Great game . One of the best of its kind. The graphics and the gameplay are well balanced. We actually love this game. A save feature would be great so im not stuck playing the same two levels over and over before we lose our game. Cheers !!!!

The core gameplay is fun and minimal. Its great! The dev consistently listened to all of our feedback and added or adjusted features in each update. All our problems have been fixed. 1.1.2 REVIEW (OUTDATED) we really like the addition of the scoring system, but it would be nice if there was a way to see our best score. Otherwise we’ve noticed that we dont really care about our score because we dont know how it compares with our previous attempts. The top score could be displayed on the starting screen before beginning a game and/or there could be a button on the starting screen to access a high-score list. Either addition or both would be great. 1.1.0 REVIEW (OUTDATED) Wow, another stellar update. The dev has addressed all of our issues with this game over the last few patches (making all upgrades from leveling up permanent, making score reset to checkpoint, adding labels like primary and secondary for different power up types, etc). The game was fun before but with some flaws. Now it is amazing. Thank you for your hard work and receptiveness to feedback! Changed our rating to 5 stars. Well deserved! 1.0.9 REVIEW (OUTDATED) Amazing dev who listens to feedback and bugs and quickly addresses them. Thank you for making the Assistant permanent and for changing Barrier to a drop. Perfect changes. [BUG] Barrier actually can also still show up in the level up powers. [FEEDBACK] Now for some feedback on the new Score feature. Its really great to see this added, but there is an issue. Since the score doesnt reset when you die, the best strategy to get a high score is to keep dying. To fix this just make it so the score resets to where it was at the last checkpoint (beginning of each level). For example, if your score was 500 at the start of level 2 but then you die during that level, when you respawn at the beginning of level 2 your score should go back down to 500. This way you cant keep increasing your score by dying. Thank you for your hard work adding new features and for fixing the fatal error bug so quickly! 1.0.6 REVIEW (OUTDATED) However the upgrade system is confusing. It seems like there are 3 different types of upgrades but the game doesnt do a good job to distinguish them: 1. Temporary upgrades that last until death (barrier, assistant, etc) 2. Permanent upgrades that last until the end of the run (power, speed, health, etc) 3. Overriding upgrades that replace existing upgrades with something which may be better or worse (replacing primary weapon or secondary weapon with one of a different type) 1. First we want to address temporary upgrades… They are terrible. The reason is because every time you level up you have a chance to get an upgrade. But each level requires you to kill more ships. So when you take a temporary upgrade and die, you are still a higher level, but you lost that temporary power up that you spent your previous level up on. So essentially youve just made it harder to get to your next power up without any lasting benefits. 2. For this reason, unless you are a really good player who can beat the whole game without dying, temporary power ups are a poor choice. You should only take permanent upgrades which carry over between deaths (speed, power, health, and your primary and secondary weapons of choice). 3. It needs to be clear what upgrades are primary weapons, what are secondary weapons, and what are neither. This way you can make sure you dont accidentally replace a primary or secondary weapon you like with something weaker. Conclusion A. Put a symbol next to each upgrade which corresponds to the type of upgrade. There needs to be a symbol for Primary Weapon, Secondary Weapon, Stat Increase, and Other Power Up. We know there are already symbols, but it should be explained what each of them mean. And also some of them dont distinguish between the categories we mentioned. B. Make all upgrades permanent across death so that temporary upgrades arent so bad. This especially helps with another problem that we have which is sometimes you get unlucky with upgrades and your ship cant kill anything in the second level. We had a run where we had no +Power upgrades and no primary weapon upgrades above level 1 strength. So we were stuck barely being able to kill anything which made it impossible to get enough to level up. Our weapon couldnt even kill the 3 spike balls in the narrow tunnel parts of that level. If temporary weapons were permanent, there would be less chance that you get stuck with bad upgrades.

If only the AppStore was littered with gems like this, instead of Freemium dung, iOS would be a better place.

This is really a great game, and we cant wait to see if the developers can make something even better!

The game is too difficult for the wrong reasons: the ship drifts left or right constantly, and even with speed upgrades, some collision deaths are unavoidable. (The upgrade select button is also the same as the strafe button, so if you level up during a shifting corridor sequence, you will most likely die as well.) You have to move the ship to shoot, rather than it firing automatically, and while you have infinite lives, your score resets each time you die, making the only real challenge a high score. Still, it looks nice, and it has its fun moments, so we give it 2/5 Stars.

We really like this game but we’ve had this issue in the rocky area (I think its the fourth area) where the game has an error called tile entity or something and it crashes and we have to restart. We think it has something to do with the laser primary as it has only happened to us while we were using it. Its happened like four times and its really annoying because it takes a long time to get all the way there and then the game crashes. We havent gotten past it so we dont even know if thats the last level or not. Other than that great game five stars.

Absolutely great game. Brings back memories of Galaga and Galaxian, although more modern and feature rich. A few bugs we’ve found: Charging laser does not damage last boss. The last boss will occasionally get stuck at the top of the screen, wont attack, and wont take damage, forcing us to restart the app. Other than that, we’ve been enjoying this game immensely and cant praise it enough.

Very simple, but incredibly addictive, Perfect for anyone who wanted a simplified version of any space shooter.

Has a couple of bugs, but the developer is actively fixing them. Extremely fun and intuitive game.

Only thing we wish you could save and GO Straight.

This is our exact style of game, we always loved space shooters, and retro games too. Combining them both into one game was our dream. We were kinda sad when we finished it tho bc like every good thing, we wish there was more of it.

Doesnt progress past the second boss.. We’ve been fighting him for 5 straight minutes and nothings happening.

We absolutely love the gameplay and the art style of this game. The music is also great. Only issue is the lack of saving. The game session saves at beginning of each level, but if you close the app you have to start over from the very beginning. This is a huge bummer, but Im sure its as designed. Also, if you could add MFI support that would be so great. Excellent job! Keep animating!
