Okay, this is a okay game overall, but about every minute or so we get an ad. Also its super glitchy, slow, and it sometimes freezes for a while then glitches out of the game. Ill consider writing a more favorable review once youve fixed these issues.
When am we getting the grand hotel did they stop updating the game.
We havent played this game in a long time so we thought we would check it out. You have made some decent changes like reducing the time of making products. With that being said, everything you need even up to decor still costs an arm and a leg to buy. The conversations between the customers and the artists should be totally gone because no one cares about them. You decreased the farm ing patches which isnt a good move at all. No room still to decorate your land because the shops take up all of the spaces anyway. We must say that we do love the choices in decorations but if you cant use them whats the sense. The time to get a new treat for the rich and famous should take two minutes not two days. If you want to speed up the time, money again. If you want to cut down a tree or small rock, money again. Everything still remains money in this game. We guess the rich and famous can play it too unless you make some good updates and stop being so greedy. It really could be a fun game.
We love the game but now toooo many ads Im about to delete it now its not fair when we already have to wait until the products are done.
If you like watching ads every few minutes of playing this game, then this ones for you! It does look like a fun game to play & we dont mind an ad every once in awhile but this ones ridiculous.
Too many ads you cant even play the game. They want you to chat with customers and then open an ad when your trying to click on it so you cant even do it. Ads play like every 30 seconds. They should just charge from the start instead of pretending its free.

Would have been more fun if we could have getten through the tutorial without an add every 2 minutes, we understand games having add but to not let us even get the tutorial done and then even worse they were so often.
Im not exaggerating, you get a pop up video ad every 30 seconds in this game. We think this game could be so fun and we really wanted to play it. The design and set up is awesome, but you dont even play its just ad after ad after ad after ad. HORRIBLE. You cant play it, you just watch ads. Dont download.
This would be a greater game if half the time you werent watching ads that always seem to interrupt your game play. We would keep the game if the annoying ads were gone or at least minimalized to one or two NOT 20 in 5 minutes!!!! ANNOYED GAMER.
What is with all of the ads?! They make the game not fun! The ads pop up all the time!
Is there some kind of glitch after the last update where friends cant see part of our trees that need help? When we go to help other people it always shows that same are as being empty.
The game almost fully loads then just crashes since the last update.

We just downloaded this. It plays the introduction then goes back to the load screen and stays there. We’ve followed the steps that App support and developer support have on offer, and still nothing.
Game just stopped loading after iOS update.
Wow, we can play the game non-stop for hours. So much fun and exciting.
Good one. Easy to add our girlfriends and build our emprire.
However he payouts arent that much and in order to purchase buildings they way too much the payouts and purchases are off.
Simple concept but could have been much better.

Love the game but how do we find this supposed catering thats Im supposed to collect coins from? Theres really no explanation on how to do so. We would give 5 stars but we cant complete quests because of not knowing where this catering business is.
Im only level 9 and one of our goals is to collect coins from any catering service. What is that? We cant figure it out!! How do you collect tips its one of our goals and we cant figure it out!!
New update is not good, please change it back.
Its too slow paced and if you want to get anywhere, you have to use gems! It takes forever to make anything. From, waiting for the plants to finish growing, to waiting again for the products to finish. AND THEN numerous customers needing the same product to get their service, takes FOREVER. On top of that, to get extra slots to make your product you need to buy gems? We could live with the 2 slots you give to make the product, sure. But we dont spend all our time on our phone let alone checking this app every second to make sure the product has finished and we can make a new one. Its a great concept yes. But Im done. Not spending money. If it were a fair game. Sure. Ill spend some to get ahead a bit, but not every time we need an extra slot. You dont even create enough opportunities to earn gems. Maybe once every hour we get to watch a video for 1 gem. Yahoo! Sorry not sorry but Im deleting this app.

Its annoying that every time theres an update we lose something. Now we have to get the capacity of our storage units back because it was lowered to less than what we had. The updates are fine but if theres going to be an update make sure people dont lose the things that theyve already worked to get. Now we have to get rid of things that we need that take hours to complete just to make room for new stuff that we also need.
After being away from the game a couple hours we come back and our spa is all out of whack. So we checked the App Store and noticed that there was an update today but not sure What it actually did. We noticed that some Zs are coming off of each shop as if they are snoozing and everything that we’ve planted is all over the place and trees are scattered everywhere its a whole mess hopefully this will be fixed.
Cant find out where to collect business catering coins to complete chapter II at all.
Taking away storage capacity after an update? Not cool. We were enjoying this game… Now Im frustrated and unhappy. Way to lose loyal players.

The game is getting bored and need to be fixed. There are too many customers in each slots and the premium clients keeps coming really fast. If u dont have 24/24 hours to play this game, you cant finish the tasks. The process to make products is taking too long. Plus, the products are showed in the box are not correct. Like, 4 products are checked but when we drag the customer in, they said we need a different product, not the one is showed in the box. Fix all of them, please P/s: we noticed that after getting many bad reviews and low rates. There are tons of good short review with 5 stars and same content. Are u guys trying to lie the players by giving good reviews urself. If it’s true, this will be the worst game ever.
The new update is horrible. The premium clients are just sitting there with red clocks above them. When we click on a premium client there is NOTHING. You can only chat with a client 1 time when before it was 8 times while they are being serviced. We’ve spent our REAL HARD EARNED MONEY in this game and now Im going to UNINSTALL IT!!!
We were really enjoying this game for about a month but the new update made it so we cant help our premium clients at all. Every time we open the window for the premium suite our game freezes. Nothing has fixed it. We’ve spent probably $30 on the game and got to level 22 so not very happy. It takes too long to make treatments for the premium clients anyway, as others have said. We will probably just take the loss and delete the game, but its too bad, the concept is great and it could be really fun.
This was the game we honestly spent most of our time on but now there are too many annoying little graphics and the fields are bigger and theres more time limits to help you spend more money. Its not fun anymore, its just aggravating at this point. We wouldnt recommend wasting your time on this game.

Game is buggy. Very slow moving even at the beginning. This game obviously expects you to fork out a fortune on gems to keep things at a respectable pace. Customer service is very slow to respond.
Trying to put clients into spa rooms. It makes the game a waste of memory on our iPad.
We downloaded this game and not even a week its already messing up we cant drag our customers to the box. We had our Hospital and it wont even open up so we can play it. All our progress Im about to uninstall both games! :(
This game will not let us drag the icon to the spot to get its service we have did everything to make this game work it jus want work. The game was fine up until this issue.
A few suggestions- when youre building a new treatment room and product maker, premium customers come into the spa wanting that treatment that wont be done building for maybe 12 hours yet the premium customers leave in 4 hours. Makes no sense! Also its mid January and there are still Christmas decorations in the game. These are the only things we can think of that Id like to see updated. Im having a lot of fun playing and Im a woman in our 40s! Good job with this, Id like to see more fashion games that can entertain an older player also. Fashion, modeling, makeup, shopping.. That kind of thing. Im looking forward to updates.
We love this game! We really do and Im kind of addicted to it but theres just one problem. When we hit a certain level with our beauticians, doesnt matter the number level, they stop taking in information to hand out rewards so Im stuck on levels and cant move forward with them or other beauticians.
Been playing this for a week but its too slow. Products take forever to get ready we are loosing interest now.
