Hello Support Team, Im experiencing an issue in level 118 of the game. The chicks are not dropping at all, even though we complete the required moves correctly. We have tried restarting the game and even updating it, but the problem still remains. Please check and fix this issue as soon as possible, because we cant progress further in the game because of it. We have been stuck on level 118 for days now. There are 2 ducks in the top left corner that wont come down so therefore we cant finish and win the game. We have contacted them many times. We have rebooted our app. We have shut our phone off and back on. We updated it when the update came out about a week ago. They are not responding back to us. We love playing this game but Im stuck.please fix this issue.
Hi! We're so happy you bring back this game to app store! We hope you do this for "our story:mansion makeover" game too. After several years deleting the game we can't reach our progress by facebook and have to start from level 1 please fix the issue.
Love the game been playing it for years but recently had to erase it and download it again as well as restart and level 118 is stuck not letting the little animals come down.
Love this game; we have fully beaten it once before! That being said, there is now a bug on Level 118. The two ducks in the upper left don't fall down. Please fix, thank you.
Finally they updated the game! We really love this game.we thought we had to give up our home and our pet.

Usually we dont like the type of games where you have to match up the colors or whatever but this was fun.
Ive had this game for YEARS! All of a sudden it stopped working it freezes at the beginning of loading the game we cant update cant anything anymore.
We just wanted this app for no reason and we picked it no one else picked it but we lost this game before but we cannot get it back but by saying we like this game.
We have this game since 2019 but after we update our phone takes a while to load and crashes in middle off the game.

One of our favorite games to play. Challenging but fun. We love decorating. One thing, we used to have our fb linked so we wouldnt lose our progress but now its lost and we cant recuperate:(.
The game gets slow and freezes sometimes.
Overall we like the game. It has a bunch of colors and there are challenges in the game. Especially our favorite part with the decorating and game playing. But we hate when we run out of time to play the games that make u money and everything is really expensive. To be honest we wish it was a bit more like roblox. So we just stopped for a while. And we mainly got the game so we could see the drama and characters talk. But its kinda just building homes. So hopefully change that and make it easier. Byy :d.
We really enjoy this game. We love the decoration aspect, but the more we played the more we wanted to build the combinations to clear the puzzles. Our only negative comment is that there are a lot of adsOne other thing we noticed is that the time and battery level is not shown while playing. Overall it is a enjoyable game to decompress from a long day at work.

This is a really fun game but its not a game we would play unless Im really bored and theres nothing else to play. We rated it 3 stars because Im an artist and love home designs, fashion designs, etc. But we absolutely HATE games like candy crush, you know? We hate that part of this game, but the home design part is super fun. If you like home designs, get this. If you hate games like candy crush, we suggest other home design games. But no hate against this game, its just not our cup of tea, only when Im really really bored and theres like nothing else to do. Anyways, thanks for reading this and we suggest you try it out at least. Not something Id get addicted to, bc Im more of a horror-loving person, but thats just us. We like this game but anytime your playing it lags and freezes you have to shut down the whole app in order to go back to normal.

So we were playing the game. Normal. We went to see the old rooms and one was downloading. And one was normal. The rest were dark blue! Just the whole thing was dark blue and we couldnt see the furniture. Please fix. We love this app but please fix and it probably doesnt happen to the rest of the people that play this game. This is not really a home decoration game. To use furniture you have to earn money through puzzle games similar to candy crush so about 5% of the time you can decorate (using their 3 decor choices only) and the rest is trying to earn money. It prompts you repeatedly to make in app purchases to make the game more enjoyable. If you like puzzles and dont mind spending real money to play, you might like this. But skip if you want to actually do home decorating for free.
Its fun when you need something to need and if your a designer it would really be helpful so we highly suggest to download this game.
This game is rated for young childrenHOWEVER, The ads for other game apps show inappropriate scenes involving promiscuous woman, women being physically abused as well as babies, and more. We feel this is something this game really need to look into and correct as this is not what our culture needs to be doing.
Its basically candy crush with a reward of decorating, but you still have to sit through a million ads and play for days or weeks before you get to do any more decorating. The decorating is fun but just too infrequent.
Bro, some people said the game isnt a decoration game. And too many ads.. Ads are annoying you gonna face them every time yo finish a level or do one!!!!!!!! Besides the levels seem sooooo impossible at some point that you could just delete the game from r rage quit. Plus it doesnt make since for a lot of money just for a lamp and small items. It makes since for the fridge to be lots of coins. But a lamp , its a lamp. Besides the players could spend hours or days etc just to beat one SINGLE level. And we have to buy just to finish a level that you could of if your rounds didnt run out. We love the decorating games but this is probably why your game is not on designing in App Store.
We play it all the time it is so fun.
Its one of those game where you relieve stress. Its so satisfying to design our own rooms while playing games.
You have to complete too many challenges before actually decorating rooms.
This game is fun and we love that you get to decorate but the more and more you play the more and more its almost impossible to beat a level. Its like you almost have to spend at least some kind of money to move on. We mean 73 moves and 25 things to break but only 15 tries, that seems like you cant even do it and trust us after trying 25 times you just want to give up. We go a long time in between playing this game because after trying and trying so many times to beat one level its not even fun. Especially when you have e all the money to decorate but you have to beat so many levels before you can move to the next room.
Freezes from time to time but still a fun game.
This game is great! But recently we havent been able to play without being kicked out of the app while trying to navigate to other rooms. Not to mention it freezes when the game is loading and sometimes during while Im active on the puzzle. Having 5 opportunities to beat a level is also aggravating considering the challenges can be tough, and nearly taking 2.5 hours before you get 5 full hearts again. Some puzzles are also almost impossible to beat without having to buy bundles to help beat it. We can deal with all of those things, but please fix the glitches and make the times to earn back your hearts sooner.
