this game if it didn't crash all the time. Plus the music is getting to where it shuts itself off nearly all the time. And the levels are getting unfair to beat. Some are.
We absolutely loved this game until we got farther up in the levels. We would purchase coins and then our app would crash and repurchase the coins charging us double, and this would happen on multiple occasions. And the farther you got into the game the more impossible it was to pass the levels. Giving us 20 moves to get 200+ items is a bit unfair, and having multiple levels in a row like that was kinda a turn off for us. We understand that as the levels increase the difficulty also increases but its unrealistic making it so you have to buy coins. We wish there were easier ways to earn coins and power ups as well. But with all that being said we wish there were more levels.
This game is great, and our son loves it. BUT, the ads that come up in the course of the game are COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE for a childrens game. Ads like the Choices game where a girl is pregnant and has to decide who the father is are not what we want our child seeing. Nor do we want him seeing women determining if they are going to have a lesbian encounter. These are just two examples of several we have seen in the last few days. Is there a way to limit the ads to more age appropriate game choices? Yeesh.
We really liked the muchin game until the update w fixing the ship. Its too much and you dont earn stars at every game you play. Too much background story we have to sit through just to play the game.
This game is very fun however it freezes and when you go to submit a error for them to fix it states that description is to long even when it is just one word. We have lost lots of "money/coins" beating levels for the game to stop working and loose progress. Very sad with their customer service on fixing errors in game.

We really enjoyed playing the levels and being able to repair the different rooms. With the update, thats not available anymore. Now, its not nearly as much fun. Wish there were a way to undo the update and get our old munchkin game back. Really sad. We played it everyday for fun and to unwind. Im deleting.
We first downloaded this game years ago, we were about 12 or 13 years old and It's one of our favorites. We love that the levels aren't too difficult to where it gets frustrating but not too easy; it's just right.
A pretty bizarre take on similar type games, which makes it so enjoyable. Goofy characters, who are adorable. Great mix of fun. Highly recommend.
Great game to play. But noway to contact anyone when the app has a problem. The cat has beenCalculating fish forever and youre unable to play that part of the game. We wish someone would fix it.
Its been an almost year, please bring back weekly tournament! That was the best.
Best game Ive played since Candy Crush plus its not a big cash grab.
Ive played this game for years. We were over 2000 levels, it froze and sent us back to 1. Ok. Our fault we kept playing. Then it wont take us past day one on log in. Now the pink kitty level wont load. Theres no way to reload without losing levels. If you go from the game to Facebook log in, you lose your progress. We guess nobody pays attention in the development office.
We would give this a five star rating if not for the fact that the fish bonus level nor the building levels work anymore. That it glitches and it shuts down. We not only lose were we left off but it takes us back several levels that we have to beat Again.
When will there be new levels its been months since we been able to play.

We really enjoy this game and it works well for the most part. Every time we try to do the Cookie Fish Tournament it gives us an error message instead of letting us play. We dont know whats wrong but hopefully itll get fixed soon.
Game was updated regularly. Developer even donated money to pandemic early on..they disappeared suddenly in 2020. No updates. Cookie fish stuck on calculating results since..Im thinking Did Covid possibly get them? Its still a fun game but miss Cookie fish.
This is our all time favorite game in at level 471 but for some reason for about a month now .. The cookie fish tournament wont allow us to play is just says its calculating results and it may take a while. .. Please please fix this please.
A good game but the tournament section had been recalculating for three months. Ive deleted it and have reloaded the game the game. What is going on.
We have enjoyed this game for a while now but recently the we cant play the tournament. Use to be a favorite. Ive emailed support with no response. Im thinking the tournament link is broken and there is no resolution. May need to find a new game. Support is lacking in this game.

We really loved this game. One of our favorites. But now the Fish level wont recalculate and the new rooms on the ship wont load for you to decorate. Im thinking its because we wont make in-app purchases anymore.
We have been trying since NOVEMBER its now JUNE to get customer service to get back to us. We got a new phone, our progress didnt transfer we asked them for help if they could AT ALL but no response whats so ever.!!! Super unhappy. NOW it wont connect to the tournament server OR connect to Facebook? So features of the game are not even available to us. We also have contacted Facebook but to no surprised they havent gotten back to us either go Zuckerberg.
Second Edit: up to two stars from one star. We are now able to log in with our old account, after approx 24 hours. Support didnt reply, but the log in button appeared when we tried to start the game this time. The Cookie Fish is still stuck on calculating results though. First Edit: down to one star from our previous two star review. In an attempt to fix the Cookie Fish calculating results problem plaguing the game for months, we uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Now it wont let us log in with our old account, where we were well into the 1000s levels. Its making us start the game all over again and years of progress are gone. First review: Even though there hadnt been any updates, it was still fun to progress through the levels. Now thats gone. We would give this game five stars if it hadnt seemingly been abandoned. Yes, five months ago new some new levels were added, but there is no new main content to the story, which is where you spend the stars that you earn from the new levels. There are clearly whole sections of the ship that you can see were meant to advance the story and let players spend stars to clean up rooms and place furniture. But the developers havent added any player content to this for a long time. We would love to continue the story. Instead, for many months, perhaps even a year now, Im stuck in the middle of the story like everyone else, because the devs wont add content. Im still holding out hope that this will change, and if it does, Ill amend our review.
