We saw this game and was like another surgery game its going to be so boring but we were very wrong it is realistic injuries unlike most games where its we got stabbed in the eye and didnt die or lose our eyesight its surgeries like internal bleeding s etc the reason its 4 stars is for us we like seeing the tools and feeling like Im doing the work not just following the premade lines.
We love this game, Summerfield center is frozen and we cant get two staff out of there. We also never get new goals or disasters anymore. Everything on right side of the screen is old challenges that were not completed and will not go away. We have submitted issues (for summerfield center) through the help feature and was told if someone finds a bug theyll try to fix it. Ummmno. We’ve paid money towards this game and issues should be resolved.
We love this game but we’ve been stuck on a task in Summerfield Hospital because of a glitch. Says its done but then it freezes and we have to restart the app. We tried updating and deleting and reinstalling. No go. Please fix.
Great game and it tickles our stomach every time we cut someone open. This game is perfect soooooooooooooooooooo perfect for people who like stuff like doctor stuff.
Why is the number of patients receiving treatment negative.
The game is almost unplayable . Somerfield hospital doesnt work and so many bugs.
Even with the update, the game does not allow us to see a different hospitals tasks it just locks in the screen. Cant switch out researchers, assigned get stuck in assignments and no way to clear it. We enjoyed the game but theyre more interested in telling us if we spend money then we can remove the ads then fixing the issues with the game!
We’ve been playing for about a year now You used to be able to do multiple medical tasks in a day but now all You can do is one and it wants you to go on break or it acts like the tasks are not ready or playable. Its really annoying.
This game is glitched, after spending money and time you will encounter some sort of glitch that makes the game unplayable. For us, our buildings would never finish upgrading. We uninstalled and reinstalled the app and lost all of our data and money. Zero support or care from the developers, its amazing that this app is still allowed to be on the app store.
We do really like the game! The one thing that really needs fixed is when you do the needle in surgeries. It just tells you ur doing it wrong and takes away a heart.
Ok, this is our second review. First review was only after an hour of playing, so all we said in that review was that you actually do surgeries and theyre fun. Now is the real review. Game is good, but the devs arent listening to the players. Theres so many glitches in the game it makes it not fun. Youll love the game at first, but once youre now fully into it, the game has to be restarted constantly. Do a surgery, go claim your reward, you have to restart. Switch hospitals, you have to restart. Once you switch hospitals the new hospital becomes your default hospital and now you have to keep restarting after everything you do and its almost like youre stuck in that hospital. So you get back to your main hospital, youre keeping your fingers crossed that your main hospital is now your default hospital because guess what, you have to restart. The game has so much potential to be go great but the devs do not fix the problems. You will read reviews that are years old and theyre saying the same thing Im saying now. State the problem in the review, it dont get fixed. We know Im going to delete the game soon and its a shame, cuz its a great game, they could have a tremendous amount of downloads and players if they put the work in to fix these issues. Instead, they have an exodus of players, leaving cuz the game is annoying not because the game isnt good, annoying cuz NOBODY wants to deal with a game that is broken beyond belief. If a dev reads this, we ask you, who wants to play a game you have to restart every 2 minutes? You need to fix these major problems before you can get to the other problems in the game, like how youre running a hospital, and its impossible to generate money cuz the rewards are so small. Heart surgery, $1900? Lol then you get a task that saying the hospital has to generate 250,000. You have to do a million Herat surgeries to get that much money. Ok, we could type a 100 page novel on the problems, glitches, and gameplay issues. So let us stop, since you guys dont read your reviews or fix the problems with your game.
We love this game but whenever we try to stitch something, it always gives us a red X.
We got this game and there are a couple things to fix 1) sirona needs to stop the drama because this is a hospital game not a soap opera 2) there is too much time on the operations we feel like if you screw it you screw it.

Really enjoying this game but Im starting to lose interest due to glitching. Im not sure if its because its a side quest aka bus accident that had an influx of patients but it keeps glitching. Hope it gets fixed!
We liked this game at first, but once we played for awhile it would glitch. It would make us close and re-open the game every time we tried to complete a surgery. It just got too annoying.
Please help- we are stuck trying to begin research – we got the money but the research will not start .. All requirements met.
This is fun we were really excited to go through the story. We always the disasters we always the new hospitals but the research just stalled. We’ve done about 50 hours of research and love quest never got a field requirement ever got field and never said anything either it just said research and just put you in when you click start it does put you in the start open menu of the research sooner we didnt know which one they wanted so we just click any of them. This has been going on for a month and we are tired.
We think the game is fun. Everything was fine but then it started to act up. We would upgrade rooms and buy new rooms but we would exit the game and our money was wasted but it was as if we never made the upgrades. Also we complete certain levels and it just freezes. So we reopen the app and it doesnt save our work. Its really frustrating and we want to keep playing but its just too many bugs.
Im 9 and it used to let us play but now its 17 we dont like the people who made this game.
The laboratory is damaged and you have to delete the game and start from 0 too bad they don’t fix that.
The research component is broken and our employees are stuck. We’ve reached out to the help desk team but they havent responded. Im confused because research used to work, but now it doesnt. Also the tasks on the second hospital have one more to the count that are inaccessible. This used to be our favorite game, but we cant play it with our employees unavailable to use.
Why can’t this game be archived? We’ve been playing for a long time and now we have to start over.
Once you reach Season 1 level 8, the game locks and you cannot move forward! Be prepared for that.
Im leaving this one star review until the research lab bug gets fixed. People have been complaining about it online for years. Unfortunately, we didnt discover this until four of our characters (that we spent a fair amount of real world currency to acquire and unlock) became permanently stuck. This is unfortunate because we would like to continue to spend money because otherwise this game is fantastic. This should be a five star review, but no one has answered any of our tech-support messages and this problem has persisted for years.
Before youre even done without season 1 this gets boring. Same surgery, same rewards. Then the glitches in the missions are planned seem like smh.
We like this game a lot, except for the fact that you have to wait till you can do something else. But otherwise this game is great and full of stories!
The bad news is first. There is a lot of issues. There is spelling issues. It also says we got gifts in the new hospital. However when we click on them it says does not show. In the maternity ward, we did the right thing by putting a piece of clothing into the thing next to the thing we put shots in. However it caught on fire. Then the baby accepts it. We also think the maternity ward should have came with instructions. It is a great game overall. There is a lot of realistic surgeries. There are a lot of great story plots. We feel like we are learning how to save money overall. We really like traveling to other countries and the surgeries are a lot of fun.
It is so fun and o love this game but we spent all our money on one room that said would make surgery but it didnt and now Theres no surgery can you do in the game just got borning.
At first the game was fun but over time it became really glitchy we cant even complete surgeries because it glitches every time we use the applicator to clean the area & then again as Im stitching it up.

We bout new iPad and trying to link (transfer) data but there is no way to do it. We send mail to support but no reply. If you buy new device, your all past investment and progress will gone!
When we downloaded the game it went through the intro for like 2 minutes an then it signed us out we do nit like this so the person that created the game you better fix it soon.
Nothing updates. You can complete the same fast 10 times and it will still show you didnt do it at all. Even if you spend actual money. Its like they made this game in 2018 and havent updated it once. Its slow & an embarrassing app for the year we are in. We truly do not understand how it has so many reviews, let alone ANY good ones. Its absolute trash and steals your time and money. Deleting for the 2nd time. We thought it was bad over a year ago when we downloaded it. But we downloaded again HOPING it would have been updated. But nope, its the EXACT SAME.
We had a quest to run a recruitment campaign. We spent 240k and 120 golden hearts, but the quest never completed. This bug wasted our time and our money. And we are very angry!
Love the game when it works. But dont get a new device, youll loose everything. Game is constantly down and glitchy. But when it works, brilliant.
Dont listen to most the bad reviews, most of them are either impatient people, people who had device issues, or just dont like this certain type of game but def a W game, you dont need to spend any real money and maybe sure there a few bugs and issues and annoyances but every game has all of this because nothing is perfect, Im being honest here so yeah W game, recommend a download.

This game had the age rate of 16 or up but im 9 and we love this gameso much! We would recommend this to people that have a lot of free time but unfortunately there is a few ands here and there but the game is more fun than many games we’ve played and we wouldn’t delete it because its addicting. We loved it and it technically teaches you how to be a doctor or nurse if you want for starters its really good but watch out for all the storylines its so good we think you should get it if you want to become a doctor or nurse.
