A Glimpse into Neon Shadow – GameClub
In this white-knuckle cyberpunk first-person shooter, you are the last line of defense between an abominable mechanical army and the fate of the entire universe. A dark force has commandeered the weaponry and defenses of a space station and it has big plans to expand! There’s no one else to save the day. You’ll have to grab the nearest weapon and take the fight to the machines. Don’t expect them to just roll over and become scrap metal, though. You’ll have to contend with flying drones, powerful cannons, and more!
Luckily, there’s plenty of powerful weaponry on-site for you to procure. Your basic rifle will make short work of the weaker machines, but big problems require explosive solutions. Expand your arsenal as you race around the various sections of the space station so that you’ll be ready when the heat starts to turn up. If you need a break from the story, you can battle against bots in multiple modes of play. Once you’ve polished your skills on scrapping the machines, head online and take the fight to other players! Neon Shadow is an ode to the classics of genre, offering no-nonsense action at a blazing speed. You’ve got your marching orders, soldier. Now go take out the trash!

Its actually not bad its really good can you make a multiplayer mode or something??
Like the title of our review says, please please please add gyro support for this game.
Thats the whole point of this game.
Fun but movement control needs sensitivity adjustment option (is a bit too fast) and camera needs vertical sensitivity adjustment option (it’s way too fast compared to horizontal).
Its ok just needs better aim controls.
That fact that you have to pay to use your controller for a game Im gonna delete in a month or two is just bs. Yall can do better. 1/5.
They make games free but youve gotta pay a subscription to actually play them.
The mutant mode is awesome. This just became a first screen app!
After work is done, we’ve been fragging each other in instakill mode. We’d love more maps! Multi-level?! :)
We thought the new update would have more levels for single player but we don’t think it did too bad this game would really be extra cool if it had newer levels. Still it’s lots of fun.

It’s probably the best game we ever played, but we don’t know how to change your name to anything other but player. We go online and we see "killer has joined the game", but when we fragile somebody, it says "player has fragged player". Plz tell us how to change our name!!! EDIT now we know how to change our name: we go to the Game Center.
Update finally got the game to work. Before it would just be in the load screen forever and we deleted. Reinstalled after reading about update and am finally able to play. Awesome game. Like quake of old just a lot quicker. More people need to buy and play multiplayer!

It’s a really good game we love we just think this game needs have something that will elevate the game so more people can play it other than that this game is amazing and awesome.
From the moment we bought this game we fell in love with it. It’s a classic shooter, and reminds us of a combination of Doom and Quake. But when we try to play split screen, the option doesn’t show up. We press multiplayer, and the only options we have are Bot Match, Online, and Lan. Please make split screen easier to find, because we really want to play it with our brother.
So we’ve tried this app and it really isn’t bad just a decent fps game, we especially liked bot mode which let’s cpu’s play with you. Because when you don’t have wifi you can play with bots! And they seem like real players. But we think there should be a team deathmatch and better maps like ones that can have towers and such.
This game is definitely legit. It plays like a really tight Quake and even has split screen. Yea… SPLITSCREEN! We thought it wouldn’t work but us and our buddy ended up playing coop and multiplayer for quite awhile. Take and chance with this one if you want a Good, straight up fps with multiplayer. Tell all your friends so these servers can blow up, it’s so worth it!
This is an awsome game but we have on question pepole who when im not playing multiplayer show up we don’t know if thats a glitch or what but please fix if it is.
So we’ve come across a glitch we play campaign we get like 8 bots playing with us also the controls are a little slippery at times and we wish you would start with a pistol and not the shotgun because a semi auto handgun would be great for the early swirving enemies you meet early on and the multiplayer is too well eh it’s the same the maps are just flat and have no exact difference but it’s a mobile game so we can’t expect a game as great as doom and quake but this is close.
The game is great but to hard the animal robot stuns you making it to hard.
Can the game be updated for the latest iOS please?
It’s the cleanest shooter we could find on the App Store. No swearing or anything, though you do explode into blobs of red jelly and some blood when you’re fragged in PvP. It’s an awesome overkill shooting mania, with a pretty good 10 level campaign mode, which you can play on a few levels of difficulty (Rookie, Agent, Professional, Nightmare). 4 player botmatches or LAN play is fun, so far we haven’t got Online to work. And split screen on the iPad is totally awesome! Only caveat, and why it only gets 3 stars, is because it hasn’t been updated since 2014. If they don’t update it to 64-bit, it will not work with iOS 11 in the fall, and we’ll lose one of our favourite games. Developers, please update this game!
We were looking forward to playing this game on our Logitech Power Shell controller. The controller is listed as compatible but to our frustration only the D-Pad and L/R buttons work. In order to aim you must use the on screen joystick. It makes the game unplayable. We wish we could get our money back. We were really excited :-(
We get the game for the coop in our iPad but we don have it on the menu, please mates add it and this game will be brilliant.
This game is not very good at all. At the menu when it says to pick your difficulty, And you pick rookie, it is not rookie! The first mission has only two enemies in it. The third has turrets with 74 enemies! The controls are hard to handle and it is a waste of time AND money. And time is money.
This feels like a first person shooter from 1994.
It’s ok but nobody does multi player plz make vs computer.
This game has fantastic fast paced action played through with great controls and doesn’t overcomplicate the the game if we were forced to complain about this game than the only two complaints we would have are that we have a problem being able to shoot the explosive barrels because of the auto aim focusing on the enemies and not the barrel and that we wish there was more single player gameplay or even a sequel so we could continue playing this extremely fun game with new levels. This game offers generous amounts of eye candy with its bright environments and reasonably good graphics, fun fast paced gameplay with almost no glitches, and great comfortable controls. Overall this game is almost certainly the best fps available for a dollar and among all the shooters we have on our phone we would recommend this one above all others at the top of the list. If you like the first person shooter genre or even just shooters in general then you’ll probably get more than your dollars worth of enjoyment and entertainment out of this game.
To Crescent Moon Games Great Cyberpunk FPS throwback you’ve created, this takes us back to the 1990s when FPS were popular in the video game industry. What would help take FPS masterpiece into orbit is Bluetooth, D-Pad, IOS 7 game controller hardware support. Please enable this option to the control section in the settings part of the main menu. Adding the option for bluetooth controller option support can give players a better at which way they wish to play Neon Shadow. Using a touchscreen interface can be very difficult for veteran gamers to figure out quickly. We wish this can be done for the next update. Gamers everywhere would be very proud of you. Great game, smoothest frame rate we’ve seen, graphics r superb. Gameplay reminds us of Quake. We wish more people played if, maybe it could then incorporate a ranking system. Cheers!
This game brings back that classic FPS feeling that we love! We love the campaign and multiplayer. But our friend got it on his iPad Air and he couldn’t do split screen. So other than that it’s a great game.
Guys this game is a very good game we love it but can you fix the freeze and the skipping on the app if someone joins our Mach it freeze up plz fix.
This is the most intense FPS action you’ll get on iOS. Super smooth, the controls are just right with a touch of auto aim (or not, if you like), and the graphics are pretty. Reminds us of Quake quite a bit. And dirt cheap. Get it.
One of the most fabulous first person shooters! There are many great military combat games. But this was fighting robotic machines and great weapons on an automated spaceship with an AI computer with a sinister mind. The whole concept, the neon lighting, the gameplay were superior. Please make more games like this! Great work!
Played through on a 5c without any issues. Smooth graphics, very responsive controls and the music & sound were top notch. This is a great updated throwback to early first person shooters like doom or quake. The only complaint we have is that the game played fast from start to finish. Additional levels, more depth or robots would have made it better. Loved the game, 5 stars with our complaints.
Could be a five star but there are two issues we had. 1. There needs to be a visual control icon for looking around (joystick) 2. The gap between the lowest two look sensitivity options is huge. There needs to be a more medium speed in between, it goes from too quick to too slow. Other than that the game is pretty good.
If you don’t have this game…. GET IT.
This app is great, but it needs so much more campaign that itms hard to enjoy if you grow so used to playing the same levels over and over again. There should be a multiplayer where there is more than two people, because some don’t even interact and just let you kill them, absolutely ignoring you. This thing certainly could be changed.

It’s an ok game but we wish there was a set spot for the joystick instead of reappearing so we don’t have to hold to move and can click in a direction instead. Also there needs to be a way to adjust the sensitivity. The running speed is way to fast, and the turning speed is a bit slow.
There needs to be a better point system where someone who gets 14 kills and 16 deaths gets less points than someone who gets 14 kills and 4 deaths. Come on now that is standard in multiplayer. But that isn’t the worst issue with the online. There needs to be some serious rebalancing of the weapons. The rifle and shotgun are completely useless, when you can sling a charge shot from the green gun that instantly kills any one near it, or the red gun that you can just launch grenades everywhere. Try harder with the multiplayer it’s a joke right now.
This is a good game but we rarely had player play with us. You got to do something. Thank you.
We highly recommend people pick this one up! It’s a super fun old school FPS with fast paced multiplayer! I’d love to see some online co-op though.
One of the better fps we have played on ios. High pace, exciting levels. Difficulty seems just right.
