We love Xmas game so please dont drain our battery life so it helped us so easy.
We started playing this game last year & Had to quit on level 16 bc it completely stopped & crashed on us ! We had also put our own money into it for some extra money to buy special things ! We really absolutely love this game & im playing again just started & on level 12 . Being 49 years old lol it helps pass time by & we love Christmas. Pls pls make sure they game doesnt crash on certain levels & we not be able to play or start over ! Its a wonderful game & id like to continue playing it so pls fix the crashes or whatever is going on ! Thank you!
We love the game and hate the ads that constantly pop up. Wish we could simply do a one time purchase to stop the ads like they have in other games.
We have just downloaded this New Years game and now our screen is frozen.. We have been trying too play it but we can not do anything now.. Please fix.
Takes too long to accomplish the tasks. Its hard to get the items you need. It could be a great game, but it is just okay now.
Was fun playing until got to part when train station open. After train station opens. Camera screen goes off train into bunch of trees and gets stuck. Cant move screen back to town. Restarted the game 7 times same things happen it goes to train station then moves to bunch trees and you cant do anything.
This game was a great pastime game until it just went stale. Theres no ability to purchase land anymore, Santas house is complete and no option to improve any buildings. We’ve got all these tools to improve land and buildings but it seams this game has been abandoned by the developer. Oh, and the count of the kids is at 18 but we only get 16 every time. We found this game better than smurf village but if theres no update soon Ill have to delete this game and go back to the smurfs.
Why does Santa always want whats not in inventory? The elves are frustrated and ready to quit this game takes ad watching to a whole new level. Cute graphics and great for mindless entertainment. Needs another smelter and occasionally Santas sled crashes off into the bushes and the game freezes Update: By level 70ish we learned to hate this game. Its clearly designed to make you watch ads and spend money. It makes no sense to have to pay to open presents that you EARN in the game. The smelter and jewelry making is always behind; not enough hatchets to clear up used items; keoop earning items that theres no use for. Game clearly needs an update.
We had only played this game for a couple days when they offered a deal to spend $10 to remove all ads we always contribute to free games, so this seemed like a good time to do that. Once purchased, it became clear that they only intended to remove ads for a certain number of days. This was not at all clear prior to our purchase. It was implied that the benefit was permanent. It soon became clear, when another ad popped up, that it didnt even do that. We were still being forced to watch ads. We contacted their customer service for a refund. They emailed us back asking for proof of purchase. We sent it. They said they needed a different form of proof of purchase, which we sent. We got another email thanking us and stating theyre looking into this. They never responded again. We had to contact apple directly for a refund. Dont trust this game company. Theyre obviously shady.
Very little instructions about how to play, or tips to help you advance. It appears those in charge of the game no longer monitor it as any questions go unanswered. So, if you are willing to play this on your own and fumble along in a trial an error fashion. If you have great patience and play this as a little side game away from any of your more active ones. It is a pleasant game with charming graphics and easy game play. It is well worth it to buy the promo offer of unlimited storage and 3000 peppermints ( gems) for $19.99 as it is very hard to advance without a great deal of storage. It is very hard to collect the tools needed to clear the land for additional shops, so we dont buy more shops for now. You can watch brief ads to get resources to complete the tasks. So far, we dont mind. If they were more generous with getting the tools needed to clear the land, we would give it a better review. Enjoyable little Christmas game to play on an occasional basis, if you can deal with the downsides to the game. UPDATE we paid $19.99 to get additional peppermints, the ad showed the multi tool device included. We never got it, only the gems. Do not purchase this package. Id like to know how one can get the multi tool device as without it, it is nearly impossible to earn enough tools to clear the land.

Doesnt save where we left off at.
Game starts off fun, but Santa freezes up at level 5. We’ve rebooted the game several times and it doesnt fix the problem. Also, cookie just disappear. HELP!
Remove the stupid ads man we cant play. Im about to delete this app. This aint fun with ads all over the place.
Bug fixes would be great for purchasing subscription and specials, but they never go through when trying to purchase. The game itself is a lot of fun.

Was very fun at first but the storage feelings you fast and you cant do much. They want you to purchase candy to get storage up so you can continue t play.
We like this game. We played it last year, got bored, but Im trying it again this year. We do have to say Im disappointed there are no updates except for that stupid Muti tool pop up. Every time we open a shop and click on something to make that stupid pop up for the stupid Multi tool comes up. Its really annoying!!!!!!
How can you use items in storage? You need to have storage for candy etc and gloves etc in separate storage places.

When harvesting it’s a pain to click to get a basket then slide three basket too the square foot each one. You should be able to swipe down the rows and collect items.
We downloaded this game 2 days ago and on level 15. We’ve read some of the reviews…. We guess Im one of the lucky players not having issues with the game. Like all in-game purchase games, if you are patient and dont take games too seriously youll have fun.

A cute and fun little Christmas game. We’ve been playing for a little over a week and it does appear that, as long as you have the time to watch the advertising, this game can quite easily be played without spending money. We have not connected to Facebook on this. Im not big on that, but Im sure you could get more of the items needed by doing so. Enjoy!
