We just stared this game today and we love it so far.
Really like the holiday concept, the different things you can dobut after the first few things you can do you have to wait long periods of time to meet objectives with multiple things needing either a lot of the same thing or multiple buildings needing the same thinglike we said, after your few objectives Im having to wait like 3 hours in hopes of getting items we need to finish a construction while we have 5 other buildings just sleeping. NO ONE IS GOING TO STAY WITH THIS GAME AFTER THE HOLIDAYS ARE OVER HERE IN A COUPLE WEEKS. Seems like a developer figured they could ripoff everyone for the holiday. The one time a year about love, family, giving, joy but Noooooyour just going to steal peoples money. Can you say GREEDY, SELFISH THIEF.
Just started playing and like it so far, but in santas house the settings button is directly over the exit button and we cant leave.
Love the game but we cant grow nuts n bolts or we dont get the notes from the harps. Please fix.
We have been playing this game since last year. With the recent update we lost plantable items like iron and anything beyond that. We even erased and renown loaded hoping a new game would bring those items back. It did not. We cant play a game that does not provide the items needed to produce things for orders. We have sent emails asking for help but do not get a response.
We cannot plant plastic or iron or licorice. Also we cannot harvest electricity.
Hi, we love this game but with the recent update there are several things that no longer work! We already submitted this to Help & Support. There are 2 crops that no longer appear as options to plant we.e iron. The musical bush, magical stone and lightening rod cannot be collected from. Please fix! This is such a cute & relaxing game to play at Christmastime.

Takes too long to accomplish the tasks. Its hard to get the items you need. It could be a great game, but it is just okay now.

We love the game and hate the ads that constantly pop up. Wish we could simply do a one time purchase to stop the ads like they have in other games.
This is a cute game but you really cant play unless you constantly watch ads or spend money.
This game was a great pastime game until it just went stale. Theres no ability to purchase land anymore, Santas house is complete and no option to improve any buildings. Ive got all these tools to improve land and buildings but it seams this game has been abandoned by the developer. Oh, and the count of the kids is at 18 but we only get 16 every time. We found this game better than smurf village but if theres no update soon Ill have to delete this game and go back to the smurfs.
Was fun playing until got to part when train station open. After train station opens.camera screen goes off train into bunch of trees and gets stuck. Cant move screen back to town. Restarted the game 7 times same things happen it goes to train station then moves to bunch trees and you cant do anything.
Why does Santa always want whats not in inventory? The elves are frustrated and ready to quit this game takes ad watching to a whole new level. Cute graphics and great for mindless entertainment. Needs another smelter and occasionally Santas sled crashes off into the bushes and the game freezes Update: By level 70ish we learned to hate this game. Its clearly designed to make you watch ads and spend money. It makes no sense to have to pay to open presents that you EARN in the game. The smelter and jewelry making is always behind; not enough hatchets to clear up used items; keoop earning items that theres no use for. Game clearly needs an update.
We had only played this game for a couple days when they offered a deal to spend $10 to remove all ads we always contribute to free games, so this seemed like a good time to do that. Once purchased, it became clear that they only intended to remove ads for a certain number of days. This was not at all clear prior to our purchase. It was implied that the benefit was permanent. It soon became clear, when another ad popped up, that it didnt even do that. We were still being forced to watch ads. We contacted their customer service for a refund. They emailed us back asking for proof of purchase. We sent it. They said they needed a different form of proof of purchase, which we sent. We got another email thanking us and stating theyre looking into this. They never responded again. We had to contact apple directly for a refund. Dont trust this game company. Theyre obviously shady.
Very little instructions about how to play, or tips to help you advance. It appears those in charge of the game no longer monitor it as any questions go unanswered. So, if you are willing to play this on your own and fumble along in a trial an error fashion. If you have great patience and play this as a little side game away from any of your more active ones. It is a pleasant game with charming graphics and easy game play. It is well worth it to buy the promo offer of unlimited storage and 3000 peppermints ( gems) for $19.99 as it is very hard to advance without a great deal of storage. It is very hard to collect the tools needed to clear the land for additional shops, so we dont buy more shops for now. You can watch brief ads to get resources to complete the tasks. So far, we dont mind. If they were more generous with getting the tools needed to clear the land, we would give it a better review. Enjoyable little Christmas game to play on an occasional basis, if you can deal with the downsides to the game. UPDATE we paid $19.99 to get additional peppermints, the ad showed the multi tool device included. We never got it, only the gems. Do not purchase this package. Id like to know how one can get the multi tool device as without it, it is nearly impossible to earn enough tools to clear the land.

Game starts off fun, but Santa freezes up at level 5. Ive rebooted the game several times and it doesnt fix the problem. Also, cookie just disappear.HELP.

When harvesting it's a pain to click to get a basket then slide three basket too the square foot each one. You should be able to swipe down the rows and collect items.
We downloaded this game 2 days ago and on level 15. Ive read some of the reviews….we guess Im one of the lucky players not having issues with the game. Like all in-game purchase games, if you are patient and dont take games too seriously youll have fun.

A cute and fun little Christmas game. Ive been playing for a little over a week and it does appear that, as long as you have the time to watch the advertising, this game can quite easily be played without spending money. We have not connected to Facebook on this. Im not big on that, but Im sure you could get more of the items needed by doing so. Enjoy.
