We love this game. We have a new iPad so we started over and am trying to keep up with both. We much further ahead on the old one.
We first played on a Kindle several years ago. Interesting and fun gaining entry to new rooms.
We just think that it takes too long for other rooms to become available. Also, the things that haunt the rooms stay too long if you dont have the diamonds to get rid of them.
Are you still ending this game??? We really like it. So much progress, down the drain. Been playing for years. Can you at least let us know what’s going on,please?
Fun game ,I like the challenging quests. Some of them are a little too much., but it’s an addicting game to play.
This version is so much better than the new one they came out with. They should have more updates to this one.

Great and fun game but wish it was easier to complete some of the quests and not need Diamonds for items.
A really engrossing treasure hunt. One of the few games we will spend any time on. If you are patient, you dont have to spend any money.
We are wrote a review to get the five diamonds. The game is basically good, but the repeated "encouragement" to purchase more diamonds or coins is annoying.
We started playing a very long time ago like 10 years! Then, I, for whatever stupid reason, deleted our account and started over. Its been slow going but Ill get there. It is very tempting to put money into it, but this time around, we will refrain. You really dont need to because eventually you will get what you need. We still dont understand all of the game and need to print out the instructions. There is so much going on in this game so you never get bored! This is the ONLY game that we play.
This is a great game. When we pick up our we pad and start paying it we are on it for hours. We mean it can go into the wee hours of the night or till morning even though we know we have to go to work the next day. We get fought up in it, and we love hidden picture games.
Good game takes along time to play and get use too but its been approved after 5 years of playing it and getting back to it.
We absolutely love this game the content and everything! But we have one issue still there is some bugs like it will take a while to visit your friends and the battles sometimes mess up for a bit. But we love this game the most!

We purchased 255 diamonds twice in a row. Our diamond count is at 124. It was 124 before purchase. What happened with our purchases?
Good game, but there are so many different things to look at and try to complete. The quests on the left are different than the events on the right, played forever before even looking at the stuff on the right side. Also, the game is not explained very well, energy takes too long to recharge, the quests seem to come way too quickly and that leads to trying to figure out if you are missing something. Good game overall, but way too much going on at one time!!
It’s entertaining and we Love this game but, starting around the level 70 or 80-ish it started costing more to play. We are now on level 115 and we have spent hundreds of dollars $ to keep playing. We know that the first floor is basically free except a few rooms but, the second floor and the yard costs a lot to continue to play. You have to have keys to enter the room which means that you have to buy the keys with real money and it is almost impossible to collect the items you are supposed to be searching for to complete the quest. You have to have a lot of diamonds to continue to play which means that we need to buy with real money and then they dont last very long at all. Every day we need to buy more diamonds if we want to continue to play. This makes us very sad since we Love This Game. We have chronic migraines, chronic pain for several reasons one is spinal issues, strange undiagnosable stomach issues with nausea. What we are getting to is this has been a lifesaver to help take our mind off of our depression from our inability to do the things that we need to do, have to do, and mostly what we were able to do not too long ago. PLEASE HELP! Please help with the growing outrageous cost to continue playing. Im sure that this will make no change but, we really felt the need to put this out there.
Very easy at first and gets more challenging as it goes on. We like to play the card game/pipes game as a break but it has disappeared. Is it coming back?
We stopped playing a few yrs ago bc we got burned out. Felt like we were getting nowhere. It does help to get higher ranked. But we’ve returned in hope theres been improvements. So shall see we did enjoy it before except the predicable hops and the difficulty in squiring items. We hate the lack of life. It runs out constantly.

Love this game but get frustrated when we got a new iPad we had to start all over from the beginning and it just happened again when the iPad crashed. There is no way to recover your game. So frustrating!,
We used to play years ago then deleted because the game kept glitching and we got frustrated. Recently redowloaded and bummed because we have to start all over, but like the game. Cons: The directions and explanation of what is happening is lacking, takes too long to charge energy, have to rely on strangers to gift you items. Pros: creative, fun, good quality graphics.
Fun game with fun things to do. Just not quickly. And we’ve only been playing for a very short time and its been necessary to use the gems a couple of times. So probably going to run out quickly and then not sure how easy or enjoyable itll be. But Im still hopeful itll be fun.
We were playing the game and everything is still working we tried tapping on to play a room and it wont work and we tried tapping the ones that float around the rooms and it didnt work. Its like it froze up and we waited a couple of days before trying it again and it was still froze and we tried today and It is still froze what do we do?
We Love the Pipes Game!!! We look so forward to playing it every other week. We were on the Silver Level and coming in as a Top Player each week. We never would have thought a 90,000 score would cause us to come in 5th place and move us to the Gold Level. We do Not want to be on the Gold Level because their scores are in the millions, which we know we will Never attain. How do we go back to the Silver Level?? We are already out and the tournament is not even over. Since we will Not have our tokens replenished we will not be able to play again until we do! Thank you for the try harder because we tried harder and found Pipes in another game!!
We have had this game for years. We used to play every day and loved it. The quest used to be fun and a challenge to complete and now we have 42 quests 40 of which are impossible to complete with out spending a ton of money. There may be players that are into that, we are not. Bye bye Mystery Manor, what used to be an enjoyable stress reliever is now an excruciating waste of effort.
Game was really fun at one time but it appears now if a request is sent to Support, your game stops responding to even additional items that help the game be enjoyable. Same events are affected week after week & most friends have stopped playing regularly.
We have spent hundreds of dollars playing this game. We loved it! But over time they have consistently stolen our achievements. Like today, there was supposed to be a few hours of an opened room, but it closed down a few hours short. Based on past experience, we must sent a screen shot to prove it. Well, we can only show the after shot, not knowing to take the before shot because there was no way to know it was to happen. We are loyal, but tired of being cheated.
Developers have abandoned this version and created a new version. New version does not have any of the social features that made the original MM one of the most popular apps to ever be released. This version hasnt been updated in two years and is not working on newer iOS systems. It should be removed from the App Store so that Purchases can be shut down. They are stealing money from players.
We started playing this game when it first came out. We loved it. Updates, new levels, and new challenges came out, we loved those too. For 4 years we played this game and loved it. Then we didnt play for 6 little months, we moved during COVID. Stupid, right? We lost everything. We mean starting over, all our gems and purchases and collections. Gone. Everything. We tried to restore, didnt work. We didnt complain, we took our lumps. It happens. However, starting this game is slow and tedious. You can play 2-3 levels before you are out of energy (about 4 minutes) and thats if there isnt a phenomenon. Bottom line? Im gonna play for another day or so, maybe Ill be able to play for a whole 20 minutes at a time? If not, theres a whole App Store. Btw: The restore works on some other apps like Tribez and Castlez. We gave those a much better rating, but we wasnt starting from scratch. They might be slow too? Either way, Im gonna definitely be cautious about spending real money on anything that might disappear again. UPDATE: we just lost 12 coffee cups (energy boosters), Im not even gonna waste our time trying to figure out if anything else is missing..
No tech support. No more bonus diamonds. Impossible to open up rooms and keep them open without spending a lot of money. Some money is fine, but not constantly. Really disappointed Penalized for opting out a guild and going to another. Message stays on board, cant delete even after a week.
Im trying to add our old account to a new iPad and the gi people arent helping us! Please someone help.
We’ve played this game for over 3 years jut updated our ipad to 13.1.3 and it wont open support has basically been worthless.
Sure it can be repetitive and quests are next to impossible to complete, but it WAS an enjoyable game. Until….. We’ve lost all progress after iOS 13, we are beyond angry. We did email support and got back a stock response but nothing got fixed. Such a shame that we have to stop playing now. Are you guys going to address the lost progress of the many players who have updated the game?
