Since we first downloaded this game we have been using it for a long time and we have never seen any Bugs that were squished. Owla is really helpful to this app.
Every time we put a tile in the correct spot, it doesnt count it. Other than that, its a great game.

This game did not need a reboot, this was more challenging than the reboot which we like and we just dont get how you mess up this bad but good game 8/10.

First so like your trying to do the puzzle yourself and a piece of puzzle just shows up!Like also if your really good at the game there is no advanced levels for you so now you have to redo the whole entire process!Other thing is so your really really bad at the game it gives you so many hints but you wanna try to do it your self also about this is there is nothing that you can do to make it easier to play the game.Finally is that some times you dont have the right lighting and you got the puzzle correct it doesnt do anything like your waiting for it to complete but it never does.
Our child tried to use it and it did not work If youd like to try it you can but we dont think it will work for you Ill try to get a battery view but if it is not working again we will never use this app for our child again.
This app is great, but we think when you finish an achievement you should get more gems.
This game is excellent all around but we feel that as kids reach fourth and fifth grade the game becomes easy and boring for them. It would be excellent if there was like an advanced stage at the home screen what are you just click like advanced and it brings you in to a really hard mode for older kids. But for younger kids it is awesome. Our buddies really like going into the tower and trying to conquer the different stages easy medium and hard. Overall its a great game.

The game is designed with very insensitive visual capture. Even as parent, we did exactly the same, the imagine can not be captured by the game. It keeps on asking you moving back and forth, and brings lots of frustration. Considering the price, it is really a useless game.
All 7 apps we have from this developer go from the camera prompt to the sound prompt everything works until the game tries to load it freezes on every single Osmo application. Fix your apps.
We thought that our daughter would like the scheme of screen time but as she was doing and get the Camera didnt even work and she started watching stupid videos again instead of this phone app that doesnt even let her continue if someone else has the same issue please comment or something so we could solve that issue together meanwhile our daughter is oh sorry that was our bad we had to run and help our dog she was trapped so we were like we were saying this app is terrible please fix it.

We got this app along time ago and we really like it. There are a couple problems though. First if the lighting in the room you are in is kind of bad then it kind of starts glitching and its so hard just passed one level. Next theres not really much to do in the game which is just trying to figure out a puzzle. But we still really like the game. The last thing is that we dont know if this is so much of a bad thing but sometimes the pieces glitch so it just gives you the answer but only part of the puzzle. The thing is that its like it gives you part of the puzzle when youre trying to figure out which is good if you are having a hard time but its bad when youre like we just wanna figure out this puzzle by ourselves. This game is so horrible us and our child is the game because it will not pick up anything this app has not taught our daughter anything she is so hurt and destroy about how bad this game is this game is so unbelievably bad we had to delete it and re-get it because we thought it was broken this game is so horrible if you were thinking of getting this for your child do not Im so mad and so angry that us and our child could not play this game.
When we play this game it always glitches and shows us the same pieces in two different places.
We did not know you needed to buy a 40$ iPad base and reflector in order to make this app functional. You cannot skip to the next puzzle without it. Our experience was to open the app, and it even lets you skip on screen plugging the iPad into the base. But then after selecting a difficulty you can never get passed the first puzzle. Horrible user experience. We have huge buyer remorse.
Hi we am8 years old and we love the game because it is like a puzzle and we really think you should get this app.
So we had this problem since we received our game pieces and stand. We haven't played it because we had the same problem. The problem is that the camera is not detecting the shapes. Its not worth our ant's money. We don't know if its our camera or the the camera reflector. We might need to check how big can our camera can see our shapes. Sorry if this is not enough to understand. Hopefuly the developer see this review.
Whenever we put a tangram down IT DOESN'T WORK! It is super annoying.
The game is so fun. There are calming levels which are relaxing.the only problem is that there should be more action and adventure. Sincerely, zoombie.
This is the best app weve ever encountered as parents. As we write this the kids are out of school for the year so its been challenging to keep 3 kids occupied. Osmo and the various activities and games has been a savior. Anyone who ha spit a poor review either doesnt know who to use it(super simple) or is confused. If you get the kits like the Little Genius or the the Genius Kits they come with several VERY EDUCATIONAL activities. The best part about it for us parents is it also satisfies their screen time craving and desire to use electronics. Its almost like were tricking them into learning! We even enjoy it as an adult. If you are hesitating because of some of these 1 star reviews that are out there, we tell you please DO NOT HESITATE.
We received a free trial set. Our son enjoyed one of the games, but overall he was not impressed. Basically it uses a mirror to see what is on the table. Yes, it had tangible objects to move on the table surface, but overall its not that impressive. As an educator, we believe there are many more apps that are education with far less cost. In addition, the iPad can not have any protective cover on it to work with the app…a nerve racking thought for any parent. In order to try the trial you have to give your credit card information. There is NO where to cancel the trial in their app or website. The company is supposed to send an email to cancel prior to charging, they did NOT!!! BEWARE IF YOU DO THE TRIAL, AS we GOT CHARGED!!! You must email customer service to cancel. Who knows how long until we get a refund.

Our daughter is using this app on her iPad Air, Which is a supported model, but it crashed on her and she decided she would go play something else instead. After spending $100 on the starter kit, this is very disappointing.
Osmo keeps emailing us. We first had the app then deleted it and we told them we had deleted it but they still emailed us. We kept telling them that we do not want the app and we didnt have the stuff and we did not want to buy that stuff again. But they kept on emailing us.
Dont get us wrong, we love this game. But, instead of us getting through the castles, it tells us to move our pieces, then wont let us carry on. The screen freezes, and LITERALLY TAKES ME OUT OF THE GAME . Please fix this. ITS TERRIBLE, and its been happening to multiple games on this iPad. We know you cant help with the iPad situation, but it is your game, so can help with that. We love your game, but we cant play. Fix this. Kapeesh? Thanks.
Our five year old loves this app, we do too! We've been impressed with his increased skill set in a short amount of time. The way the app has an adventure feel to the puzzles keeps him engaged and continues to challenge him. Great product, strongly recommend.
Worked the first time but now does not detect tiles. The other two apps still work.
If you are having trouble getting the tablet to recognize the pieces make sure that the tablet asked you for permission to use the camera. When we first installed it never asked us for permission so the camera wasnt even working. We deleted app then reinstalled, this time when first staring up app asked for permission to use camera and now app works just fine.
The app didn't ask to connect to the camera the first time we opened it, so it frustratingly didn't work. But an app reinstall fixed that and once it works this is super impressive! This is one of the very few apps that we actually find enriching for the kids.
Hi we have been using osmo for 6 whole days! Osmo is a really fun game to play! Our three favorite osmo games are osmo Tangram osmo coding Awbie and osmo pizza co. We almost have all of your products! Keep up the great work tanable play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have had this game for seven days now. We want to say that osmo drains your battery really quickly. We played with osmo for 2 hours and our battery was down to 10 percent. Overall osmo is a great gaming system we will keep buying your products. Keep up the great work.
If you are having trouble with it reading the tiles, check the base and pop out the inserts and flip to opposite sides.
We purchased 10 sets for our Special Education students. The other Osmo apps work but this app wont recognize the tiles almost daily. It will also recognize them and then immediately go back to not seeing them. This is extremely frustrating for both our students and ourselves.
We love this game but it always says that it is the demo version. So if you complete a bunch of levels and then you leave the game when you come back to complete more levels where you left off you have to redo all the levels you completed the last time you played the game and it just doesnt want to save.
We can not get the Camera to read the tiles. No matter which way we do it, we even put a piece of white cardboard on top of our table thinking maybe it was our wood table but nope. It is so frustrating that this game is horrible. Our grandson is at the point of telling us to take his Osmo back cuz he dont work.

Brand new Osmo system and the Tangram doesnt work. Disappointed to say the least. Seriously thinking about returning it to Amazon.
We love this app but it doesnt pick up the yellow square idk why but please fix it because Its getting annoying! We put it in the right place but it NEVER picks it up.
Our son worked very hard for months solving the puzzles and get his sticker rewards. He loved going through his stickers and seeing what he had. In the update, some "smart" person decided to remove the sticker book. How do you tell your 3 year old all their hard work is lost.
We were able to complete the first level but we were still struggling a little bit because it wouldnt recognize the piece and now when we do a different one, It will recognize only a few piece even though Ive put all of the piece correctly. If anyone could help, that would be appreciated. Thank you.

We loved this game and now it isn't working at all.
We had this app and used it in our classroom. It disappeared from the iPad and now we can't even redox load it.
Just got this as a gift. App won't even open. Our kid is bummed.
Used to work fantastically well, but a recent update appears to have hopelessly broken it. Piece detection is miserably slow or just plain doesn't work. Very disappointed.
7-year old got the Tangram, Numbers, and Words as a gift and it has been a big hit so far. App works well and is a great combo of being fun and educational for kids.
