We give this game 4 stars we wouldve given it 5 stars for the amazing fun, but the game is glitchy and adds pop up every time you are in the middle of serving the customer. And on some of the levels you cant give the food fast enough it wont let us. Please fix this amazing game its so much fun, but with all these problems it isnt thank you for the fun.
Hard to pull up to the appropriate spots and its slow Moving.
We love the game but it often freezes on ads or the ads become a half screen and other half is black.

Its fun but its got some issues. There are some levels that its impossible to get all three stars although you accomplish all the requirements. Game just stops once your shop closes and you do not receive your earnings. You have to exit the game to try again.
Stops in middle of game freezes up please fix this.

We totally love it but…. If we watch a video for more time then give us more time. Id say we dont @50% of the time. Also itll freeze up at the very end and not give us the win even though we met the goal. We also dont understand how to get more power ups like the music etc. Thirdly itll glitch and leave an order bubble up for a client whos already been served sometimes. Even though we are at level 65 it took some doing and angry grumbling with the repeated glitches.

We Ike time management games, but this one freezes up and wont let you advance to net level. Difficult to earn diamonds. After comlpleting last level, there is nothing.

Ok. We're we the only one that's having problems with 21,55,57,and 68. All the other levels we've passed, and we know we've fed all the customers before the end of the day. Overall good game.
This is a fun game but we wish you didn't have to use lighting points to keep playing.

When you make a mistake for the food you have to put it in the trashcan and you lose five Coins.

There are times when you have served your required number of customers and another enters the restaurant. Sometimes the game closes out as that's the end of the round; other times the customer sticks around. You cannot serve this extra customer no matter what. You waste food and we're sure some type of ranking or satisfaction because you have to wait until the customer leaves in anger. What do we do? Please fix this.

We like this game but for some reason when a customer sits in the last spot it will not allow us to drop their order.
Enjoyed playing but our food was ready to serve the customer was not accepting don't know what was the reason it gets addictive we enjoy playing but we gut angry when our food was not taken.
Fun, addicting game. We just started playing but we like it so far.
This is a great game to pass the time. We have only a couple of complaints, but we've only played a few times. Sometimes, when you drag the food to a customer…especially the soda….it doesn't stay no matter how many times you try, so you cannot serve the customer. Also, the hamburgers take so long to cook that you can't serve customers fast enough. We know this will improve once we upgrade and have more food holders, but it's frustrating not to be able to earn three stars at the lowest levels of the game.
Wish you didn't have to wait so long in between losing all of your energy, but the game is super addicting.
Similar format to our Sushi Shop and our Coffee Shop but more glitchy. As part of the game we upgraded two pieces of equipment, then had to pay again, even though we had already. Other glitches mentioned in other reviews over a year ago still there. Also too many ads.
We would have probably given it more stars, but we've had it less than 12hrs and being bombarded for a rating. But, yes it seems kewl.
It's a fun game. Active time management lots of fun, but you can't keep playing it. When you run out of energy your done and you can't collect more coins until the next day. Not enough levels.
Now, this is not right, this level speeds up the time and doesn't give you the third star, even if all customers served with no mistakes. We gave 3 stars because it's fun.
We love this game it's a lot of fun but we have to wate for tomorrow to play ageins ones we run out of energy and we just whant to sit down and play this but we can't do it all day we can only play for about 30 min.
When we complete a level successfully we should receive the full credit. If there are no burnings or beverages mishaps and the level is completed then the full 3-credit points should be given.
It's a fun game and it gets addicting but it has its problems! For some reason when you get to a certain level it won't let you drag the prepared food and drinks to the customers! Its like there is a glitch or something. We restarted our phone, restarted the app and it still does it on certain levels. It get frustrating to the point where you just want to stop playing the game and delete the app! We wish they would fix this because it is a fun game, but we don't want to play something that won't allow you to actually play it! PLEASE FIX IT.
We can't get past level 28 which means we can't upgrade anything making it possible to progress. Disappointing.
We're very disappointed as we had completed the burger and drink and it would not go up on the counter! The man walks away saying he's late and we had it ready. We don't like when you design a game and it doesn't play fair.
They really need to stop inserting ads at the worst point in the game. Makes you lose points or fail the round altogether.
How can we fail a level when we have 3 stars? We played level 39 twice and got 3 stars but it told us we failed. Please explain this to us. We love this game but it cheats.
It was our first time using this app and it does glitch we couldnt give customer the soda,plus an add came up while we were playing the came and after the game you get adds . Plus you cant upgrade the main stuff like stove and extra plates until youre in a higher level like level 12 and higher we just tried it a couple of times then delete this game March 2018 if they fix this we would try again this games are pretty fun but it doesnt seem like they have tried to fix.
Wont serve the food and drink! After we bought coins and diamonds, ran out of energy but wont let us get it for free by watching ad! Only option it gives us is to buy again!! To watch free video was not highlighted at all so cant even press it to watch…even for once.

We stoped playing the game, and just came back to it hoping there are some improvements on the dragging of the plates to the burner, nothing has change still a very hard game to get past certain levels, without having just one or two stars. Cost to much to advance, the upgrades take allot money. Will be back when some of these things. Just starting playing again still have sane opinion. Still have the same opinion it is a hard game to past the upper 20 levels. What happen to just being able to miss one or two customers, so the game can be more enjoyable. We know as customers who purchase these games feel like us, we want to win. Hi all is it a secret to get past level 28, we have allot of coins and diamonds, been playing the and fail with missing two customers so sooner are later. You just give up. Can someone look into this. We like playing the game but can't get past certain levels. Also the food is hard to to put on the grill. You are constantly trying to cook the food. Why can't you miss one or two customers and progress to the next level. It is a good game, but it is hard to get pass level 8, there are no boosters to help you get past the lower levels so you can play the game. Well this is the 2nd time around, when we ask for more levels, we did not mean make it to difficult to reach the levels, still very hard to serve the burgers. We finally got to level 21, and can not get past this level. Well we finally got to level 28 and can not get pass this level, in the other games you could get pass a level with only 2 stars. . We serve 12 out of 14 people and fail. Seems like something can be done about this, losing interest when you can not progress in a game.
OH MY Gosh.This so fake this is JUST LIKE COOKING FEVER.OH MY GOSH!!!Everyone who is reading this download Cooking Fever and now you will see what we were talking about.
$9.99 for game.. But no lives are included & no upgrade until a certain level. Impossible to beat each level until the last life. No way to contact customer support… We want our money back but there's no one to go there to complain. Too slow.. You have to wait to earn lives or buy them! Just too slow to enjoy.
This game needs a lot of improvement. For starters why add an ad of some sort after each level. It's stupid and will cause players to stop playing this game.
