Community Insight:
We have looked high and low for a scoring app when we play 10 down with friends and family and Oh Hell! Scores is simply the best for our needs. The app allows for the scoring methods we use in our version of 10 down (positive +(bid + 10) for bids won and negative -(bid + 10) for missed bids which was very hard to find in other apps. The developer has been great at taking feedback and improving the app. For example, we were seeing some crashing in certain scenarios and the developer took time to review and correct those issues. We were seeing some issues with scoring in a certain scenario and the developer corrected. Just overall great support. Really overall very happy with the app and the support from the developer. Would recommend.
We have used this app for over 5 yrs now. When we email them about changes they try to accommodate our needs. The new layout has caused a glitch for screen mirroring cuts off total scores. Lots of ways to configure scoring in settings. Love this very much.
Fairly intuitive scoring app. We appreciate how it is so customizable for the different scoring systems out there. The one suggested improvement is having a New Game button to start over if a game isnt completely finished.
Good idea but keeps crashing and unusable. Want our money back.
Great App, the publisher took the time to make it completely customizable which is wonderful. We grew up playing "Up and Down the River" and we can change the settings to match our rules. A first time look at the settings can be confusing but after a few minutes of playing with them you are off and running and do not have to touch them again. The app is easy to use while scoring just and if you make a mistake you can go back and fix it after you have scored. The only issue we have in explaining to the younger kids why it is called "Oh Hell". Thank you for a great app.
This app is amazing. The only thing that is missing is a bonus/penalty for 5 wins in a row (we play with either 5 or 10 bonus/penalty for 5 wins/loses in a row for the 2-8-2 games in 1-8-1 sequence). We hope you update this app with this. Other than that…it's great.
Our family loves playing this game. We call it Black Eye. We can't believe this app exists and it works perfectly. We love that you can customize it and keep track of all your games (which helps out when it comes to bragging rights). At the end of the game it's so cool that you can email it to everyone. Thanks for making this rare app.
Fix it !! Or we've spent $2.99 for nothing.
We just had the family together playing "Oh Hell" (we call it Mormon Bridge) and after years of watching everyone play, we finally learned. Being the nerd in the family, the only part we didn't like was the archaic method of keeping score with a pencil and paper. We thought it might be a long shot, but we figured there was a good chance "there's an app for that". Sure enough, here it is! THANK YOU SOO MUCH! People giving it a low rating don't know what they're talking about. All we ask is that you make a native iPad app. Don't worry about adding any functionality, just update the graphics so they fill the screen. Thanks.
This says compatible with iPad but it's not… It's only compatible with iPhone and iPod touch! Please tell us how we can get our money back.
