Hi, Can you please answer us on how to get Royal Wine for the Wendy quest? We love this game but am stuck on this quest and cant advance, thank you, please help.
The game is really fun and has really cute – anime inspired designs. Its easy to get hooked and lose track of time playing. Our only issue is that there are frequent crashes and bugs that need to be fixed because it kicks you out every 10 minutes. BUT other than that, the gameplay is solid and everything you can ask for in a mobile cafe game. Overall definitely recommend. Edit: Thank you so so much for fixing the crashing problem!! Now we can play more comfortably.
The game is great, however there is a constant network error and almost every interaction has a long long long loading time. We noticed that there has been reviews about this since 4 years ago, but we hope it gets fixed soon.
We have been playing this game for a very long time, but have also been on and off. We think if you want a relaxing game similar to Hay Day then a recommend this game. There are a few problems to the game that arent annoying at first but become irritating (hence us leaving). Some of the issues is that it tends to crash when youre upgrading your research or anything, random problematic pop-ups like internet connection, account unable to sync, different account load-ups (which are old accounts that you had to make in the past in order to get into the game to load your actual account), it crash even if you leave game for a second, the market is annoying use (because we cant find the things we need to buy to complete orders), etc. We still tend to come because we miss and love playing this game. We love the art, the storyline, the pacing, quests/challenges, but the issues we listed above is what makes it harder to stay.
First of all we love the game. Our only problem is if it disconnects then we have to restart the game. Very annoying if our WiFi isnt the best.
We want to preface this review by saying that, you dont have to spend a dime if you want to play this game. You can play all day without paying, but if you want to ENJOY the game? Be prepared to empty your wallet. To start out with, one lousy income decor will cost you 2000 rubies. So whats the price of rubies you might ask? Well gamers, for the low low price of $140 dollars, you too can purchase enough rubies to buy 11 income decor. If thats not good enough, for an additional $50 dollars, you may also purchase a VIP pass that will allow for you to spend additional money to play for a chance to win any 10 useless materials that you can earn through-out the game anyway, in the hopes you might actually win the main prize after youve spent every last ruby in just three spins. But wait! Theres more! There are also a few decors you can buy outright. Now to be fair, for $20 dollars you can buy a package of 3 decor, Orrrr you can spend in game coins to draw 10 chances for one decor. You will find that it really isnt as fun looking at many of the same decor items in your bistro, over and over again, but at least you cant say they didnt throw a small bone your way. Now if by chance you decide you like the offered EVENT decor and you like it enough to have more then the one, you may spend an additional $140 dollars in order to purchase 3-6 chances to obtain another. Don't bank on red tickets to help because youll get few of those within the game. One or two draws, and theyre gone. Use them wisely! Yellow tickets will be used to obtain servers needed for your bistro or trips. It will take you hours, days, and months of cooking, helping, and cooking some more, in order to earn those as well, but so you know, youll receive many more pink tickets. Guild decor is next to impossible to get since the materials to build it arent readily available throughout the game as with all the other materials, and even if they happen to offer the materials as a prize material in one of the draws, youll most likely get some material you dont need or can get plenty of through in game play. Or you might get the chance to buy them. Mo money, Mo money, Mo money! Youll also get to enjoy the daily spin that offers one income decor that youll never get. Its more likely you will win money or hearts. So heres wishing you good luck.. The big question you just have to ask yourself is, Do you feel lucky?Do ya? We say all this as we sit and play the game, the hypocrite that we are, but we just thought honesty was in order, given most people will bend over any way, because these games were created to be so darn addictive. And of course! Because thats how we become the money mule. So there it is. Play if you like, but youve been given fair warning. Edit: The developer is sad that we are not enjoying the game and they pinky swear to try to make improvements! $$$ Edit #2: It would also really be nice to have some more expansions and some different decor/themes, at least once a month. It is tiring trying to design your bistro with the same stuff all the time, over and over and overand over.
We loved this game, but we completely lost our progress after the most recent update even though we had an account and never deleted the app. We were playing for one month and was on level 51.
We used to play this game back in 2019 oh our, but we had a samsung tablet when we used to play, so everything was on google play. Our tablet doesnt work anymore and we now have an iPhone so theres no way for us to get our like level 40 something account back :( Im extremely saddened because the game keeps trying to log us into our sisters account, but not ours somehow. We dont know how to get it back so we guess Ill just have to restart again.
We really love this game, we love the stories, the characters are so cute and the food are easy to make. We remember this game since 2 years ago, we left because the game keep kicking us out. We thought maybe to wait a little bit and maybe the developer can update it but, it's still the same. We were focusing on the story or making food and then it kick us out. We hope developer can fix this, we really want to continue playing.
Love this game, very fun and relaxing. A good time passer. But the game is sometimes unplayable due to server issues. The buffering, crashing, errors, glitches… It's gotten crazy. No other game or app we have does this so it's the game itself, please fix it.
We have had this game for two years and its hard to progress without using money. Im not surprised. But, we would suggest to PLEASE make the furniture section go back to where you originally were when you place something down. Its so hard to decorate with a theme since it goes back to the main furniture page. PLEASE fix this.
Ive played this game for a long time and recently had given more time on it. We noticed there were changes made which awesome! However, the game constantly reboots and it will take very long to load into a page. We saw that this has been a ongoing issue which we hope it will get fixed. Our other thing is that when the game give you a choice to watch an ad video but it keeps giving you errors, that is annoying. We would like to hopefully change the 3 stars to a 5. Im abit annoyed. We love this game and have been playing it for years but recently got a new iPhone and we cant log in at all to our account. Why isnt logging in with google a option? Cant play now.

Ive been looking for a game like this for a while, being able to design a cafe however you want, cute graphics, reasonably easy to make money, not overly complicated process to make food- bonus because food doesnt expire. Overall a fun and engaging game.
We are OBSESSED with this game! But we absolutely HATE how many network errors there are. Sometimes the app just boots us out and erases some of our rewards and purchases. This game glitches and we get a network error at least 10 times an hour. And the way the marketplace works is terrible, the only thing that is advertised for sale is diamonds at a higher price than they are worth. We just want to be able to filter out the diamonds on our marketplace because Im not interested in buying any diamonds.

Full of bugs !!! Ive gotten to high levels on some things but left behind on recipes that dont unlock , tap tap tap to collect customer rewards like flags and never get them !! We love this game and Ive played it for a long time, but lately its been crashing CONSTANTLY. Its really frustrating. We dont know if its incompatible with the new iOS or what, but its nearly unplayable. Ill update our review when its fixed.
Cant write message to friends game freezes. Only few recipes unlocked, doesnt explain how to expand cafe. Also few more thoughts: Been playing regularly now for few weeks, heres what we noticed. First, our energy levels never go past 57? You need more than that during the day for drinks. Second, just give us keys instead of making us click on 10 customers n only getting maybe 2 keys? Lastly, selling dishes at a penny apiece is too cheap. You cant earn much especially for new players n you have basically play all day to get anywhere. Especially since leveling up dishes can get costly. Wish there was a way of friends gifting us what we need or letting us ask them, like other games do. Please tell us what to as far as instructions. We have many items we have no clue on how to use them. We still play, but now thankfully Im up in levels n dont have to babysit our game as much. Still one of our go to games when bored n its really cute. UPDATE 2/23/22 knocking off two more stars. Such a shame, for more n more bugs! First, we know Ive used ALL our stoves to cook something, go back a few hours later. Sure enough! Half are empty WTH!! What a waste! Then, the endless buffering n network errors! All on their end! As MY WiFi is fine. Or we wouldnt be able to play obviously Then, it tells you how many visitors youve had. But ours continuously shows zero? When Ive clearly had a few because they applied for part time jobs!? Then the endless impossible tasks? One says complete 50 journeys, then another separate task, says complete 15!. Its impossible because then you run out of necessary parts to take said journey! Then the parts you collect, pots, salt, milk. No instructions on how or if you even can use those. Same with the tickets. Also, you can only expand restaurant so far(really tiny) then to get to upper floors it costs gems. Those upper floors are only for decorating! You cant put any kitchen stuff in them, registers, displays etc! Please dont ask us to contact support. Ive tried on several occasions only to get very generic or flippant response! We even send them images of what we talked about! We ask them about what something means, they flippantly tell us we need to complete the task? Well duh! But how? They must not speak English well or care. Id go elsewhere for a game. Only thing this is good for is its cuteness n a time killer. UPDATE 10-27-2022. Well…they haven't fixed the bugs as they're still happening. The game does nothing but BUFFERING! It takes forever to boot! Plus, our review never seems to get published so…..here we are again.
It crashes. A lot. We keep getting server error (11811) and it crashes our game. :/ it usually is right when one of our dishes completed too. Kinda ruins the gameplay for us.
Yes like what the title said. You can spend so much time on it. Its very enjoyable. The downsides is that you cant get the best items unless you pay. Well we guess you can but it takes a long way to get good staffs etc. Also this game requires you to be active a lot but eh its all depends on you.
Love this game. We played way back but had to delete it because (one busy with life and two was we just couldnt get many outcomes with the previous versions) But then return to see all different features and we wish this was introduced when we first started. Would have made the game much easy and durable. But now we are having trouble with the ads and we would like to have our free rubies when we have the chance and to use ads when we can pass a quest but we are unable to do so and it is frustrating. Please fix and the bugs too.
We love the concept and the game itself and we like how they allow you to level up somewhat faster now. BUT, why does ~120 gems cost $20??? When one box is considered ~130 gems?? You would need to buy at least $40 of gems to get a good gameplay. Most players will not pay this much.

Love this game but becomes too expensive to buy the upscale items and needs tutorial choices because Im confused in the upper levels. Why do the games with so much potential have to be expensive to play. Yes, you dont have to buy items but then why play to get your bistro looking good.
Let us start by saying we love this game there is so much to do and keep you busy. Our first review was about what a scam the VIP tickets are. You pay hard earned money for them, you roll over and over again and you get everything but what you want. Dont ever buy the VIP tickets. Our main issue with the game is the serious lag issues. Anything that needs to load lags and everything needs to load. Ive kept playing as long as we can with these issues but Im afraid we cant play any longer. We get so frustrated with that toggle spinning around and around on our screen. Lets see if this review manages to stay on the App Store.
We love this game but we guess because our iPad is older we will no longer be able to play it, really not fair.

Im nearly level 80, we love this game so much.
We really enjoy this game as a mindless time killer and would have rated higher but it crashes A LOT. Often right after youve spent something like milk to feed a pet and when you come back youve lost that item and the pet was never fed etc. And the loading screens take forever when checking mail, orders, etc. That makes it difficult to just hop on for minutes here and there. By the time screens are done loading, our playtime break is just about up.
Every time they updated the gameplayer always can't play it in few hoursand gms attitude is bad.Spend over 3000+$feel like the game gonna close soon.

When we want to get rewards by watching ads, the ads always dont load. Even if we restart the game it doesnt load successfully. This problem bothers us a lot and we hope you can help to solve it.

We've been playing this game since May 5, 2019 and we absolutely love it. Though, there is a bug. Every time we try to complete one of the quests, the game crashes. Maybe the developers can look into that.
This game is adorable! The characters and story are cute, the decor is cute and fun, the whole game is just an absolute delight. That being said, there are a few things that bug us just a bit. 1-Sometimes when we open a lucky pot (party time, or level up pots) the game will put up a network error code and we wont get a reward and the pot will be gone 2-we wish there were more decor options 3-It would be nice if screens functioned in such a way that would allow for items to be place up against it on both sides 4-Sometimes it doesnt feel like im getting our moneys worth when we spend money on rubies for lootboxes. We like having VIP, because of the multi expedition function, and the gachapon that costs 100k gold that you get 5 spins on, but the lootboxes in general give mostly lackluster rewards and cost a lot of rubies to spin 5-we wish there was a search function in the market to find items we need. Sometimes we cant find keys in the marketplaces to collect keys ffor a quest 6-The drinks cost a lot of energy for not a lot of uses, and its really hard to get expedition tools for all the different areas because of this. Like right now we have a drink unlocked that has we think 17 drinks for 36 stamina that has a 36% chance to provide expedition tools. 17 drinks feels like it isnt enough considering how much energy it costs to make, so im wasting stamina for that drop rate and still cant seem to get any expedition tools.
We think it would be more fun if there were more recipes and decor. Theres a decent amount of stuff you can get without paying real money, but it can be frustrating trying to save up gems and gacha tickets; the game would be a lot more fun to play if things were less expensive.
