Normally we do not write reviews however, we played this game a couple of years ago, we had to delete it due to limited space on our iPhone. We asked for assistance in restarting the game from the beginning because we wanted to try to play it again and we forgot what happened up to the point that we were at in the game. We have received no response from the developers. Our game no longer works. Please take this review with a grain of salt, but just know that you may have a difficult time getting help if you need it. We tried contacting the developers through the game, a month ago, and nothing has happened since.
We love playing this game but after reaching level 5000 and NO NEW QUESTS the game is getting boring.
We love this game and have been playing for a while now. The problem is they dont develop the story line, you cant keep adding on to the park once you hit a certain level. After you hit that higher level, then they switch you to just doing random rooms. However, the biggest problem is when you keep winning levels, and receive zero stars, you cant even do the random rooms. They tell you to contact support, but when you do, nothing changes. We’ve been telling them for days about a problem that repeatedly keeps happening, and they do nothing to fix it. Its too bad, because otherwise, its a great game. We guess its time to uninstall, and find a game that works properly and where issues are addressed.
For 4+ ? Ok but what about the ones that can read? The character Mark uses the Lords name in vain! Wish we new how to post the screenshots. Should be ashamed of yourselves!
Tried to delete our account months ago and we still cannot get in. Would love to be able to get some assistance.
We tried playing this game on and off and then deleted it because the levels were too hard to pass and there was no development of the characters. Also, the storyline dragged on. You really did a great job with this new update. Everything has changed for the better. You really addressed all of the past issues. Now we play this game daily and it is one of our favorite games to play. 5 stars are warranted.
We have really enjoyed this game in the past, but last week while we were playing, the screen went black. We get the same black screen every time we open the app. We saw there had been and update so we updated it and can see the game photo is different but thats it. Im so disappointed that we cant play now.
Sometimes when you add an item, they dont show up on the scene.

We love the game so far keep it up with the updates and the graphics and the storyline and the game is fun and addicting and you guys do a great job keep it up.
To all newbies playing. SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!! From in game coin, to power ups etc. Youll need them for the higher levels. Say like past level 1,000 youll be tempted, but you can still win without them! This way youll have enough for the higher levels! We also recommend being careful when your board ends. Dont click too fast. Otherwise youll spend your hard earned coin (800) for five extra moves accidentally. We’ve done this several times. Otherwise, the main game, is very winnable without having to spend money on it. But, if you can afford it(I couldnt) do spend it, if you feel you must. Wish we could start all over knowing the mistakes we’ve made! Then save that new progress! First, this is a fun game. Its a match three decorating game for a zoo. Now we havent done the decorating part. We just wanted a match three game. To play and keep us busy. We’ve gotten quite high in levels of it. Im in the thousands. You can do this without paying actual money. This is a first for us. The higher up you go, of course. It takes longer to finish the level. We’ve never spent more than a few days on any given level. Plus, it does give you rewards of extra free lives for a certain amount of time, which helps a lot! Some of the so called HARD levels are easy and vice versa. Its mostly luck with some skill of paying attention, to what you can do for moves. Now for the really bad. We hate that in order to watch any ad for a reward. The app NEEDS to track you. It wont let you do so otherwise! To us this is a violation of Apples rules and m own privacy. So Im not doing it. (Developers please dont tell us this is to better our ad experience! We dont watch them. So we dont care what ads appear unles theyre vulgar) Then it forces you at times, to use any power bombs, arrows etc if theyre on your board. Or if you dont and use them and use a a rocket. Itll conviently land on your bomb or arrows anyway. The other thing we dont like is they force you to join teams for certain competitions, which we hate doing. Its a match three for heavens sake! So, since we’ve never played that portion of game we cant comment on it. Then, in the mini games, they take you back to the first level to start over if you dont win any of the levels above you. Example, if youre on level four and lose. Too bad! Well make you start over! We also hate that it costs way more coin to continue a failed board by one move, than what you win on a completed one. Theres more good here in this game. So Im going to try to keep playing until we finish it. Plus its the first match three one where we’ve gotten this high without having to fork out real money. Sure we use our power ups on occasion for a board. But we’ve never had to pay for them! We understand that theres only around 1500 levels for regular folks like myself. Which is fine. UPDATE 1-13-2022. Thinking we’ve (sadly ) finally come to the end of this game! Emailed support to see approximately how many levels there are. They claimed something around 1600? So, Im guessing theyve added a bunch more as Im on level 2001 and havent found a way to pass it yet.
We were loving this game, challenging at times but never greatly frustrating. There have certainly been levels that took us a few tried to get through. We like that. BUT we have not figured out a way to crack level 217, no way. We have tried (no kidding) 30+ times. We’ve just about given up on the game. We like a challenge but not a roadblock.
We just started playing this yesterday and we are on level 143 some levels are hard and it takes a few tries but the storyline is cute the graphics are good.
This game USED to be our go to to relax. Now, we barely play!!! Members have been waiting since September 2020 for an update. Been playing bonus levels that do absolutely nothing for us. Get it together and get that so amazing update out and playable ASAP!!! So tired of wasting our time.

Was going to give this a five but recently our progress in the game reset backwards quite a few plays and we paid for a golden ticket so with the game reset backwards we lost what we paid for.

We have no more levels to play and we have spent too much real money. Now all we get for something to do is a message that says to be continued. We would like to know when as up until this point we were having a great time with the game. We have played HARD levels that say the reward is two stars. We dont see any extra stars. We really hope well have new levels very soon. Our game will not allow us to play. Is there a problem with the game? Our level will not play which means we cant help our team try to win the diamond competition. We have tried to use your ingame support, but when we try to send it, it goes nowhere. Running out of time, and some help would be nice. We had a problem last week with your special coin price. We kept getting an error message and had to re-purchase them. Even though it showed that we didnt purchase and we didnt receive the coins, we were charged twice. We contacted Apple support and got no satisfaction. We wanted you to understand why we will be making no further in-game purchases.
Probably one of the far better ones available, but sometimes the ads break the game and you have to quit entirely to return to it. Mega slots ad is the worst.
We love to play… But sometimes when we win a hard level game or a win a game with great moves to clear the board, the game locks up. We have to start over & we lose a turn too.
What is the deal with the keys? We cannot see a reason to bother collecting them. We looked but saw no reference to them except they get added to your coins at the time you earn them but we see no further reference. You watch the ads and get the coin reward. We get that. But at the end of collecting the ads/coins it shows a key being added to the coins as well but what is the significance? What is their purpose? How do you use them and what for?
We got this app 3 days ago and it is AWFUL it is so boring and we hate it improve on making it more fun!! Ps. This game is ok but Id rather play a dragon game then this!!!! And we are girl named grace.

Its not easy but its a fair game, you can play it and get some where in the story, we like this game a lot, we play it for a little while everyday.
This game was fun in the beginning but now it takes forever to update the story and you end up playing the same boards over and over. Also, there are problems with the tournaments and winning teams are not being moved up to the next league. When you contact support about problems, they just give you contradictory excuses instead of fixing the problems. This is not worth the effort when there are so many other good games out there.
Fun and cute game. Nice music in game so we dont have to mute it! We appreciate that. We cant wait to get more animals in our park. So far no complaints with the game we are happy to say.
We’ve been playing Park Town for only a short time (1-2 days). It is fun and easy to play, which we like a lot. We love the animals and characters. We are a huge animal fan and supporter in real life. The graphics are colorful, vivid and bright. Our only issue would be is when it takes real life money to play; as some people cannot afford (like us, who is on a limited monthly disability income), it could also be a child on an allowance. Otherwise this is a very good game. So far.

Fun game but makes us spend too much money plus takes FOREVER to load up when we want to play. At least 15 minutes waiting for it to load?!?!? Wth?

We absolutely love this game. We sometimes find it hard to keep enjoying the same match 3 over and over but this game is great. We also love that you get to build things and that the game doesnt have to be played in landscape mode. We dont really enjoy landscape mode games at all. This game is challenging but you can also move ahead easily.
This match-3 game is marvelous matching fun! Hard to put down! If you love match-3 games, building games, games with animals or parks you will enjoy this. Try it! Would review more but am going back to play game.
