We downloaded this app for fun and to use up some of our time, but after playing for a couple days, we started to realize what was really going on. Yes, its a fun game and all, but there are soooo many ADDS!!!!!!!! Omg, the adds are crazy! The fun thing about the game is the actual hospital part, but after a while you cant do anything, so you cant earn money, and if you cant earn money, you cant do anything! At one point they took all our money (game money) for something that we didnt buy on the game. Would not recommend unless you have the patience of a sloth.
The icon looks quite inappropriate. Can you please change it.

This game is fun and we like helping people.
We absolutely adore this game. HOWEVER, as soon as we got to Season 1, Episode 11 we can no longer proceed. We do not know if this is because it has not been added yet, or if our end is just glitching. Please explain. Other than that, the storyline is intriguing (we LOVE SIRONA) and the graphics are good. It even has video episodes to watch about some of the characters and events in the hospital.
Trying to figure out what sort of doctor or nurse we need to use for the series of misfortunes mission but other than that we love that we get to play doctor.
We love this game because it is so fun to play and it has the best graphics in the entire world and the most unique gameplay to the game itself and we love it.
We cant download because it requires a new iOS data. One the iPad Air the iso is limited and very old which means it cant update any more to get to the iOS it need to be able to download.
Would be better if you could unlock different surgeries over time, as we seem to have done all types of surgeries and now the same ones just repeat.
We dont have enough storage and Im thinking of deleting the game. Will the game save our data before deleting? Cuz we tried doing some researches and there was no result. So Im asking. Will the game save the data or no? If not, then we wont delete the game. But if it can save the data then we will delete the app and install it when we have enough storage on our phone.
We love this game it helps us get to know what doctors do in real life and it increases your IQ.
We have deleted this game a few months ago due to lack of storage, we download it again since it saves our app data, but once we launched the app, it didnt show where we can login back onto the account and to return all of our progress. This can may be a glitch or something.
The game is excellent except for the fact that we recently completed the research task in season one but if still yet to be able to release our staff from the mission even though it has been completed for a few weeks now. Any help or suggestions from the devs would be greatly appreciated.
The game is great im gonna say that . But everytime when there is an ad there is never an X button to get off the ad . We always have to reset the entire game to play again.
The game is fun and Ive played it before some years ago, but we deleted it bc the game would not open and load anymore well Im running into that issue again the game starts to load and CUTS back to our phones Home Screen. We re downloaded this game expecting that 2-3yrs later this would have been fixed. It always happens after we finish Season 1 and head into Season 2. This is unacceptable that after this long this issue still has not been fixed. Are you guys doing this on purpose?? For more downloads and re downloads?? Tsk tsk.
Im going to start with the great parts: we love how you are able to have daily tasks and have some urgent ones like bus crashes that end at a certain time. We also like how there are stories about the patients, staff and other things. Bad things: started out with very few ads but just like any other game they get so bad the game is unplayable (in our opinion) and the only way to get rid of them is a purchase. The only other bad thing is that the surgeries are mostly all the same and not changing at all.
The language just makes us lose a start because we dont really like you so can you please remove that one Word and replace it with heck please thank you.
This game is really fun but Ive had it for a couple months now and all the surgeries are the same. We wonder if we will ever get new ones because its starting to make the game repetitive and boring.

Hello, developer. There is a problem with our game. Please help us. Our research department deducted the energy of the employees when we started the research, but then the research function did not respond no matter how much we clicked. We have sent the email Outlook.
Its a fun game but you quickly run out of tasks and activities to do, which gives you only about 15 minutes at a time to enjoy the app.
Fun game, its super nice. The ads though? Ridiculous. Getting an ad after every surgey and then you trying to sell us no ads its annoying and it'll make people not want to play. You should rlly fix that.
This game is a lot of fun but for some reason, while doing sutures in some of the surgeries, it doesnt recognize the suture motion.which causes you to fail an assignment. This needs to be fixed.
We live medical things so got this app. We made it through the first procedure where you have to stitch a wound closed then clean the site. But the second procedure where you have to use forceps would not work no matter what we did. We tapped all over the shards. We tapped forcefully then super gently. We tried doing 2 taps. Nothing. We finally gave up.
We have a great connection and we even tried deleting and downloading the app but it refused to work saying that there is no connections its quite disheartening.
We cant proceed with the game. It seems to be stuck/glitching.
There is a bug in your game. In the medical research in the research laboratory, obviously all our requirements are met, but our character is stuck in the laboratory and can't move. This bug has existed for a long time. We have encountered it before, which seriously affects our game experience. Is there a quick solution? How can we get your feedback? We are very uncomfortable and disappointed.
We like part of the game but when we got into the maternity ward there wasnt any instructions.
This game is highly realistic and has a well-written story line with a wide range of surgeries from bone reconstruction to tumor removal.
To whom it may concern: Operate now hospital should include Pet Vet, Dr. Dogs, Pet Vet, Dr cats and pet vet, doctor to animal rescue: as well as happy Hospital a SMR all of these games should be included for a more thorough gameplay experience, so one can see what its like to be a real doctor. That includes the extremely gross out factor! However, the one operation on level three needs more time. Do you want to back to us is not lengthy enough timewise for someone to do what they need to do. The update needs to address this issue thoroughly. All the Jamie integration needs to go in to operate now animal hospital as well, thank you for your time Mr. Seth Chaney The endgame consumables need to be included for a reasonable price. So it can be a medical school simulation on the iPad. Just as it is on the other systems, because only on pro you can get the entire game including consumables for $29 and then you can print out the consumables, the free app is some white of a misnomer because you dont get all the learning that you need. You also dont get all the tools you need for some surgeries you require a scope in the game does not give you a scope which it needs to do please take this into consideration, it would make the surgeries much easier.
Not to graphic a bit of blood but nothing to gross. Could be triggering to some. But overall a great game.

Okay yes, we know Ive only started to play this game but we LOVE IT. The suspense when your operating in magical, the way they set a timer is just like working in real life coughs in we dont know what its like since Im only 12! ABSOLOUTELY love it! Realistic, not too graphic/bloody so perfect for 12 or older in case they want to know what they want to be when they become an adult.

This is a really great game. The only issue we um having is restoring progress. We first played the game on our iPhone. Now we're trying to play it on our iPad ent it wants us to start over. Please help.
We dont do reviews but this game is good but we unfortunately couldnt finish as it caused our phobia (trypophobia) to flare upreally good game tho.
The game has been stuck on the loading page and cannot be accessed.
The research room in the game is locked we dont know how to unlock it, im guessing its a error in the game because its been locked since episode 9 n im on 19 please fix it.
We still cant login on our iPad and have everything thats saved on our iPhone show up there, it just starts from the very beginning. When will this be fixed.
The game is fun, but Im confused about the Winter Hospital where you have take care of babies and bring their needs. We know how give a baby a bear or like a bottle of milk, but the others things are so confusing and we dont know where to get it.
The part of the game where youre suppose to be a nurse in the nursery just doesnt work anymore. There are only a few actions you can even complete. Trying to give the babies, warm pacifiers, warming the shirts, giving the babies medicine, giving them any of the onesies just doesnt actually work.
