Im a huge fan of Kairosoft games and have played all of them! This game is so fun and repayable. Love their new games but would love to see another game with a similar concept to this one.
This is a really cute and fun game. You can repeatedly play this game many times. Each time you can find new combos and new surprises. We really enjoyed to try different planning on the map. Recently we played a map for 100 years and got a thank message at the end of 99 years. Thank you Kairosoft for bringing this fun game to us.
Kairosoft games are our go-to when we need a mental get-away. Loved the recent games, but we wish there were more traditional Japanese style games like this one or Ninja Village. Hope there will be more like this in the future.
This game used to be one of our favorites and now its riddled with bugs. Every other text is spelled wrong, villagers break, and tasks dont finish. We have no idea what they did to break it.
We were just wondering if the games will be updated to fit new iPhone screens. For example, we have an iPhone XS and the game does not fit our screen there are two big black chunks on the tops and bottom as if we have a iPhone 8 or something.
We love all your games and we loved this one a lot we were thinking maybe you could make a world war 2 style like game or like ninja village the other game you made.
We were specifically looking for a game that wouldn't require paying for gems or whatever to progress. This development company makes games that fit exactly what we were looking for.

This game is the best but please add more land to build on and more building otherwise this is the best ever the graphics are amazing.
Love this game and wish you would build more construction games instead of fighting games in the future. However, how are we supposed to expand our village when you keep taking away buildings to make combos? Just leave all of the buildings available for reuse.
We really recommend trying the lite version of the game first. We have had the game for a while, however, and this is what we think. It took us some time to get into it but here are some the pros and cons we've noticed in the game below. Pros: -Cute retro pixel chibi-like graphics. -No in-app purchases -Large variety of buildings etc. To build -Set in an interesting old Japanese era -If you love building towns/villages especially if you like Japan/Japan's culture you'll like this -Get to build things wherever* you want -People in the game do their own thing -Maps are large Cons: -Wish the maps (average/mountain/seaside) looked more different (they are very similar) -There could have been much more interaction with your villagers -Warriors do not fight anything -It is hard to earn money/really easy to get in the negative numbers -Research and buildings are costly, particularly the further you get in the game -Difficult to move buildings and have to remove buildings before placing new ones, which is annoying -Paths are pricey and nature too -Not much to do compared to other Kairosoft games -Events are few such as travelers visiting your village, and it's not exciting when they do visit -Slow progression -Takes a while to figure out crafts/combos -The in-game territory map is basically useless in our opinion.

Nice to see Kairosoft updating their apps to work with bigger screens & newer models! You wouldn't know it based off their app updates which usually only say bug fixes, but they have been going back and updating older games. Please update Sushi Spinnery and Pocket Clothier next.

We own every game by kairosoft and we're glad… With all the in app purchases and scams in other games its nice to find a good playable addictive sim.
We love this game. It is very addictive. We wish sometimes you could get money faster but you just have to wait for a few minutes. We also think that if you guys wanted to sell more of your games you would make them cheaper. $3.99 is very pricey.
We're a huge fan of Japanese produced games so this one definitely encompasses all that we could ask for. This game has so much potential for more updates and new features (generations, events) but we hope that wouldn't raise the prices for this highly-addictive game.

This game is a must-buy for fans of kairosoft and building! You build shops and corn fields to increase income and homes to get people, ect. We have 1 complaint. You made the maps very small. But you fixed that in venture towns. (Also a must buy.) WHY ARE YOU READING THIS??? BUY THE GAME.

The game itself is really well done. It is a very fun game well worth the price. Our only complaint is that it is not optimized for the iPhone 5. This causes the game to look bad on the iPhone 5, which is a shame because it is an otherwise great looking game. Please add iphone 5 optimization so that iPhone 5 users can fully enjoy the game.
Fun to play at first, but wore out its welcome after a while, especially since money for expansion was harder and harder to come by.
This game would be amazing if it wouldn't freeze all the time.
We love Kairosoft titles and they're fun and addictive as hell. We already have Game Dev Story and we loved it. The problem here is the fact that there are 3 different levels and only 2 save slots. There is no way to delete the save files to start a new game, or save a file over an old one. We had to uninstall the game and then reinstall so that we could access the 3rd level. But now we have to go through the tutorial all over again! It's quite annoying.
They should have newsroom story or movie story that would be awsome.
We love this game. It is very entertaining! Our only suggestion would be to make the combo list show hints for combos that are hidden. Some of the later combos can be hard to figure out.

If you're a hardcore simulation game fan, then this is the game for you. In fact, we hope to soon purchase all of Kairosoft's games. The pros highly outweigh the cons (however minimal), and you are sure to be glued to your device for at least an hour, if not more, easily.

We Really love this game, creating and managing your own town is the best kind of game. Except for the crafts doesn't help much. It would be great if the citizens can get married and have kids. And add some sort of natural destruction.
To the person who said making minor changes to games and rehashing them in a short period of time is the "Japanese way": Who do you think taught them that? Point is, that's a very American way of doing things. Call of Duty anyone.
Game is great! Can't wait till you get the space game for the iPod, we think that one is the most interesting one so far.
We absolutely love this game, and it's now our third of your games. This and Hot Springs are wonderful in part because they're so cultural as well. However, we do agree with a review that complained of a lack of upgrades or additions to your games. While we're not bothered that the game-play is pretty identical in all the games, having some upgrades to the games would be nice. It would also affirm your commitment to your customers and create better loyalty.

Absolutely love the gameplay and graphics. We haven't been able to put this down for a couple days now. Will definitely be checking out some of your other titles. The game is overflowing with Japanese cultural references, so if you're into that sort of thing you'll enjoy this even more. For example, it was great having Momotaro come stay at the end.

Best app creators in the app store hands down only thing we don't like about this game is people aren't moving in anymore.
Anything that Kairosoft makes is an instant buy for us and Oh! Edo Town was no exception. We like seeing what combinations work together and also watching our citizens go around their day. We also like the sprites and the graphic which is why we were drawn to Kairosoft in the first place. However, we don't get why our merchants keep complaining that there is no place for them to work when we placed their workplace right next to their houses. They must be really lazy or something.
