Community Insight:

We used to be obsessed with rhythm exercises and Parappa The Rapper. Im totally obsessed with Parade! The Rhythm Battle!! Its really fun and challenging.

Ive been stuck on this one mission for FOREVER!!!! How do you beat a boss in one turn.

The most jarring bug to us is that we never experience blinds flying in, which we are supposed to in order to complete some challenges. The "next location in 3h0m" timer never advances forward, so we have to watch an ad or pay coins to change locations.

Its hard to get into the music because of the monotonous character voice. Even when hitting the notes correctly it sounds offbeat. Rhythm games are supposed to sound good and make you immersed in the rhythm but this is simply relying on visual prompts for gameplay. It wouldve been unique rhythm game but things need to be adjusted. We find the visuals decently charming.

Dont waste your time. The response and the tutorial.

Its definitely hard but… SO FUN! Its skill and timing.

We love this game we cleared all challenges, please make more content.

We like the rhythm and those cute animals in the game. But this game is a little bit too hard, even the tutorial part took us lots of time to get used to do.

We love this game, its absolutely fantastic! However, when Im riding in our car and playing this, Im always stuck on one map and we cannot change it, wanna know what that annoying map is? The kitchen. And we cant get new animals because all the new animals are on different maps! But, besides that, this game is great! Keep up the great work.

Like adult films. Embarrassing to use because of that so we will not be continuing to play.

Super fun and a game that doesn't bombard you with ads! Also super cute. Wish we could choose more characters though.

Truly enjoying the silliness. Swipe gestures are hard to execute perfectly quickly, but who cares, the game is hilarious. FYI – had a crash trying to save one of the captures tot he camera roll. It never asked permission.

Honestly we enjoy the simplistic style of the game a lot and really love how this game is different from all other games.

Ive been playing the game a while and one of the things about this game is that there are 3 worlds. The games fun, but every time you want to switch worlds, you have to pay $1000 cash. Or, watch an add, of course. We like the game, but this one thing really bugs us.

So we just wanted a new app game and we saw this, so of course we got it. We love the concept, the choice of ads, and the cute sounds. The basic concept is to keep the rhythm of these animals as the make music which overall is pretty fun. But, sometimes an animal will do to beats at one time which we find very difficult even on easy. We would like to know what we can do to learn how to do this. Minus one star. (But u should still the game!).

Game's been a thrill to play but it's kind of wonky. Especially when the game enters the landscape mode. The score is configured awkwardly and blocks partial view of the arrows while playing. Maybe look into that.

If youre into rhythm games, this would be a must. That being said, we have a few qualms about this game (speaking of mainly of the Extreme and Hard difficulties): – Your score is dependent entirely on the random appearance of 1/16th notes. When these appear twice in a row, youll definitely be sucked into the UFO and lose the game due to the sheer unfeasibility of swiping that fast. Even if you use two thumbs, the randomness of the direction of the swipe is merely inhuman. – How do the trick scores work? When the row of money appears, we can just randomly swipe very quickly at any direction and we would just get +8 or +16 scores without explanation. There needs to be a system that explains how to get these scores. Better yet, we recommend displaying the actual total score for the score displayed instead of the total amount of members you currently have. This would allow for better understanding of the score system. – Playing in Landscape mode is weird. Although it may seem easier playing in landscape, the score and the boss health bar just obscure the direction of the swipe. – Reviving yourself after watching an ad can sometimes lead to death immediately anyway. You would at times be revived into the middle of a note string without preparation and die immediately. – There are random lags in the game that prevent swipes from registering, which can be frustrating. All these prevent us envisioning our self from playing this game long term. This is an opposite from other rhythm games like VOEZ, Cyrus, Deemo or other Rayark games. Nevertheless, we really love the music, gameplay, and difficulty of this game.

Its a fun game but why cant we choose a different skin color for a character.

Parade is a cute game, and the idea is great! We would have kept it for more than an hour if it didnt crash every time we got a new animal. It is impossible to play. We had it on an iPad mini, idk if that was the problem. Im sure that if it works on your device it will be very fun and worthwhile. Thats the only reason we didnt give it one star.

The concept is interesting but isnt executed well. Rhythm games can be fun and increased difficulty can really test your reaction time but this simply doesnt make any sense. The extreme difficulty adds obstructions and camera angles to block your view of the next note, which we get, but at times it doesnt even give a preview of the note, its starts with an obstructed view and suddenly youre missing notes without ever getting to see what the note was to begin with. The game would better suffice with a quicker tempo that relies more on reaction than whats currently implemented. The frequent forced snapshots of the parade animals after you successfully complete a string of notes is also frustrating, why am we taking a picture of a dog for the third time in a row? Who cares? Im here for the rhythm, not for the fake photos. Speaking of rhythm, our game was bugged with no sound. We checked the settings, in app and on our phone. Im sure redownloading would correct this but we have no interest in playing this further.

Thought it would be amazing for our 5 year old, but there is no sound, and also why all the camera fake photos? Meh.

Found everything about the game annoying: visuals, sounds, controls.

Its really interesting and takes not along time to get the hang of. So fun.

Ive been stuck on Get 200 trick points for like a month now, its impossible to get passed it.

Wow. We really wasnt expecting this to be THAT good. Essentially, you bop along down the street while a variety of different animals do a little dance in front of you. Your job is to mimic the dance via three inputs: swipe up, swipe down, swipe left/right. Flowers will grow out of the ground with an arrow to show you which input you need. Firstly, the animation is spectacular. Even though Im sick of the whole cube/voxel look, the simplistic character designs that come to life through lively animations make them a joy to watch. Even the environment and the buildings dance along. There is also a great attention to detail What really blew our mind was how it pivots around its central mechanic. Once you understand watch animal, copy animal the game will continually turn that on its head. The animal will speed up and barely give you anytime to process the arrows. Instead, what you have to do is watch its movements and memorize them before the arrows even tell you what direction you need. And then the camera will swing around, pan around, zoom in and out, cleverly take dynamic angles behind objects so you can barely see the arrows- or can only see them at a distance- requiring you to memorize a whole sequence at the drop of the hat. Theres a lot of other clever mechanics we wont spoil Theres 3 levels. Stage 3, The Park, has decent music. Stage 2, the Kitchen, is better. But the stage you begin on is a freaking banger. Almost an alt-dance beat (think The Go Team!) with a subtle rap track by a female rapped laid on top of it. It took us surprise because we were so focused on the best and not the melody. We only wish they would accentuate either the beat or the pop-ish melody just so the player can feel the beat more In App Purchases are very low key, very non intrusive. We believe it might force an add on you every few attempts, but each attempt can last a while. Usually an ad between attempts is a dealbreaker for be for how intrusive it is, but we really didnt feel that here. And the In App Purchases dont draw attention to themselves either. Its a very sleek, minimalist interface Theres also 4 difficulty levels that feel very different and challenging This is honestly one of the best rhythm games Ive played in some time. And it feels crazy to say it, but for a mobile game this has become one of our favorite games released this year period.

This game is fun and hilarious. Our only issue is that ads dont work for us. We cant earn/double coins because the ad buttons do nothing.

We love the visuals and music, and the progression system works really well. Its cool how each decoration adds a new animal and a new instrument. Quick question for the devs. Theres an objective that says Get an animal when the blind comes in and we dont know what that means. Im stuck now until we can clear it. Please clarify what this means and some advice on how to get it cleared.

This is such a great and fun game! We love it.

Im have a lot of fun with this game so far. It has a simple but addictive base concept. Its art style is very cute, we love the low poly vibe. It kind of reminds us of the Katamari art which is wonderful. It doesnt push ad banners or interstitials down your throat but gives you some good incentive to watch an ad here or there. Our two suggestions if devs are reading this 1: There is a bug where sometimes no audio plays and we have to background the app and reopen to fix it 2: Fix the boss zoom in/out mechanic. Maybe give us an extra second after zoom in before the arrows start. While its by no means unplayable as some other reviewers have said, it does mess with your sense of timing and rhythm to have to be swiping as soon as you zoom in. Other than that keep up the good work and thanks.

This is a really fun and well made rhythm game. No ads at all unless you choose to watch them yourself. It is nice to see a game that isnt completely taken over by ads. The camera angles are changed to intentionally block your view from time to time, this is to make the game more difficult in the harder difficulties and makes the game much more interesting. Edit: When we tilt our phone sideways the score and boss health bar get in the way of the arrows and make them a bit harder to see. (iOS 11.3.1 on an iPhone 7) it would be nice to see them get just a little bit smaller so we can see the arrows well.

We love the animations it is incredibly relaxing and the game is fun to play and collecting animals is cool we'd like to know more about the developer we'd like to see more apps developed by them and we'd like to be in contact with them.

Upon downloading "Parade" we found the game wonderfully simplistic. Tap on the signs, animals follow you, and the parade gets more elaborate. We played the game obsessively for the first 3 days until the nightmares started. Apparently a constant, unchanging, procedurely generated parade consisting of animals with 8-bit voices is our subconscious' idea of Hell. Add in a "tiger mom" style UFO that's always ready to demonstrate its disapproval at the slightest misstep, and you have the makings of every teenage overachiever's night terror. Needless to say…we've stopped playing.

Fun but drains battery. We went from 100-65 in 20 minutes. Also made our phone really hot (we have an iPhone 6S).

This game is an excellent little time waster. There are only three stages right now, but there are enough challenges/rewards within those stages to make you keep wanting to come back for more. You've gotta have some fast fingers to hit some of the patterns correctly. Our only complaint is that we wish the rhythm patterns were always synced in time to the background music. Sometimes it can be difficult to follow when the patterns are totally off beat. Other than that, we love it.

The game gets boring after a few hours.

They need to add in one because Im stuck on the part where they say to get 30 trick points only getting awesome. We dont know how to only get awesome.

The game gets EXTREMELY laggy when it forces us to take a photo of the animals. Trying to take a photo of the cat crashes the game, meaning we can't even play for more than 30 seconds. We'd like to play this game, but this bug makes it unplayable. Update: we are using an iPad Air that runs iOS 10.3.3. Hopefully, this will help you fix the crashing issue.

Never ever have we played a bad rhythm game in our life but this takes the cake in bad rhythm games just take it away. It is a memory that should be forgotten.

Literally we just started playing for 30 seconds it when we died we had to do it all over again same moves same everything it got annoying.

This is a very fun music based game, and is also really good because there arent any ads that just pop up whenever you lose or something, 5/5 stars.

A great game, addicting, creative, and beautiful. It's very challenging, but you can't get mad at the animals cute little awesomely animated faces. 10/10.

First rhythm game Ive enjoyed in a very long time but something is preventing the game from reading our swipes or taps. At first we thought it was our case, but after we took it off the game still couldnt tell if we swiped the screen. Even uninstalling and reinstalling didnt fix it. Please help. Edit: so it just started working know for some reason so nvm.

This game is really good, sure there are some bugs here and there but still is very fun and can keep you entertained for HOURS.

We dont know why we like it its just really fun.

Our new favorite game! We cannot put it down! Definitely challenging to get the hang of at first, but once you get the practice down its one of the best games you will ever play.

This game is super good and we will show our friends and we love it!!! Only one thing, Pls change something about changing stages or places like the park, city, and kitchen because we dont want to pay 1000 or watch a video each time we change setting. OVerall, our favorite game ever(besides fortnite, hope you understand) P.S. Ignore the butthurt guys.

Just an overall fun time to be had, challenging your rhythm and dexterity at the same time to the beat of funky music? Clever.

So many mediocre games available, so it is refreshing when we find a gem of a game like this.

This game is so dope! Super fun and entertaining.

Gorgeously done! It took us a bit to learn the ropes, but after we did, it was awesome! Theres difficulty settings, awesome graphics, and really cool sound. Great.
