This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Completely re-written in Swift using AutoLayout (geek talk that means this will look and work great on all screen sizes including split views on iPad and various iPhone sizes).
Added new grandfather feature that removes ads if you purchased the app before version 1.4 (and have not deleted it).
Adds the ability to remove ads for those of you annoyed by them.
Replaced laugh sound with a more neutral lever pull (we heard your review! Sorry it took us so long to get to it!)

This app thrill us more than any app should. Its better than our childhood Magic 8 Ball :-D.
Thank you very much. We greatly appreciate your responsiveness to our criticism on the app based on the sound effect used upon triggering the mechanism. However, we just now read the past reviews and we see to it now that, although we preferred to keep its faithfulness to the source material intact, a lot of people enjoyed the entitys evil laughter and found it cute. To this, would it be alright if we suggested an option to choose between the new lever sound effect and the original evil laughter sound effect? We cant help but feel bad for changing something that a lot of people liked, despite being within the minority of people that didnt, and we dont want to feel that we ruined an otherwise great idea. Thank you very much and have a Happy New Year.

Fun and addicting. We were waiting for Rod Sterlings voice to come through from beyond.
Wont restore our purchase so even after paying to get rid of the ads… We still have them. Contacted customer service and they sent us a code but it didnt work.
Love this app, but it doesn't work on the new iOS.
If you ever dreamed of being in the Twilight Zone, now you can! From the legendary episode with William Shatner "Nick of Time", you can ask any "yes" or "no" question and receive an answer. However, try to trick the Mystic Seer….and you do so at your own risk. This is our favorite app and lovingly done in retro style. A++.

Lots of fun, this is a nicely retro yes/no fortune telling machine, which is deliberately and delightfully ambiguous and sarcastic. You don't have to be a fan of "Twilight Zone," but if you are, you will be as fascinated by this as William Shatner was. Have fun. Hope to see you again.
Cool app even includes mini theme song and sound effects , the head even shakes.

Yes the app is simple and has ads…but it's also FREE. The palm-mute guitar riff is what makes it, sometimes we open it just to listen to that. It gives the same fortunes the hot young Shatner and his nonhot wife got in "Nick of Time," which is sure to delight TZ superfans.
Love it as a fan of the show and the episode 'Nick of Time'.

Top 5 Twilight Zone episode of all time! As we stated in our previous review, the adds need to go! Eventhough it is repetitive, if you are a fan of TZ this app is a must have! Wish there were more apps from TZ.
Very cool app! The only reason we didn't give it five stars is because after a while, the app stops working. We tap the "Seer's" head in our screen, and nothing happens. We then have to delete the app from our phone, then download it again. Once we do that, it works for a whole, but eventually stops working. Not sure why.
If you're a TZ fan. Otherwise, there's no context in which you can appreciate it. Even in their day, these boxes were considered old and campy and that's the point.
We like this app, especially when it worked. Now when we tap on his face, nothing happens. Will there be any updates.

There are only 9 or 10 answers on this, and some of the answers are more questions "what do you think?", "do you dare find out?" Well DUH… Much of the rest are non-answers: "the answer to that is obvious", "no question about it", "that's up to you to find out" or "try again" and not one "no" in sight… We really don't get the other high rated reviews…there's not much appeal to this app. There must be some seriously hardcore Twilight Zone fans out there.
Anything Twilight Zone related is ok by us.

This was by far our favorite twilight zone episode. The vague answers and creepy laugh always give us a smile, just wish there was an update for more answers.

This was like our favorite episode! Bill Shatner at his kookiest! We didn't see the original version of this app, but must admit we are curious after reading reviews how this could be better. Perhaps actually feeding a coin??? Anyway, thumbs way up.
