Was looking for a simple game to play on our lunch breaks and this is exactly it :) The animation is so endearing. Well done.
We love the art style and the cutscenes and the story the only thing we dont like about Oddmar is that it is a little short and we hope you add more levels but besides that we think Oddmar is a great game and worth the money and that you did a great job on it and the graphics.
We were really wanting brawl stars but this game is better. There are no micro transactions only a one time payment.

Oddmar places more emphasis on its story than youd expect. Its most certainly not a visual novel, but it does have gorgeous cutscenes that are an absolute joy to watch, all narrated by a charming narrator who describes whats going on and voices every character. Unfortunately, Oddmars story is its weakest aspect (in our completely subjective opinion). We wont be getting into spoilers, but we can tell you that it promises a lot at the beginning but doesnt quite deliver, leaving several plot elements unexplained or not quite fleshing them out to our satisfaction. You might be wondering why Im choosing to focus on a platformers story instead of its gameplay. Thats because we couldnt think of much of anything else to criticizethe rest of the game is almost flawless. Its one of the best platformers available on iOS. Its fluidly animated, its as tough as nails in later levels but completely fair (its difficulty curve is executed very well in our opinion), and most importantly, its as fun as heck. We suppose our only other complaint is with the controls, but this complaint is a minor one. You see, the default controls have you swiping the left and right sides of the screen to control Oddmar. We hated this setup, but we dug around in the options menu and found the game had an alternate control scheme, one with onscreen buttons. This secondary control scheme works like a dream, and Id recommend switching to it the first chance you get. If you like platformers, get this game. You wont regret it.
They should make more games like this!!! This game has a great story and it very fun!!! It not like those modern games that show up on popular console that lost concept the true meaning of playing video games.
The graphics are beautiful, the combat is fun, the story is pretty good, and puzzles are just right in difficulty. We're trying to get every achievement, but there is one that requires you to kill 30 enemies with the spear. We have played through every level in the game with the spear, yet still don't have the achievement. We have no clue what we're meant to do to get the achievement. Anyways, great game other than that.
We were a bit skeptical but glad we bought the game. 4 years of no updates but the game is still fine to play. Its fun and some are easy and some are more challenging that requires patience and practice but not impossible. Definitely.
The game has it all. Animated, Action, artwork, soundtrack, and Storytelling.
Id highly recommend for all ages to become a Viking with this awesome game for the apple IPad.

We rate this game 5 star cause im into vikings and norse mythology and the concept of us jumping into different realms thats all we can say we have no problem playing and we love the story it hypes us up overall the game is a 9 out of 10 for a 5.00$ game.

This game is so cool. We really like the last boss,Loki. He was pretty hard but it was still cool. The boar and squirrel levels are our favorite. You really should download this game. Its fun.

Best platform since well for a long time. Great story & play! Plenty of secrets to find. We beat it but am not even close to finding all the Valhalla levels. Glad they left it open for a sequel. Heres hoping its like 2x longer. As an 80s Mario playing kid, these games are far superior to any new runner game or frankly any new game. Well worth the $. Im 40 & this game made us feel like a kid again. Thanks so much.
Despite the game mechanics being very simple, we really like the gameplay. Very addictive.
Raises our heart rate quite a bit and a bit addictive, but funny and engaging.
Easy short and has tough bosses what more could you want plus you get to ride a boar eat a mushroom and get new swords and shields.
This was so much fun. The challenges for each level are actually challenging, but we felt ourselves wanting to beat the level so we could get the next little bit of the story. It was like playing a book. The whole story is actually narrated which makes it sound like you are reading a book. If a 2nd one ever comes out we will definitely be on board. It isn't a super long game, but it is well worth it. We are sad it is over.
This platformer is absolutely amazing! We will be sure to immediately buy any more of your games or Oddmar sequels. The mechanics, art style, and story are just amazing.

Oddmar is a very good game we just finished it we recommend it it but it is litterly our favorite game.
We love this game. It was so fun and had some puzzle moments that we had to try and really figure out. It had some sonic moments too. Collecting the coins, and finding hidden areas for a big coin. Our only complaint is that we beat the entire game already. We hope they make a season 2. The graphics are beautiful.
The first time we downloaded Oddmar, we opened it, saw it consisted of jumping puzzles, and applauded its beauty. Then deleted it. Then we saw it in the App Store again some time later and tried again. The way youve programmed this game takes a lot of pressure off this dork. It appears by the ratings that people love it, so its obviously the right amount of challenging for the widest swath of people. Which is amazing, combined with the fact that the controls dont make us want to quit immediately. Im having fun with it. It may get more challenging dexterity-wise in later levels and Im cool with that. (Im lying, we would be way more bitter).

This is an amazing classic that should be in everyones game library. Do yourself a real favor, play with with a game-pad on a larger iPad screen and just enjoy the beauty. Its like Donkey Kong Country, only more fluid and a little more forgiving.

This game is a AAA+ title that demonstrates how great real gaming can be on iPad OS. This game would be a stunner on the Nintendo Switch and easily at home on the Xbox & PS4. The production quality is first rate, and the game is so much fun. We cant wait for the sequel and to see what else this team comes up with.

Amazing game, excellent graphics and just super fun. One question why does it say in the Apple TV App Store that it is 200 MB but in the storage on our Apple TV once we installed it, it says 1GB.
We played Oddmar with a steelseries controller on a 12.9 inch iPad Pro 2018 and we must say this game is really well designed and played through flawlessly. Graphics are A+ and difficult is a little hard, but no so bad that a few runs through you cant pass anything. The challenges and the story line also add a lot to the game. Well done! Cant wait to play the sequel :-).
One of the our favorite mobile games of all Time.
Especially right now, with this gosh dern Budweiser virus we all could use a way to relax, unwind, veg out…. What have you.. This game is that. We cant speak to not having a wireless controller, but we use our Xbox one controller and it handles AMAZINGLY. The game is done very well and for 4.99 it is worth double that. Im a character designer and we have to say The art is spectacular and creatures and movement are pixelated perfection . If you know the REAL story of Vikings, then the mushroom parts make PERFECT sense. Im awestruck at how great it is, really. Think capcoms strider to a point. We wish we had the mental capacity to explain further, Ill just say this… We DONT spend money on games. If the screen shots and other reviews dont convince you, we dont know what to say. Its fun, cute, gnarly, dope, fresh, hella hella, fire yall.
