When we first downloaded it, we were able to see options for profile and to log in to see how many points earned. Now its not there. We cant even pause the game like we used to be able to.
After our last update we cannot play the game. Stuck in tutorial mode and cannot send message to support!
We used to play this game everyday! But it doesnt give tickets anymore, why take it away?

We some it to be a nice app, easy to play games, but it will take we million games to earn some cash.
We hate that after every game, an ad pops up. Its real annoying.
Nothing seems free anymore except the drawing for around$1400 sum that is held everyday. All u do is play games and collect tickets to be automatically entered for the daily cash prize. There are so many games to play and they range from easy to difficult and most are quick to play.
This is a cool game that gets your brain going and helps sharpen organizational skills. We play a few Big Time WINR Games. Not just because you have a chance at real cash but because theyre fun. These are all games that we would normally play without the chance at prizes. Thanks WINR Games for all your game apps, we look forward to any new ones you may add. Seriously theres a game for everyone, youre bound to find your favorite! Highly recommend!

Very good game to help children’s and adult with memory exercise we recommend everyone to download this game and with chance to win some extra cash.
The game is pretty cool, but when it came to cashing out our money had disappeared but we found it again. We went to cash out our $10.00 it said we would get our money in our paypal within 7 days. It’s been more the 7 days and still no money.
We went to the extra tickets area twice and added 2 new games so we could earn the extra 5,000 and never received it for either game!

This game really pulls you in and before you know it your 10games in! We love it it’s super fun and keeps our brain working! Like Tetris but better!!
Too many long unskippable ads and no way to remove them also the big winners are alway people from foreign countries.
We don’t know why there was an update, nothing wrong with the game and we never experienced any bugs. Since the update, we’ve experienced MANY new bugs/glitches. Every time we try to deposit tickets, it says server busy then says we have no internet connection (which we DO). We can withdrawal from our vault, but it will not allow us to deposit. Plus, we cannot link to Facebook or submit to Facebook. QUIT creating bugs when the app is already fine.
Last update called bug fixes should be called bug creation. BEFORE update on july 13 you were able to bank your tickets you got. NOW after july 13 when you TRY to bank your tickets it tells you the server seems to be busy. Please, try again later. Also we had a balance of $7.00 in the wallet section before the update. Now it reads balance $0.00 but all the ticket conversions are still there for the $7.00 we have july 20 we are now deleting this app goodbye.

We would be better without ads and if the game wouldn’t freaking cheat! When it’s supposed to eliminate two rows it only gets rid of one n that’s not fair!!! Jerks.
