This game was our childhood! We recently redownloaded it and it brought back so many memories of our sister and we playing together!! Theres always something to do! Can be disheartening when you dont have coins but theyre easy to get so it quickly becomes fun again.
We have been playing this game since the beginning, sometimes leaving and then coming back later. We remember before Canterlot came, when there was different astrology shapes, when the pony album was just a book, when you had to assign ponies to shops to make better items, when most of the ponies in the store only costs bits instead of a TON of gems and items you have to collect. Its definitely changed. We do have a few things we do complain about or wish yall would bring into the game. We hate that we have to collect items for ponies, especially the ones that didnt even cost that much in the old versions. Also why is everything so expensive!? We can barely get 20 gems let alone 1000. Can we get new songs (and maybe new outfits) in the equestria girls mini game (and we know yall get this a lot). There has been so many movies and all the songs are amazing! We do feel that the special events are for people that are just on their phones all the time because if you arent then there is almost no way you can win in time (unless you buy 500+ gem ponies. But besides that. Still love the game.

We love this app Ive had it for years. We even got a new phone and support was nice and helped us get into our old account so we didnt have to start over. Our only issue is how pricey this game can get. Ive spent well over a hundred of dollars just to be able to get certain ponies we needed to move on in storylines. The gems are ridiculous. So many ponies cost over 500-1,000 gems. Its taken us months to even save up 400 gems and thats without spending a ridiculous amount of real money to buy them. Most of the shops to be able to get coins also cost a ton of gems. They need to ether reduce the gem pricing on things or just get rid of them as a whole because its insane. The monthly challenge or mini game whatever where you have to battle ponies to get rewards and ponies is also dumb. 5 days is not enough time to get through it all. Majority of the time the helper ponies they have you can use to help advance you have to pay real money for them. We tested once to see how much real money it would take for us to just buy the purple coins to make it all the way to end. It was a ton of money!! We feel like they should make some ponies cost friendship hearts. There was only like two ponies you could get with those and now all the friendship hearts are used for the balloon game. Realistically it will be easier to unlock more ponies and shops if they cost friendship hearts and not gems. We hate if you leave a space empty random objects pop up that you have to clear and it costs coins or gems to remove them. And once you remove them theyll just pop up again if you dont fill the spot. The mini games are fun but we feel since this game has been out for years they could add more mini games and maybe some that you can win gems from instead of coins. We do really love this game, we love creating our own world, but we wish some things were better, ponies cost less or no gems, the 5 day challenge thing needs to change, more mini games.
Recently we havent been able to access the sweet apple acres or canterlot store. When we click on shop it only shows ponies from Ponyville. Also, when we won sapphire shores from the crystal mines, it still isnt allowing us to buy her. Its still telling us to play the crystal mines game even though we already won her.
Love the game its fun, very pay to play though. Theres no sound on this game unless Im using headphones. We fixed all the settings . Please fix it we need to hear some music on the game. It crashes a lot Im used to it though its very annoying can you please fix it.
Love this game as an adult, but why is everything so expensive? The reward system in this game needs a serious rework; theres no reason ponies on here cost 500+ gems and the only way you can get them realistically without no-lifing on this game for a week+ is to spend $50. Completing tasks in game will give you at most maybe 5 gems on a good day, and then more if you level up a few times. Most Ive gotten at once was 15 and that happened ONCE. Even trying to complete the story is impossible because you need to BUY some of the ponies needed to progress in game with gems and they end up being 200+ gems sometimes. Dont have the money? Screw you apparently! Unless you bought the $10 monthly pass, which we did, you have to spend the gems youre working hard to save up for your favorite character on in game things if you dont want to wait hours and hours for one activity to be completed. Circling backwhy does one pony cost $50? Sometimes those $50 you spent on gems isnt even enough because they also price things in the THOUSANDS. So, yea. Hopefully the developers cut us some slack because after a certain point the game is almost unplayable with needing to buy these ponies you cant unlock unless youre lucky in balloon pop.
We love this game but we hate when we log in all of our 50 gems are gone.
Ive emailed game loft and they wont help us transfer our game data from our previous iPad to our new iPad Pro. We dont want to start from scratch. As much as we like this game, Im afraid we have to drop it if we cant reach someone.
This game is absolute cinema and lifechanging. Boy oh boy, where do we even begin, the first time we laid our eyes on this game we knew it was destiny. We wake up and go to sleep thinking about this game and play during our breaks as a manager of a software deveopment company. Woman in business might we say! However, we dont like the ads. Business woman out.
We are still experiencing the changeling kingdom glitch where when you try to assign thorax to a mission in the changeling kingdom, the whole screen loses all its buttons and nothing happens and you have to restart the game. We hope to see this fixed as we would really like to continue the story as this game is super fun.
We love this game because our little pony is our all time favorite! The main quests are exactly like the show and movie, the special event quests are so fun, but just one problem for us. Problem: the new mlp movie is out along with its series, but the ponies there are missing in this game! We would love to have the ponies there and some others may enjoy it too. Pls add Sunny and her friends. Developer pls think about adding them. Thank you.
We would like if the equestria girls mode was expanded on, and if the dazzlings were added as playable characters.
This game has been very calm for us whenever we had anxiety attacks or whenever we were just feeling very blue and overall the game is really good. We were playing this when we were about five or four years old and we still play it this day we grew up watching our Little Pony almost every single day and we were very happy to find out that there was a our Little Pony game when we were younger, and we still play it, though we had to delete the game because of storage reasons and we recently just added the game back to our game section this game gives us so much nostalgia!:].
Easy to play and overall fun! Simulates the adventure and fun of our Little Pony: FIM, through each and every character or journey. This was our favorite game as a kid and definitely still has a place in our heart now.
We can get money,gems, and hearts we earned a lot of gems we used them on stuff we don't need but we do like it we love the quests.
We just wanted to say we got this game when we were like 5-7 and im turning 17 in about a week and we still play and enjoy this game. Thank you for letting our childhoods live on.
Very cool game for MLP fans. We love it so much. You level up and get bits (coins) and gems to buy new ponies, places, and much more. Though, gems are really hard to get. But still, very fun game. Still enjoying the game, been playing for years. But we like to redo our towns every now and then. Wondering if possible to add a spot to edit your pony layout towns while still having a working active layout. While you have an edit place to create a new layout for you towns. Maybe multi spots for layouts. Thank you for the consideration.
So we love the game it is very fun but from the last leader board for the cool Kirin we havent yet gotten our prize we were in between 1st and 150th but still havent got our prize. We think its a glitch only for us cause our sister Zoey has it already. We hope the developer reads this and helps us to claim our reward.
Its great and all but we love all characters our parents wont even let us buy things we literally just think that its wrong to make us buy our favorite ponies we literally Watched it when we first seen it we think so please give us our fav characters.
We absolutely love and adore our little pony, have since we were 5. We have always had fun with this game, we had it as a kid and now have it as an 18 year old. The only issue ive ever had is it crashing. It seems to crash everyday (we literally play it everyday.) But aside from that, its perfect, theres never nothing to do.
The new update took away our frames and backgrounds that we earned from events and the ones we bought why we love this game Ive played is for years please.

We love this game but PLEASE the clearable items not respawn every 2 seconds or add a grass tile/path that you can buy that clearable items cant respawn on because we want to make our ponyville more open but we just keep getting the huge clearables that spawn in everywhere also our game crashes all the time so we dont know if thats fixable or what but yeah thats all thanks.
We love the storyline and characters and music its great but items are over priced and targeted at children its entirely too hard to come by gems when the whole game is gem focused.

Good game but when you get on your pony collection it has sooooo sad music and it almost makes us cry ! The graphics could be better and no offense but yall are MONEY HOGS! No offense not trying to be rude but its true along with other game developers!. No offense really but the truth hurts.
This game is amazing!! There are a few problems id like to address tho about the real money in the game, we dont mind a pop up every now and then but having the offers on the right hand side of our screen can get annoying quick, it would be great if yall added a hide feature for all that stuff.
A lot of things in game feel very unobtainable. We wish you could earn more by playing for free. Takes a lot of patience.
We absolutely love this game but it wont let us transfer our progress from our phone to our iPad even if our iPad is signed into our phone, almost all of our games progress transferred to our iPad but unfortunately this game did not and there doesnt seem to be anyway for us to do so.
We think this game is a pretty good game overall we started it this morning we already have like 10 ponies but now there is not really much to do today like we have to wait an hour to just play like one mini game and we feel like all the quests are meant for that one mini game so if there are some impatient people reading this this game is probably not for you.
This was a great game until later today, there was an update and just about all of our progress was completely erased. We are seething right now. Months of progress down the drain.
Prices for gems REALLLY need a revamp. Everything is so expensive.
Its a good game but it just asks for many updates.
Everything in game both real life and in-game currency is SO expensive! You can hardly make any progress without spending $40 real life dollars for only $400 gems, thats ridiculous. You can hardly unlock new ponies without those gems either, which makes earning bits alone a challenge. You get rewarded less than you work for and its so ridiculous. The main complaint that many players have with this game for almost a DECADE is that nothing is attainable because of how little you get rewarded and how expensive everything is. If you level up you only earn 1-2 gems, if you play mini-games then youll have to spend a minimum of 12000 bits just to earn barley anything in return, and no matter what you try doing youll only get 1-2 gems. We feel like its clear how money hungry this game is. Its sad since the game has so much potential to be fun, theres such little fixes that could help the game improve. We feel like at least earning 10-15 gems per level up or lowering the prices on mini games could be a great start. Other than that theres no point in playing this game unless you have hours + real life money to spend.
We loved this game we love playing it. But we have no reason as to why it doesnt have a save function, for if you ever delete the game and or go to a new phone. We lost all our progress due to this lack of effort from the creators and we would love our stuff back. But sadly we have no way to track it down due to everything being lost.
We downloaded this before and uninstalled it and didnt remember why until we recently installed the game again and once we got to level 9 the game crashed and now it wont even open without just closing out the app every time. Ive restarted our phone and have done everything on our end to fix it but nothing has worked. Kind of disappointing that years ago we had this app on an old iPad and it ran better than on our iPhone 15 ?? Is anyone else experiencing this problem.
We are low vision and want to move our game to our ipad to view it on a bigger screen. We an logged into game center on both devices, yet cannot transfer our progress in a game we PAID MONEY ON. This is actually ridiculous.

This game is very nostalgic to us because we played lots as a kid and now we use it very often we got back into it and its addictive we are on almost to level 100 and we check in every day its so addicting.

We've already tried to file the complaints twice, but it always shows "The ticket id you submitted was not sent from this email address." However, we did fill in the correct email address and ID. So what should we do now.
Why are all the frames and backgrounds that we earned or purchased locked and can no longer be accessed.
