Nice game but still have problem with some of the games freezing up.
The story and game themselves are great, but the game will only let you use objects if you put them in EXACTLY the right place. It takes up to 20 attempts to use an object for it to actually work. Ive almost deleted the game like 6 times. Ridiculously frustrating.
The game shut down on us twice. We deleted the game, then downloaded it again; and it shut down, twice again. Very frustrating. Ive deleted it for good the second time.
We have played all the mystery tale games and this one has to be one of our favorites. The puzzles are challenging enough without being frustrating and the story line is great.
We enjoy playing games from this developer!!! Id like to say that up front. But this game is somewhat glitchy. It happened in the middle of the puzzle inside the police station. We couldnt get any of the pieces to move and we couldnt back out of it. We ended up deleting the game. Please fix this so we can go back in and finish this game! Thank you.
After tapping all under objects and areas and sometimes in weird places to activate tasks and get objects and having to reopen game after it closes itself a few times, we were able to complete the game. Dont can be done but its a little like pulling teeth, a slow grueling process it would be a great game if not for those problems.
We really like this game a lot, but we were so frustrated when we got all the way to the end and the final task glitched out and we were unable to get the bad guy! The final crystal would not turn correctly toward the guy and we tried several times. Please fix it.
The mini games are nearly impossible.
Movements are awkward have to try three times to activate objects and sometimes dont work at all.
The game has bugs. In a room where we cant get the puzzle to work. Frustrated.
We have not reached the ammonia glitch yet, but we do notice that the indicator that is supposed to glow to tell you there are coins, or book pages, or artifacts, does not glow when they are present.
Still there. Hope it will be patched soon… Thank you for patching the glitch. Great game.

We think the story and gameplay are challenging, yet fun. But, we reached a brick wall: When we have to apply ammonia on the person that is knocked out, the game will not let us. All we see is his character on the couch with a white wall behind him.
Just stuck now with the ammonia glitch, saw some other people mentioned it a few weeks back. Looking forward to the patch & being able to continue on with the game! Are any other titles in the mystery tales series going to be available as F2P? After this one Ive done them all! :).
Great game so far but seem to be stuck on the ammonia part with Cramer.
Was a good game until we were not able to use the ammonia. A month ago you said you fixed some glitches but apparently not this one. No use in playing the game if this is as far as anyone can get.
We are addicted to these games but noticed theres an ammonia glitch. Awe such a bummer.
For some unknown reason you have to buy coins in order to be able to skip the puzzles. No way. Every other game in the world comes with that for free.
We love these games to help keep our mind sharp. We have multiple sclerosis and we need to stay strong mind and body. This game confused us when we couldnt wake the man with the cotton ball… Even the hint (that we hate using) told us to us it on the lamp ?!?! Umm, thats not what we were expecting so we knew it wasnt a glitch in the game. What a bummer! Its a good game up to that point.
Cant get past the ammonia glitch any update.
We really like these games! But in the third chapter- we think- there is a glitch we cant get past. We know its a glitch because we looked up a walkthrough and what Im doing (giving a cottonball of ammonia to the guy) is correct but isnt working. Theres no skip or anything and its very frustrating not to mention we cant get any further.
We usually love all of the Domini Games. Ive paid $6.99 to download all the chapters. Ive downloaded the F2P but still spend money on gems or coins. We think the games are well put together and we like how theres different puzzles and hidden object games. But THIS particular game is a nightmare. We downloaded the game and bought a special offer for $4.99 (55 coins plus the bonus chapter). Once we got to the scene where you have to wake Cramer up with the cotton ball soaked with ammonia, it doesnt work. We thought maybe something went wrong so we deleted the app and then downloaded it again. Went all the way to the Cramer scene and it still didnt work. So we came to write a review and we see other people mentioning a glitch in the game which makes it impossible to wake Cramer. Theres reviews from over 2 months ago complaining about the Glitch and responses from the developer saying they are aware of it and are fixing it. Yet it still isnt fixed. RIDICULOUS! Then we tried to check on the bonus chapter (that we purchased with the special offer) and its saying we have to pay $2.99 to complete the bonus chapter. RIDICULOUS! If the glitch gets fixed and they rectify the situation with the bonus chapter that we paid for but cant complete, then we are willing to change our star rating.
Another game with unresolved glitch. So painful and sad that they dont care about their games to fix glitches that make it impossible to finish. Ammonia glitch like others have mentioned months ago. Dont waist your time on this one.
Gameplay became hung early on. Restarted game with same result at same point in game. Requesting refund.

We really wanted to enjoy, but Im stuck at Chapter 3 and cant use the item Im supposed to use to wake up Mr. Cramer. Clicking on him shows him on a white background unlike walkthroughs we see online, and trying to use the soaked ball just exits the frame. Cant progress, and Im over it.
The game stopped working where you are supposed to put the cotton ball and ammonia to wake him up. Bought hints thinking we were doing something wrong. Want a refund for our hints.
Hey, could you maybe remove this game until you fix the ammonia glitch? We discovered after playing to that point that other people have been having this problem for a while and we see a number of responses from you saying there will be an update soon, but no update. Whenever you get around to updating will be fine, Id just rather have known before we started that Id hit a problem midway and not be able to continue the game. Thanks. Great game until then, like so many of your others.
We believe there is a glitch happening with this game. We cannot get Cramer to wake up with the ammonia. The background is completely white when we click on him and no matter what we do, it wont register that we are giving him the ammonia. We deleted, redownloaded, replayed the whole game and still cant get pass this. We were enjoying this game, but seems that we will not be able to continue pass this point.

Game wasnt too bad – until it glitched trying to wake up the professor. We had just purchased hints. We contacted support with and received no response we could not finish the game.

Like others, we cant get past the scene to wake up the professor. According to reviews, theyve been working on an update to fix the issue for 3 months now…yeah right. Should have read the reviews before paying $10.
Still no fix on the cotton ball and no response from help team. Grrr.
***After we play a bit more, Ill have more for yall….the games so far have been very innovative! The driving game we quit on because the directions made no sense and we kept ending up at a dead end! Not a happy play there. We would like to see another on…that one should make two rights when It says so, not a left and a turn around! More later?…oh, we just went ahead and bought the FOREVER HINTS.. We Think you need to go back to charging for each game, these 20% off are breaking our bank. It ends costing more than $6.99 for the hints….Eeeeeek! Now THATs SCAREY! Later.
Come on! We have been a devoted customer of domini. We buy almost every game you put out! We were devoted to big fish also and was disappointed when they quit putting out their adventure games. This game is a repeat. And we despise the games that you need to buy coins for hints or skips. Please stop and put out games that are worth a crap.
This is not a remastered game that we are seeing. We had purchased this game sometime ago, downloaded the new and old version with no real differences. In our opinion this is very shady. In these dark times, it is sad that we are not being told the truth and so many scams out there. This, in our opinion is definitely one of them. Save your money and beware of this company. We have also been monitoring how many games come out a month and its definitely not worth the subscription as there are very few options for what they offer for that subscription. Big fish got very greedy as well…..and they are not big anymore. So sad that greed and politics has corrupted this world. We will not be fooled by this company at least.
