Hello Charter Developer/(s) we would like to report a problem in which Ive had for days now. After logging in on the game, picking a singer name, picking a genre, and getting on the country page whenever we pick a country it states Failed to complete onboarding. Please try again. No matter the times we try again it does not work, please fix this issue.
Would be nice to have YouTube similar app for videos.
Its a good idea but very shallow theres nothing to do except make a song and wait if the social media aspects and general game had more depths it would be very fun right now theres nothing that separates this from a single player music manager.
Game is good but you should quickly add concerts,tours,Festivals,music labels and maybe merch.
We find it kinda hard to make money like when do we start seeing money but its a good game that im willing to play but if Im not making money we cant make music.

We enjoy playing this game a lot. It helps give a nice RP scene and a career mode that you have to look after yourself, but there are a lot of issues in the game still to this day and we understand that its still in early development (we assume) but we hope you guys are already on top of the things Im going to name. The activity/opportunity board, we understand that we all have to fight for the top spot and get the best opportunities so our career can excel and be pushing into the billboards and also the charts. But how how are we going to get these opportunities if we are dealing with auto clickers? And other things as in the board not refreshing and we having to go back in and out and we miss a legendary opportunity? Also for people that cant be on the game 24/7. People that have jobs and bills and even family to take care of. These are the things that Im talking about that does stop the momentum of people playing the game. Sometimes people can get burned out. That right there is our main problem with the game, but they are still minor things that we know you guys will fix later on as in freezing, followers not going up, likes arent accurate with the followers etc. Hopefully this was helpful. We didnt mean to come out too harsh or disrespectful. If we did we apologize, but this is just our honest review on the game for right now. Hopefully this stuff can get fixed soon. 1) Chart History . On the charted page, it tells us how many of our songs charted, but it doesnt tell us which one or notify us when it does. It would also be a cooler and more organized way to see all of your charted song stats 2) Award Shows . A cool feature that would increase competition and realism.
YAPPING WARNING we love how detailed this game is from the song descriptions, charts, and of course, MULTIPLAYER! It is such a improvement from MWR (Music Wars Rockstar) But like we said before we think stuff should be improved, devs if you are reading this please add these things: 1. Music videos and lyric videos: it would be cool if we could see fans reacting to certain moments in the video. It could also be something that can help album/ep/song sales and streams. Speeding up time: This is the MOST IMPORTANT feature we think should be added because its a little boring waiting for results and right now the results for our first song in this game is taking 13 minutes to get the results. Btw we know this game is still in heavy development, these are just suggestions in future updates.
It looks great from the detail but a big question mark was not knowing how to age.we waited for a count down for an hour just to see if thats how you aged and it did so we were wondering if thats how could change in the game.
This game is fun we just wish we didnt have to wait a hour just to play fr other than that its a good game.
Hello, Charted is a good game , am so addicted to the game we spend money to get more cash on the game lol , our problem is why its so easy to get monthly listeners , we have around two hundred monthly listeners but our followers on twitter not even passing 135 each time we try to past it its not going over it ,am even losing followers going back down to 132 followers. We love this game very much and it would be very good if u could grow followers more easier as well.

The game is good, we really enjoy it, but.. The servers are down, fix the servers g.
We keep putting in names, but they keep saying error 502 and we dont know what that means and we keep putting in like just names that we thought off of the top of our head not like regular stuff.
It wont let us create our name at all its saying something about 501 error and Im so confused Im just trying to play the game.

We haven't been able to log in for two days. It says, "Connection issues. Some features may be limited." What should we do? Our internet connection is fine.
We like the game. Its a nice concept with very little bugs. One thing we wish could do is skip to the next week instead of waiting on the timer.
But the problem is that why da time go slow ? Can yall make it a way that the players can decide tha option it also takes FORVER to change DAYS.

This is a very good game thats still in development, we love the gameplay so far and the variety of different things to do, but we wish there was a way to speed up time or skip a day especially as a beginner since we cant do much at first and have to wait an hour every time to see progress.
Live album cover: can you please let have a live album cover on Apple Music/ peach music. It would be amazing we can upload our own 5 second edited video from our phone in our album cover Because every artist on Apple Music has it. Song remixes: there should be djs in the game that can ask you to remix yours songs and share the right to the song. Its should also be more than one dj that can remix your songs. Performing with other artists: its would be cool if the artists in the game can ask you if you want to perform and if you want to open for the artist. Touring: it would be amazing if we can go on tour Releasing music videos: we really want to relase music videos for our songs.
Create something where we can create music videos and win awards.
Would love if you can add awards, the Grammys, VMA and all that. It would be much fun. Also adding other social media platforms. There should also be a guinness world record section where we can. See most streamed song, most awarded artist, most watched video and all that. Just keep bringing in updates so that the game doesnt flop.
Cant release music because we cant press button its too low on screen.
We like it but when we played we couldnt skip to move to a new week type thing we had to wait for that timer thing.
All you do is release songs and watch numbers go up. You can schedule some interviews, but its an automatic thing.

We Can't Choose Different Genres Plus we Started The Game As Rap Artist But Have To Release Pop Music Because we Can't Change It Makes No Sense.
We wanted to report a major issue with our streams. Before, we were consistently hitting around 1B streams per song/album drop, but now Im only seeing 12K streams. This is a massive drop and it doesnt seem normal it feels like a bug in the game. Because of this, we just lost our #1 spot for Most Streamed Right Now, which we worked hard to maintain. Please look into this and fix it as soon as possible so we can get back on track. Thank you for your time we really enjoy the game and appreciate all the work you put into it.
It needs to be a button to skip week we shouldnt have to wait 30 mins with min to do.
