Description
Beat your best scores in Neon Beats, a 2D platformer game with rhythm based levels!
You just entered an abstract world and embody a cube moving on a white line.
A relaxing and catchy music starts to play along with colourful shining neon lights all around.
Your first jump, not so difficult, is followed by a swing above sharp spikes and a slide down to the depth.
Deeper you progress in the levels, harder the challenges become.
Quickly, the rhythm is accelerating.
Your superlanding on the ground triggers an exciting music drop, and a killing wall starts chasing you.
The only way to survive is to run.
A boost makes your speed increase drastically and the finish line is only a few jumps away.
You dodge a first spike, get bumped over a second, and perform the perfect jump to the end.
The trajectory seems to be ideal, until you fall down into killing spikes… Now, you can restart. And restart again. Until you get the world record!

What will be good is if we could switch jump from right to left.
This game is so great! The mechanics are a lil buggy but we love exploring the levels and omg this MUSIC 11/10 the music makes this game and we love how everything goes with the beat. Cant wait for more levels!
Hi we wanted to mention some bugs that we’ve come across while playing the game (love the game by the way) but some of the bugs would be while Im jumping from one platform to next we will encounter an invisible wall and we will hit the spikes cause we fall from the invisible wall its not always but we think its the controls thats cause the bug because when we go one direction it will go the other way even though Im still heading in the direction we were able to beat the game and find all the musical notes but we just die a bit more often but overall very well put together game. Oh and not to mention there are no ads we love it. Some games you pay and you still gotta watch ads. Would be great to have a very large update with a large amount of levels or a similar game thats completely 3D and not a 2d side scroller game. Anyways hope you have a great day.
We think the game and design are amazing, just a bit too short though.
We really love this game. It’s our go-to destress toy. The minimalist presentation is gorgeous and failure never feels frustrating, we just keep going.
This game was so fun to play and had banger music and we hope to see more levels in the future.

Preordered this game and was excited when the day it released came as it reminded us of, The Impossible Game and that was a game over much loved. This game has wonderful music and interesting mechanics that allow you to work through the levels, love this game gonna try our best to beat all the levels!
This games has so much potential and its great just the only thing wrong is that there is only 8 levels so we will be waiting for more.
This game will quickly make you get addicted to the gameplay and this comes from a guy who never plays games on an iPhone. It is a lot of fun and if you enjoy it we highly recommend you also play the 140 video game which is about the same as this one. We would prefer if the developers used other darker electronic music which would resemble 140 but we completely understand why they went the route they chose. All in all, great game, highly recommend.
So, there are only 8 levels, we were thinking that there should be a level editor like in geometry dash. Also, a difficulty rating, because when playing levels, you would need to know what difficulty they are.
We enjoy the music and mechanics of the game but if you could please fix the bug where when moving left or right you, if you drag your finger too far, youll be sent the opposite direction, its annoying but we like this game, itd easily be 5 stars if the mechanics were fixed better. Please and thank you.
When cloud saves would be added?
This game is one of the only games that we like, but its to short you get addicted and want to complete the game. Since the game only has 8 levels you get disappointed when you finish the game. Pls add more levels.

We think this game has a lot of potential, however, it is way too short. We beat all 8 levels + the tutorial (which is listed as a level) and in total spent about 30 minutes playing it. For a 3 dollar game, thats about 10 minutes for every dollar spent. We understand that you can replay the levels and beg higher scores, however, its still very short. Some suggestions to make the game lengthier would definitely be to add a level editor where you can make your own levels (kinda like Geometry Dash) or just make more levels. We also think you should add a little tab where you can see progress on the game and when new levels are planned to release (just in case new levels are coming and Im just an impatient idiot). Besides that, we think that this was a very fun experience and we hope to see more from it in the future. Thanks.
We love this game, just beat level 8. We saw a review saying level 8 was impossible, and we think that was about the jump where you had to jump between portals until you can go upside down. Great game.
Good fun but struggling with level 8 because we feel like the timing might be off for a jump that allows you to cross a gap.
Its annoyed us for a long time that there were only 12 levels (tutorial included), so im leaving it at 3 stars, please add more levels and we will raise the star level.
You can go left or right. You can make small jumps, but theres no way to sustain the jump. After a few seconds, you run into a vertical wall you cant possibly jump up high enough to get to the top. The tutorial is crap, as are the two ways to control the little box. Save your money. We wish we had ours back.
Based on what was described we got a very different game experience. Waste of money.
