We also had everything disappear when we reached 100 trillion. Program froze up and could never get it restarted. Program opened but only showed about one billion credits, but almost 6,000 apples, which was thousands more than we had. Realistically, none of that mattered because the program was still frozen. Ive been around the block a couple of times, so we didnt waste our time contacting this programs customer service. Just wrote it off as a learning experience. If you do want to use the program, we have two recommendations. First dont get close to the 100 trillion kiss of death. Second, if you want to have a winning trend, dont play any game but Dragons.
Loved this game until all of a sudden our 100 trillion coins just disappeared. The game froze and we were unable to play at all. Once we closed and reopened, the balance disappeared! We spent money and time playing to increase our total and now it is gone. Customer service has yet to return our queries. Not good at all. Save your money.
