It is fun but we spent an hour upgrading So it will be 4 stars.
We have been playing this game for over three years now. A solid paying every month customer. It takes a long time to grow and recover after being destroyed. This is fine and understandable. However, we have discovered a bug with the shields (your only defense when you cant play) where the shield somehow is shut down. We reported this issue and support claimed that we attacked another player within hours after buying a 3 day shield. 1) we were away and our account is secure. 2) we dont attack other players. So we ask them to review and provide additional info because what they reported was not in our logs. Obviously a bug. But they totally have ghosted us and will not respond. As a customer spending $60US per month, being disrespected like this only tells us this is a dishonorable company with no morals. We will seek refund and file complaint with Apple.
Seems like a great game, but it lags. And after you tap on the screen to fight, the game crashes. Ive seen better games. Please fix this.

Well everything else seems cool we personally think it would be cooler if you could return to standard galaxy after going to elite so you can choose so if you feel unready for the elite you can return to the standard.
The game is too pay to win, and you basically need to pay money to get a chance at fighting against anyone. The game also has not had a update in a really long time and it could use some fixing. The alliances are also really toxic because they will just destroy any stations outside of the safe zone. They will also just camp outside of the safe zone and wait until someone comes around so they can destroy their fleet. This game has so much more potential.
Game is too expensive to keep up and the support is virtually non existent. They dont even update their website anymore but they push out more crappy content all the time without bothering to fix the old stuff. Complete waste of time and energy. If we could give it 0 stars we would.
This game is nothing but pay 2 win. Apple should remove them as they provide false descriptions for events. After reaching out to tech support they just say oh thats how its supposed to be. Update: game is super buggy. The developers do not care as they are making everything pay to win. They released a new event that is like LoL, however all the buffs carried over into regular gameplay. Fighters were taking out dreadnoughts and people were scratching their heads. The wars were miserable. Developers fix your game!!! Update: game bear is a crap company. We've played this game for over 4 years and we used to enjoy it. If you're Chinese and spend lots of cash you'll be taken care of. If not then expect to waste your money and time. We had a larger Chinese account that started to zero other players. As a server we zeroed him but the developers gave him back his stuff. Simply not fair so don't bother to play this game.
It was a little complicated at first but then it started making more sense. And thats when we started to LOVE IT.
This Is the best game ever! It is like EVE but better.
We like it It a game that people can play But the time it so long but it is A good game the crater must Work hard to make this game So people can play.
Really good and fun game and all but when you register your account and you put your password and email in its so frustrating when we put in our email it said invalid email even though that was our email and we didnt do anything wrong so we dont recommend getting this game but if you do dont register your account.
Ive had fun playing this game for a few years now, usually making steady progress. The PVP is well executed as you can generally choose if you want to participate in it or not. However, there is a single event that has been completely ruining the experience for us. The Pirate Intrusion event is completely stupid. Your alliance leader chooses the difficulty, and then EVERYONE in the alliance is forced to participate. If you happen to stop playing for a few days and this event pops up, consider your entire fleet (unless you are a top player) completely destroyed. The fact you cant opt out (or better yet, opt in) is completely ridiculous. We shouldnt have to play this game daily just to not be reset. To make matters worse, the game doesnt even autoclaim the rewards! We lost our entire fleet and gained NOTHING in return. Its a good game, but only if you can dedicate daily time to it.
We love the game but please work out the account thing because our fleet has been deleted around 3 times. Great game though.
We personally love the game however we wonder if we can name our space station and if we can, can someone teach us because we generally love this game already 100% kudos to the creators.
The graphics are amazing. The simplicity in the beginning really helps you get a grip on what comes later. There is really never a dull moment in this game. There are some things to note. Do not expect to come in and just rule the galaxy. You have to work your way through the game. If you start your own alliance, you will not survive. The establish alliances are established for a reason. They own most of the galaxy because they have been around so long. And to be dominant, you have to eliminate the weaker ones. Once you are established well enough or you are well known enough, then you stand a chance. It's all about how you play the game. Once you get to the elite server…….. It's a whole new game. A big thank you to the developers for creating a game that is this fun.
This game is just copy and paste version of other polished space empire games. To start off the UI is terrible,graphics is horrible, its like whoever ru s this app decided to said F it and decided to deploy the in mid development. Not even polishing the copy game at all. SMH, when you desperate for US currency, you do sloppy work!!!!! #trash.
Game navigation needs work. Going from one task to another is not logical. Some times we have to jump to multiple screens before we find the one we need. Now that Ive played for a while it is a bit easier but still not very intuitive.
This game use to be great but has gone down hill. They sell packs for lots of money but you dont really get the value. The constant bugs can cause you to waste fleets and resources. When you contact support they tell you too bad. Im done wasting our time and money on this game. No other service rewards faithful business so poorly. Go play Star Trek fleet command instead.
The game is alright. The fourth core is only way to progress in game. It says it can be unlocked through events, but its only locked behind a pay wall of 99 dollars. Progression is very slow, lower players arent helped in alliances only the higher players can get modules during events.
Every single time we try to change our password it says error when we click the change password button please fix it.
Even if you spend years and dollars on this game, ultimately you will have to give your station to someone else. After progressing to an elite server, you will be forced to meet certain event scores or merc (give login information to someone else) your account out. If you refuse, your account will be destroyed periodically and you will be harassed. There are far better alternatives in this genre.
Old part: we couldn't start the game Edit: Never mind, it started, its seriously good, we would recommend it to our friend. You travel through space and defeat enemies. Its fun and easy to collect rewards, allowing inconsistent gameplay. We feel like this game was really well made and plenty of effort was invested. Thank you for creating such a masterpiece.
We really enjoy nova empire but there are a few issues like nova empire keeps kicking us from the nova empire app on iPod and we think mobile devices should work better if they fix something we are unsure whats causing this also we dont see nova empire on our PC Microsoft store did they remove it? Also we really like the detail and more there is a lot to do in nova empire.
We just started today we connected our Game Center to the game but once we logged out the app and logged back in all our progress was lost. The gameplay is really good though we like it this far, but we really dont want to start over.
Sadly this game forces you to be glued to it. If you are not careful or miss a Galaxy War because you have something important in your LIFE and could not connect to put up shields you loose all your ships, many of which you accumulate through events or purchase. In other words, when you use your real hard earned money in this game you will loose your real hard earned money. We played for a long time and realized we were loosing on more important things in life and left. If they placed the ships in a maintenance queue and you did not loose them then we would say it's worth it, but loosing everything?? NOPE. We'll invest our money in bulding in another game we won't loose, like Infinite Galaxy for example.
We would have loved this game if it wasnt full of pay-to-win pvpers, and extremely long build times. The UI and the gamestyle are great though.
Ive had an account since 2018. We cannot log into our account. Ive attempted to contact support but no answer. Ive tried resetting password but its in Japanese. Never happened strictly under paradox interactive.
We love this game so much, but its so very pay locked to do anything. There should be a in depth guide for everything not cebeurs AI, there is also a game exactly like this that is copy you. Its literally called Nova space.
We have come and gone on this game a few times its a blast when you have a balanced servernot so much when you have a few ptw players who make everyone else their farm.

Upgrades do take longer at high lvls, but it just adds to the accomplishment feeling when it is done. Update: slightly too much pay to win, and if you get on a server select the newest one before you reach level 4.
Hello allnot a game rater but we do enjoy this version. We say version because there is another game pretty dead on this one this one is a simpler versionboth have their plus.. Was looking for a new game to playwas playing Ark of war and othersso far so good. Mando..This is The Way~.
This time when we started the game, the ship dock system where you have to place it in the front back or middle really disappointed us because it makes just arranging ships so much harder and you didnt have to do any of that before, please revert that change.
Every single time we change scenes or click on a different icon the games kicks us out.
Guys and girls just find better purpose, this game disappoints if you pay or not.

We download the game and right away it was delight! This is the best game ever.
Ive been playing this game for years. We enjoy it. But sometimes mistakes happen. And you reach out to support and all you get is scanned answer, or there latest is to just ignore you. Honestly the worst customer service Ive ever received (and we spend money in the game, youd think they would want to keep us happy).
This is a really good game, and we wrote this review to inform the developers that there is a weird glitch that doesnt allow us to recall our work ships. Plz fix.
We dont like it because of the gameplay no we hate it because of the players the players just farm every lower level player and they do it every time every hour every day its literally the worst.
If you want to play a game full of bugs and developers allowing players to use exploits this is where its at. They refuse to fix simple bugs that allow you to cheat your way to the top. Spend more money they dont use it to improve the game experience. Laggy servers during their flagship events. Nope its your connection. How about a ranking event where you actually dont do the task asked but get extra points to win. Awesome game.
The game is nice and fancy until Galaxy War.. The game is designed to trap you into spending hundreds of hours if you want to grow regardless if you spend money or play for free. This game creates addiction into spending and wasting your time. We promise you will leave the game disappointed you spent so much money after you cant handle it any longer. Additionally, if your server does not spend much money they will make it difficult by matching you with much more powerful servers who will obviously destroy you and all your hard earned money and wasted time. The events in Elite server stink! Nothing like Standard server. If you want to really grow in Elite, get ready to take your credit card out. Its the only way. Apple should restrict these kind of developers.

We would like to sagest that you add the ability to travel without galaxy war enabled but it cost 1,000 energy.
We have downloaded a lot of games, and if it takes us longer than a few minutes to figure the game out we uninstall it. It should be a game, not college course to learn. Thats what we like about this game so far. Seems interesting enough to play longer then 5 minutes, without having a ridiculous learning curve. Ill post again once we get more time under our belt. We also really appreciate the fast interface! No stupid loading screens.

At first its engaging and interesting. Then the upgrades to progress in the game become extremely slow and time consuming in a ploy to get you to drop big bucks on packages that allow you to speed up construction and development. Typical.
