This seems like a good game but there is no settings button, therefore no was to turn off sounds. We typically play with other people around so usually turn off the music and sounds. We need a game that has settings so we can choose whats happening.
We adore this game.. Easy to advance without spending real money.. Characters are cute story is good.. Game play is fun and easy to get lost in.. We would recommend to to anyone young aged children to our mom.. Who now also plays it.. Fun addictive easy play game.
Im not understanding the whole ascending your hero but. We have leveled up to 20 on most of our heros but we dont understand what the ascension is for or why we should do it. Clearer instructions on game play would be helpful.
Ok game but they are only want money, they will not give you anything if you are not paying, played it for almost 2 weeks and didnt get a single 3 star character, ended up deleting it.
We love this game. The last 2 special adventures have frozen up in the last round. Is there any ideas on what to do.
We love this game, but for the past several days, every time we attempt to play the game crashes as soon as it opens past the crazy labs screen. Its incredibly frustrating. Thanks for the quick response and for looking into the issue. We love this game and love working to create stronger heroes to beat levels. We did want to update that the game is still closing and we cant get past the loading screen, which is still incredibly frustrating. We have responded to the request for our user id but have not heard anything from the developer team. Today is the first day we’ve been able to get into the game for more than a few seconds and we do not see anything there either.
We like the game but like others have said no one responds to emails about problems or issues and so we have to write this review. Dont waste your money on the subscription. We signed up for the monthly subscription of $4.99. Im supposed to get 30 gems every day, which we do get. The problem is that every 2-3 days a couple hundred gems or more disappear from our accumulated gems. We’ve had the subscription for about a month an a half and should have about 4500 gems but have been unable to store 400-500 gems before they disappear again. The gems are key to getting higher ranking characters early in the game, but when you dont get to keep what youve paid for, it becomes impossibly hard to move forward in the game.
Update: still no response from anyone in regards to the problem. Our issue now is, you cant advance in the game without leveling up your team. We cant win anymore levels without leveling up. So basically you make it impossible to move forward in the game without paying something. Disappointing and we are not sure how much longer we are willing to keep playing. We have enjoyed playing this game up until now. We have sent an email with no response from you. We are forced to write a review. We are winning and supposed to get gems as pictured after our win. Our gem count does not change. We are not going to continue to play until fixed. We have been collecting to increase our Hero chances. We cant increase it with gems.
It is getting boring after awhile need more stuff, building, heroes, options it takes awhile to get to higher level, but whats the point?
But then it started just being the same old thing because youre chances of getting a 3 star hero is rare- and anything larger is impossible in our experience. After months of daily play, we give up. Waste of time.
We only downloaded this game (then quickly deleted it) because in the advertisement video you have a pregnant man as the prince. Just letting you know, MEN CANNOT GET PREGNANT!
Unless you plan on buying extras this game becomes lame after a week. Cannot get past levels after waiting to make potions and using them, only to still lose the level. Not fun so no longer playing.
Fun game but so many technical issues. We just recently deposited money to play and level up and we’ve been receiving an ERROR CODE <IN11> all day. Paid money to not be able to play.
Its basically a fun game. We like collecting the heroes, playing the adventure games, and building up the castle. But with this last update, we’ve had to restart the game about 8 times just to get in and do what we do. The summoning takes to long now, half of the heros pics are not there, and its just the background screen when playing a battle. Too many advertisements and pop ups to start the game off. Your update could have included multiple buildings (maybe one of each kind of building) can be upgraded at the same time. The ability to add to the heros collection, we think it sits at 25 now.
We love this game a lot but we play it once and than when we open the app again it only shows the crazylabs logo when we first open the app and then it goes right back to our Home Screen on our phone and then we have to re download it and than it work can you fix this problem.
Just chiming in with some of the other reviews. Fun game, we really like the new features. Im glad that we hung in there and waited for the update. BUTIm having issues with it freezing as well, mid battle. Hoping on a fix for this soon!!!!
We like it but we liked it how it used to be fighting the vilians inseatd of good guys. And the maches were better as well. There is good things about the update but not as fun as it used to be.
On the new version of every level freezes which means that we lose lives.. This has happened on every single level and Im tired of it thats why Im writing this review.. So maybe the developers an fix this glitch we really hope so and we also hope that that they add on more levels as Im almost done with Emerald City.. Id also like to add that once you beat the providences whats the sense of leveling up ur castle or other things?? It takes 2 weeks to upgrade ur castle? Now thats a bit to long..
The game is great but when are new updates coming?
Fun game but when will there be an update? Keeps saying coming soon . We cant play past providence 17.
Started out as a fun game but then quickly became a complete waste of time. At least with most monotony games the monotony continues. This one just abruptly ends. Resource farming takes far too long and the chance of getting a decent set of heroes is very small with their poor percentages. A castle upgrade can take two weeks once you get high enough level. And why bother? By then youve already beaten all the content and you are just adding levels to your castle for no reason. It fear not. The developers will most certainly respond saying the game is new and we are working on more and there will be massive updates soon. If you go back and look theyve been making those promises for way too long with no results.
We never write reviews, but we are in love with this game. We love how we can play for hours and just keep going. There is always something to do. The characters are awesome and the graphics are beautifully done.
Basically a fun game, maybe by greedy & stingy people. Very very bad people with no conscience at all. We thought empires had bad summoning odds but this game makes u grind for ever & still not even have more than one 3 star hero in your collection. Mass training results in mass 1 stars. Trying to level a hero power? Good luck! We have had 1 hero get their power to level 2! U need 10 heroes of the same color to have any chance at all & then it is a huge long shot. So sad to see a great game ruined like this, sick of pay to win greed & hope some day patrons realize that its cheaper to buy the latest Play Station games than it is to be held hostage by app makers.

We used to love this game, but with the new update changing the way the game is played, its just not the same. We’ve tried to keep playing but the match three gameplay isnt as engaging. The games no fun anymore. Im sorry, but we dont think Ill be keeping it much longer.
Horrible hero summon with zero chance to get even a 3 star hero . Empire & Puzzels is much much much better. It have a lots to change and lots of improvements to make it better.
This was such a fun and different game. Why did you change from the bubble format to a match format. We really enjoyed it when it was bubbles.
4 stars right now since the game seems brand new and needs more things to do like alliances, raids and stuff like that, but the game is off to a good start.

Game keeps freezing and loses internet connect. Attempted to restart phone, game, internet connection but no such luck! Had to completely delete this game.
This game really kept us captivated. The storyline is filled with familiar characters. We are enjoying the various powers each character uses to conquer the villains.

Theres no way to turn the music off, And we just thought Id be doing anything else but shoot.
This game has beautiful art and its allot of fun. They just fixed the bug we were struggling with and we suggest trying it out.
We love the game however we cannot progress because we have came up on a bug. It will not let us claim any trained units. We cannot progress in the game until its fixed.
We really like this game its fun and witty. The character design is beautiful. We do enjoy the game play we just wish there was like a storybook to track your adventures step by step.
