We were going to play the game every summer, but it looked like the loading screen kept crashing infinitely year after year. If it happened on all devices, then it would be a HUGE and major issue. Possibly theres a bug preventing access to the whole hospital.
- Positive Energy: There is absolutely zero incentive to use up positive energy on patients to be sent to the scanning/testing stations. Positive energy takes too long to harvest, and it is also needed to upgrade the vitamin maker. Were talking about thousands of units required to upgrade each vitamin. Those patients that require positive energy should give some back in return. Otherwise, its wasted on them. Very counterproductive. 2. Jellies take too long to make: When the anti-pandemic center requests 8 jellies, and it takes 6+ hours for each jelly to make, the deadline cannot be met. Overall, theres no reason for something to take this long to make for a single unit. Just terrible. 3. Theres hardly anything available for purchase at the pharmacy. Ever. Seems the pharmacy is stocked by real players only which makes it extra challenging to obtain anything. Seems like another money grab attempt by limiting whats available. This could be a fun game, but unfortunately, it makes it very difficult to enjoy it when devs refuse to fix these major issues.
The app always flashes back. There is no way to play. Please solve it!

Super fun game. We add it to every new device. As of late, however it keeps crashing. Hopefully the developers can look into it.
We have played this game and really like it but now we cant play it because it has bugs please fix this.
After playing this game for more than 2 years we put up with going through 15 ads twice a day. Fine, because we could play them back to back until we were done with them. So waste about 10 minutes getting rid of them and get back to playing the game. But wait! We guess they want to make the game even worse by not allowing you to get rid of the ads. They now delay them so you cant just binge them out. Frustrating beyond belief. If we didnt have so much time invested playing this game, we would definitely not play it at all. Move on to something more rewarding. We may quit anyway. We hate Ads! We hate Ads! Update: Developer responded! Everything is back to normal. Yes, still have the Ads, but at least they are working as before. Did we mention we hate Ads? But we guess they are a necessary evil! Or maybe we can get a one-time fee to eliminate them forever??? THAT WOULD BE REALLY NICE !
We’ve enjoyed this game for several years until the most recent update – all the hospitals we liked do not load. We’ve tried liking more hospitals, but theyre not registering in the game. Perhaps you can update again and fix. Thank you!
Just started to play this game about two to three days ago it worked fine now the game wont work we try to play and the screen is completely white. We hope we didnt lose our progress you need to fix this because we cant play no more that is why we only gave you one star fix it and we will give five stars. Thank you.
Every time we try an open the game it crashes before we even get to the loading screen.
We’ve been playing this game for years and we loved it. Recently we’ve been having issues with the game and it is now becoming boring. Perhaps adding new stations, doctors or cure machines could help. The game constantly force closes and there are times we are unable to get into the maternity center unless we go in as soon as we open the app. We also in our opinion, the jellies maker takes entirely too long to produce, decreasing the time on this could help many players. Lastly finding the tools needed to upgrade your storage space can be hard to find, many times we find myself out of storage and unable to find the tools needed.
We were looking for a time management game and remembered this one. We have played it a ton before and found nothing wrong except it was extremely addictive lol. However, when we downloaded it and got on the app to start playing, it continually quits the app. The furthest we’ve been able to get is the start button. Other than this glitch, we love the game and really hope the developers will fix it so we will be able to play the game again.

We used to play this game a while ago. And you used to be able to go into the store and see random players of varying levels who were selling things. It was a great way to find good players to add to you friends list. Now we go in and half the time we dont get anyone at all (or one MAYBE two people). Its rare we get a full slate of people selling random things. We mean extremely rare. This makes the whole idea of being able to get help or buy things impossible because nobody can find your hospital. Its a decent game overall. But the cures start to stack where you need cures to build cures so you cant use cures because you need them for bigger cures. If that sounds convoluted, its because it is. Its actually why we quit playing the game for the longest time. Also, get rid of the stupid Facebook car. Im tired of it honking at us and driving by the hospital. We dont care about the 5 gems. We dont want to link Facebook. And we shouldnt have to listen to that stupid car every time we play.
The app won even open for us and we tried all the ways to fix it, now it just takes up storage on our device and it wont let us delete the app.
Not work. For 3 weeks ago .. Why . We need updates to solve the problems.
We wanted you all to design them little people differently that each players would be able to design their own custom design and be whom they would like to be.. They could become more friendly too by talking with each other in different areas and rooms too makes hospital a lot bigger too! Including many amazing chats with many friends and design on it building too much fun going on too!
We really love this but after the update we can not get our game to load we deleted it then add it back still not working.
We were playing in this game for a couple of months. But something happened, the game start killing us out all the time. We restarted our phone and checked for any updates. Everything is up to date, but the problem is still here!

We personally think that this is the best hospital game you can find! You can sell and buy products you or a friend needs,you can grow and produce medical cures,cure vips,and help mothers to be!
Good game and very addictive. Graphs are really cute!!! It does worth a try, however there are some bugs entailing the game reload for returning to the previous normal. For example, a patient has been waiting for a doctor that we didnt have at that moment in our hospital. When we reloaded the game, that patient was located inside a doctor room and that room got stuck, not allowing us to deliver elixir at that room (it was automatically fixed when we reloaded the game). Another example: Inside lab, we were not able to reallocate shelves for a moment, then we were able to do it when we reloaded the game In other words, its an excellent game but small bugs should be fixed by its developers we played Theme Hospital for a long time on PC and we believe that new features in the old game could be implemented to improve this game: for example, you should hire nurses and physicians to visit patients room. As well you were supposed to hire housekeepers to clean the hospital floor and rooms we believe that developers should also work on new lab machines, diseases and medications. Why not have a surgery room in the hospital? It was supposed to have surgeries going on Some medical procedures (like delivering in maternity) take a long time (3 hours) and the same occurs for equipments (around 2 days). Three hours for giving birth is far away from reality Overall is a very good game. Graphics are great and we do recommend!
We’ve been playing for a while and was so addicted!!! We used to play everyday but found myself playing less and less because there isnt enough to do after youve built all you can, purchased all the equipment and just have a bunch of coins you cant spend. Why cant you buy shovels with your coins??? Its so hard to find a shovel to grow more things and we’ve got all this money we cant spend!!! You should also be able to see what other hospitals are selling in one place instead of having to jump from place to place just to see what they have. Think of making these changes and adding other wards for the hospital.
Although the game is very relaxing there is minimum rewards getting to the next level and is there ever more to come the reputation was added but it does not show were you you stand 2 stars for relaxation zero stars for growth within game not the best.
Love the game but it need some changes it cost way to much to extend the hospital, it takes doctors way to long to cure patients, everything in the shop is so expensive that it make us not want to play the game. Please fix, lower some of the prices.. This game make us want to get a mod.
This is a nice game yo play but when the game is not giving us our accurate coins, diamonds, and the games stops in the middle of doing things is not good at all. Someone is definitely making money off the ads and videos that play because the games gets very frustrating when youve already waited forever for things to grow then it freezes sort the game starts over out of nowhere. We guess things will not get fixed because we see people have been complaining for years. Bad business.

We love this game so much, Ill catch myself sometimes playing it alll day lol. Its very good with time management, and your cognitive skills! Its the best hospital building game we’ve EVERRR played! We hope you all, enjoy as- we do.
We like the game but we have a few a adjustments. For the maternity center the mothers should come in a wheel chair with a doctor, and same when they are going into labor. The blood test should be automatically free after 1 hour. There also needs to be more things. Like there could be a surgery room that gets covered up just like the maternity center labor section. Or it could just be a room with a bed and the person is laying on the bed and the doctor is sitting in a chair. There can be a cancer station. You should make it to where the people come off the ambulance in normal clothes walk past the first room and have there grown on. The vips should stay longer. You should be able to look through like a whole newspaper for what hospitals are selling. Every er patient should have to go through the mri scanner and the cat scan before being diagnosed with all there problems and things that they need treated. Pregnant moms should be in the er too. Same with the kids they need to all be patients in the er. You need to come up with more things outside of the hospital like how the maternity center is. Please make these adjustments thanks!
Alright, through and through, this is a fun, addicting, and exciting game! But, once we made it to level 8, and almost at 9, there was this one medicine that was white, pretty sure that it was called the and so many things needed to you know, make the item. We couldnt make the yellow mixture which led to the Rudolph red nose drops. Which meant, we couldnt operate those things as well. We really need help on this because we’ve tried everything and so far, nothing. Thanks for your help!
Our game has been freezing when we play. It makes us have to close the app and restart it. Its a fun game overall just wish it didnt freeze so much.

This is an amazing game we love it! We would recommend to download. There is just two small thing we would love if they changed. 1. The girl that gives you the tourtal stays after we do the thing that she asked us for. 2. It takes so long for machines to be built and say we had a V.I.P and we didn’t have what we needed to make what they need but that takes to long and then the V.I.P leaves. 1 more thing is some times people dont leave the chairs and its kinda funny. Overall we think that this is and amazing game for all ages. Would definitely recommend.
This game is SUPER FUN!!!! We are addicted to it. It a lot like FarmVille except its a hospital setting. We like that you can help other, they can help you, dr. Wise can give you things. And lots of other stuff like grow a garden. We are constantly running out of gems and we wish you could receive more gems and alit more frequently that way nobody runs out of gems ever. And we also wish it didnt take so long long to make stuff…. Like the jellies for example! Nothing needs to take a long time to make. And we wish there was more space in the game to move the screen around. We feel like its cramped on our screen.
Its overall a good game but there is one thing we dislike when you put things on the market and then take it off it doesnt give you the item back which is kinda dumb and we waste a diamond for nothing.

Okay, first of all we have never given a five star review to any other game than this one. It is BY FAR our favorite. It’s not one of those games where you love it for a week and then get another game. We’ve had ‘My Hospital’ for 4 months now, and it hasn’t gotten old even a little. For the people who are looking to buy this game, here are a few things about it: first, the game explains o you how to play and some of the cool features to it. Then you get to name your hospital, (mine is called ‘God Loves You’ . ) Then you get to start playing. You can go to the lab and make some elixirs. Elixirs help make other things like syrups and pills. Then you can go to the treatment rooms to see what medicine the people need. That’s basically how to play. We know it sounds a little boring when we explain it like that but it’s REALLY addictive. There are some cool features you get when you level up too, like trading in pharmacies, curing vip’s, building a kids waiting room, and so much more! Now for the developers. First of all, we L.O.V.E your game! We wouldn’t want to to get rid of anything, just add one feature. We were showing our little sister how to play the game, when she said ‘can we visit a hospital and be a patient?’ we were like, that’s actually a good idea for a six year old. We think it would be fun to actually walk into a hospital someone created and have someone pretend to cure you. There could be an option to allow people to come to your hospital as patients or not in case someone doesn’t feel comfortable with it. We hope you take our (sister’s) idea into consideration.
We wish we could do multiplayer, chat and have more building abilities like building more stories like adding more rooms, more cures, new conditions and be able to view their hospital more. Also, make diamonds less harder to get. You should be able to customize your avatar and have a profile picture like dr wise does.

The game is awesome . We would only say the time it takes to make the jelly is too much. Nothing should take more than 3hrs. 7 and 8 hours to make one is too much.
You click on a Talk Bubble and a patient may give you a prize… Only to attempt to use that prize and its not in your inventory. Also, the app continues to force close on its own gives false hope of purchasing things from the pharmacy that really arent there.
