Just now when we play, after 3rd car out the whole game freezes up. We have had this game for 4 or 5 glorious years…Love this game. Please fix oh please….. Thank youuuuuu.
This has been our go to game for a long time. Absolutely loved it, especially after we paid the money to disable ads. However, during the past 2 to 3 weeks, the game has become very glitchy and frustrating. This is particularly true when youre doing the daily challenge level. The game will simply freeze mid-level and the only way to unfreeze it is to completely exit the game. Other than that, we still love the game but do not play it quite as often.
We are knocking off a star for two reasons, see below. This game is great. Ive been playing for a long while. We only once in a while play the inside games, but we always clear our daily quests / challenges. The two annoyances that if fixed, we would change our rating to 5 stars: 1st- Play 9 levels (example). If it is called Level 400, then it should be counted towards that challenge. If it is daily level or a challenge level, those are located in two different spots. If we are playing our next level on the main screen and it is a timed level, it SHOULD count towards your 9 levels as it is a normal level to progress through. 2nd – the Golden car. Great for people who are trying to build tokens. It should pop up after the last car goes through before you collect for passing the level. NOT in the middle of a game when youre on a good streak and its broken because of the stupid car. If you cant stop the middle of the game collection, please make it a button to choose if you want to include that in your own gameplay. Its inconvenient and a pain in the butt. That you for your time and consideration.
Game would be great if there were less ads. More ads than game.

We have been using this game for quite a while and really enjoying it. However, in the last month, the game will freeze and lock up our entire phone. We play it less and less, but it continues to happen. Please fix these bugs.
The application crashes/freezes about every other level since the most recent update. Not sure if it is iOS 26.2 or the app update itself. We tried following the app support option, but received no response, not even an automated email indicating they received our support request. Gave it three stars since it was very reliable prior to this.
We have version 229.0.7 of the game on our 7th generation iPod touch with iOS 15.8.5. The game locks up on the time trial or challenge reward screens.
Ive played this game for years, almost daily. Never had any issues with it – until now. Ever since they added Rollic, the game it crashes multiple times. We played two rounds just now and crashed three times. Its very annoying. Makes us want to delete one of our favorites.
Ive been playing this game for the last two years give or take and it was fine. Now the game constantly freezes, theres no direct or easy way to contact support, and lastly, we deleted the game because of the constant glitches and it started us at level one with no option or way to regain our status and coins.

The gameplay has gotten worse since the installation of the stupid billboard. There are times the game is nearly unplayable. But we guess that is to be expected when the number one priority is the ads and not the gameplay.

Ive been playing this game for years, and would EASILY have given it 5 stars back then… Through building a city, to a matching mini game, but the most frustrating part is that there are no longer events to win new backgrounds, people, trails, cars, or anything. Now its just monotonous level after level for Daily & Weekly prizes. While we do enjoy playing, we wish the developers would actually continue making events and new items to play for. But it passes the time when youre just looking for something mindless to do.
We love this game because it just smartens your brain and makes you smarter and our mom showed us this game and we said OK so we got it.
Started randomly freezing on new IOS update. Have to restart current game from beginning. Please fix this.
The latest update is buggy. The game freezes requiring a restart and sometimes even locks the phone causing the need for a reboot. We wont play again until the next update.
We love this game and have played it for years consistently. We would love to see a dark mode option for night time parking. It has been freezing lately and we have to hard start our phone to undo it. Thats a bit annoying and the only time Ive ever had an issue with it.
Why do we need to work the daily challenge multiple times to receive our winning points? Im guessing that at least half of the days, the system locks up after the challenge is worked and before points are given Thanks for checking.
Ive enjoyed the game quite a bit so far, bought the no ads and not having the issue else has had, but we are looking for new challenging levels and things from the pin ball machine, Ive collected all available items and puzzles, would love to see more.

We used to like playing the game but lately its had a lot of hang up issues and getting stuck where you have to leave the game and then come back. It seems like its needing a bug fix and some.

You would think the levels would get progressively harder, but no such luck. They do throw a few big levels in, but not much of a challenge there, either.

We keep a close eye on our coins. When we finish a task, it shows what coins we have earned, but they are not added to our bank. This especially happens when we open our gifts.
We have done all updates but after we play for about 5 or 10 minutes it begins glitching and/pauses for an annoying time. We tried to send a message to the company before we wrote a review but it would not take us to the link so we could. We like this game a lotexcept now that we can not get it to function each time we play.
Ever since you started ads on the screen at the side of the game board, the game does not run smoothly. The ads slow the car movement down.
This used to be a fun, fast game. Now its so slow and unresponsive that it doesnt pay to even try. BORING. Updates = DOWNGRADE.
We love this game but it has gotten to the point that there are more ads than games AND they take a lot of time. There is nothing good about the ratio of games to ads, so Im going to have to look elsewhere for a similar game. This is after >5000 games played, but we just dont have the time to wade through repetitive ads, adds for things we would never purchase etc. We accept that there will be ads to support the game, but they should not be the primary thing you have to deal with.

We love playing this game, it really challenges our brain. The only problem is the advertisement at bottom of screen sometimes makes it impossible to move any vehicles & Ive to skip over that game. It would be nice if those ads werent in the way.
Parking Jam3d is glitching again! Im out of challenge lives. We get a pop-up asking if we want to pay 350 in coins or watch a video for free lives. However, we have 93 billion coins that dont show up to use towards challenge then we cannot get back to our regular game and have to shut the app down and restart.
This is our go to game when Im bored. It can be challenging but there are easy parking puzzles mixed in with challenging ones. We would certainly recommend it. Im getting up in age and believe its good mental exercise also. One comment to the creators, the add on environments are no longer displaying correctly. Other than the first default one the rest dont show much other than just the walled in parking area. They used to.
We love the game and have been playing for several years. We just dont like the psychedelic pink.
Graphics have been messed up for days but there is no way to contact anyone otherwise, its fun.

Looks like the yellow car image is blank after you get it. Also, all the environments seem to be blank. These bugs are going unaddressed; Im not sure how to contact the developer.
The game is very addictive. However, it seems that the further along you get the more commercials you get. Quite annoying.
Sick of the bra advertisements! Tired of the lengthy commercials that have these women bouncing around in front of us! This is a great game except for these lengthy bra advertisements.
This was one of our favorite games until a few days ago when they took away most of the scenery & replaced it with neon colors that are blinding! We looked everywhere to try to find out how to contact them, but unlike all other gaming groups, you cant, so Im hoping they see this AND RESPOND!!! Please remove the neon colors & replace the original scenes!! Or at least give us the option, with a mere click, to choose the one we prefer to have.

We would like to suggest a function that allows a user to spin multiple times – maybe a drop down list and select from single spin, five spins and 10 spins. Currently takes too long to earn a few extra time or extra moves.
The game is great but, too time consuming with those annoying ads.
This game is great fun! Recently an ad billboard was added and boy does it make our iPhone 13 stall and glitch. Please take away the ad billboard.
We really have enjoyed playing this game, even with all the ads you have to wait thru. We could deal with that and still enjoy playing, but the last couple of months our phone gets ridiculously hot while Im playing or waiting thru the ads. Our phone doesnt do this on the other games Ive downloaded, so it sure seems like the problem is just this game. We still like the game, but now we cant play long enough to get hardly any of the bonus items (daily or weekly), and thats diminishing our enjoyment. We guess once we start to forget to play, since we already have a couple of other games to keep us entertained, Ill probably be removing it from our phone.
